Just a week ago, every single one of these exercises was super hard to do, can barely last 5 seconds in each exercise, but now my body is adjusting and more used to these exercises I can do around 20-30 exercises with ease and shockingly after doing multiple exercises of emi's workout per day for a week, I've lost a lot of weight and I can definitely see the changes and my fully body looks more thinner than a week before. Like Emily says in every video, no pain, no gain!!

I am doing this hand exercise from 5 months and here is the result my arms get tone, my coller bone is visible now my and the most important part is underarm fat which is completely gone.....thanku very much mam.... It helps me a lot... Now i can wear sleeve less top freely without any hesitation.... And the fun fact is by doing this exercise automatically my stomach area also become flat...... This really work.... Since i have lot of fat near my arms it take me around 4-5 months to get tone arms.... 😍😘

I did the legs and the abs and they were great, broke a sweat and was sore the next day but this is the first one that almost made me give up as I just couldn't do the last one! 😂 I've been doing your excercises for a month now and I've lost 2cm around my waist and 1cm from my thighs and butt. 2 months ago, I remember doing this workout for a month! I died every single day I couldn’t be able to do a push up.. and other moves in proper form. now after so much programs I’ve completed this was pretty easy one and didn’t take breaks while doing it .. so proud of mee ♥️ thank you Emi :)

I’ve just done this workout in two days and I lost 3cm in arm circumference😱 The results are quick and obvious that I can already see my arm muscles coming out! I think the tabata style suits me really well😊 Loads of support❤️

Day 1 : ✅ It was hard but I was really determined to do all of the workouts . I felt the burn a little bit and it hurrrrt a lot ! Day 2 : ✅ It was a little bit easier but still I get tired and have pain 😀 ( No pain no gain ^^ ) I sweat a loooot and I can see little difference in my arms I guess . It's a great workout !

Hey guys!! I am going to do this workout for two weeks. Really a challenge for me since I am too lazy to workout everyday 😅😅 (the regular updates to you will urge me to get up and give it a go!!) 😁😁 Day 1: Arms felt sore only after 15 exercises, completed full workout but the last one was very difficult for me. Day 2: Yesterday's sore arms made today's workout a bit more tough, but still completed the whole routine (except the last one 😅) .... And it felt quite good!! Day 3: I overslept and took a rest (sorry!) 😅 Day 4: The burn was Crazyy!! but the workout felt much easier now to complete. Yayy!! Day 5: Completed✔️✔️ Trying (very) hard to hold the last position though. The burn is good!!

It’s the third day doing your workouts and completely love it! I like that they are not too long and I am actually capable of doing them. Normally I cannot finish any workout from any channel but yours are good to follow but also intense. Love it and I’ll keep doing them for reaching my goal! While I was doing this workout I realized and it was very difficult to bend my arms because I have arms that have a different shape, there are not straight, my elbows touches each other forming a v shape, I don’t know if I am explaining myself what what I want to ask if anybody happens to have the same situation and me and could tell me how to do the push ups and so because I cannot bend them like normal people.
I love these Tabatha type workouts. They go fast and you sweat so much so your killing too birds with the one stone adding some cardio also. I felt the burn and enjoyed it.

This workout is soo effective!! If uve done emi's workouts lyk for 3 months atleast then believe me ,this will work for u. My upper body strength increased like hell. I saw changes in less than 2 weeks P.s- if u haven't done emi's works for atleast 3 months then don't be discouraged. If u work hard it will work for u too definitely. I only meant it will work faster for those who hv prior emi experience
@@cintasunny3211 it'll tone your arms and make it slimmer. It'll build muscle in your arms I mean doesn't make it bulky but give it an athletic look. Exactly like emi's arms. They're muscular but not bulky or fat.

When I started this, I couldn't do Commando Yoga Push Up Plank Punch Side Plank Rotation Half Plank Hold So I repeated the other ones I can do. Today I was able to do Commando Plank Punch Side Plank Roation!!! My upper body strengths are improving and i can see my arms are slimmer and more toned. Thanks Emi for these workouts xx

I AM going to do this every for 1 month, and I will update every day on how I feel, and every 5 days on my arm size! STARTING SIZE: 7 3/4 inches (19.6 centimetres) Day 1: Wasn't THAT hard, but I felt the burn. I couldn't do the last exercise though Day 2:Was a little bit harder today actually! Still did it tho!! Did the last exercise for a couple seconds (like 4-5) Day 3: I skipped it :( ❌❌ Day 4: I skipped the 10sec rests today to make up for not doing it yesterday. Held the last one for 7-8seconds
okayyy, so i've seen a lot of comments about how effective this workout is.. so i've decided to try it out. i'll post updates and see where it gets me:) i already did the workout today and my everything is super sore rn (especially from those push ups- MY GOD-) so yeaaaah- but i plan on doing it twice a day (once in morning, and once in evening, if i feel up to it, BUT i won't stop doing this routine everyday, even if i see results) day 1: ✅ my arms and legs are still super sore from this workout- i've also started another workout by emi targeting underarm fat sooo yeah my arms are KILLING ME- but i will keep up at it! i plan to not quit and i will rise to the challenge no matter how hard it gets and no matter how much i want to quit, i won't. wish me luck!

I have been working out for more than 2 weeks. These exercises are showing good results for sure but 20 days challenge is surely not enough I mean it would take atleast 2-3 months to get your body fully transformed. I do thigh- leg and hand workouts alternatively. These excesses are really effective but be patient and regular. Make sure your are also eating right while working out. These exercises will give you lot of pain which means they are really effective. She is right no pain no gain.
TaeLocal XO you might be doing the positions wrong. Keep your hands forward and bend your elbows backward, it should take some of the pressure off and it will work your arms more
Make sure you're pressing down through each of your fingers, especially the v formed by your index finger and thumb. That will take some pressure of your wrists. Sorry if this advice is unsolicited, just a yoga instructor here who's happy to help. :)
day 2: I got used to some of them, but ı skipped the last one because it is just impossible! day 3: I skipped the last one without even trying it :( I can feel my arms becoming skinnier even in day 3, this is amazing!
I have recently discovered your channel. Trying to make a routine out of it...with over 50 pounds to lose, I can only do the low impact exercises. Thanks for keeping it short because it's hard and doable and you are an inspiration. @@ieat-bunnies-forbrunch awww well it's more like I gained muscles, at the same time I lost few cm off the flabby parts of my arms. So I guess the video toned my arms. I used to do boxing for 3 months last year and it did the same to my arms. I lost so much fats and didn't gain that much muscles :3. I guess it depends on a person and what kind of workouts you do. In my case I'd have to lose all the fats before i can gain the muscle. Hope i helped C:
@@grandbay1244 awww that's ok! dont give up! You'll get better at it if you try doing them day by day, take it slow if you're not used to it, you will improve eventually. Do more workouts like cardio, weightlifting, HIIT workouts so your whole body becomes stronger 🌸 hope i helped

If you want to lose weight I think that the thing you need to treat the most is nutrition (in fact scientific studies say that when weight is lost 70% is due to the diet)

I am doing this hand exercise from 5 months and here is the result my arms get tone, my coller bone is visible now my and the most important part is underarm fat which is completely gone.....thanku very much mam.... It helps me a lot... Now i can wear sleeve less top freely without any hesitation.... And the fun fact is by doing this exercise automatically my stomach area also become flat...... This really work.... Since i have lot of fat near my arms it take me around 4-5 months to get tone arms.... 😍😘

I did the legs and the abs and they were great, broke a sweat and was sore the next day but this is the first one that almost made me give up as I just couldn't do the last one! 😂 I've been doing your excercises for a month now and I've lost 2cm around my waist and 1cm from my thighs and butt. Slowly but surely!

2 months ago, I remember doing this workout for a month! I died every single day I couldn’t be able to do a push up.. and other moves in proper form. now after so much programs I’ve completed this was pretty easy one and didn’t take breaks while doing it .. so proud of mee ♥️ thank you Emi :)

Day 2: Yesterday's sore arms made today's workout a bit more tough, but still completed the whole routine (except the last one 😅) .... And it felt quite good!!
Day 3: I overslept and took a rest (sorry!) 😅
Day 4: The burn was Crazyy!! but the workout felt much easier now to complete. Yayy!!

It’s the third day doing your workouts and completely love it! I like that they are not too long and I am actually capable of doing them. Normally I cannot finish any workout from any channel but yours are good to follow but also intense. Love it and I’ll keep doing them for reaching my goal!
While I was doing this workout I realized and it was very difficult to bend my arms because I have arms that have a different shape, there are not straight, my elbows touches each other forming a v shape, I don’t know if I am explaining myself what what I want to ask if anybody happens to have the same situation and me and could tell me how to do the push ups and so because I cannot bend them like normal people.
I love these Tabatha type workouts. They go fast and you sweat so much so your killing too birds with the one stone adding some cardio also. I felt the burn and enjoyed it.
You’re the only person i watch on youtube now because your videos are so inspiring!! Because i love traveling and being fit would help me become more confident about myself

This workout is soo effective!! If uve done emi's workouts lyk for 3 months atleast then believe me ,this will work for u. My upper body strength increased like hell. I saw changes in less than 2 weeks
P.s- if u haven't done emi's works for atleast 3 months then don't be discouraged. If u work hard it will work for u too definitely. I only meant it will work faster for those who hv prior emi experience

i already did the workout today and my everything is super sore rn (especially from those push ups- MY GOD-) so yeaaaah- but i plan on doing it twice a day (once in morning, and once in evening, if i feel up to it, BUT i won't stop doing this routine everyday, even if i see results)
day 1: ✅ my arms and legs are still super sore from this workout- i've also started another workout by emi targeting underarm fat sooo yeah my arms are KILLING ME- but i will keep up at it! i plan to not quit and i will rise to the challenge no matter how hard it gets and no matter how much i want to quit, i won't. wish me luck!

I have been working out for more than 2 weeks. These exercises are showing good results for sure but 20 days challenge is surely not enough I mean it would take atleast 2-3 months to get your body fully transformed. I do thigh- leg and hand workouts alternatively. These excesses are really effective but be patient and regular. Make sure your are also eating right while working out. These exercises will give you lot of pain which means they are really effective. She is right no pain no gain.

TaeLocal XO you might be doing the positions wrong. Keep your hands forward and bend your elbows backward, it should take some of the pressure off and it will work your arms more
Make sure you're pressing down through each of your fingers, especially the v formed by your index finger and thumb. That will take some pressure of your wrists. Sorry if this advice is unsolicited, just a yoga instructor here who's happy to help. :)

I finished day 4 of 30 workout program, its tiring yet fun 😆 hope i can completed day 5-30, thank to comment section (make me feels motivated ;D)
day 2: I got used to some of them, but ı skipped the last one because it is just impossible!
day 3: I skipped the last one without even trying it :( I can feel my arms becoming skinnier even in day 3, this is amazing!
I have recently discovered your channel. Trying to make a routine out of it...with over 50 pounds to lose, I can only do the low impact exercises. Thanks for keeping it short because it's hard and doable and you are an inspiration. Thanks a ton for not being too chirpy and not having those useless moves from some other popular channels that are impossible to keep up with.

@@ieat-bunnies-forbrunch awww well it's more like I gained muscles, at the same time I lost few cm off the flabby parts of my arms. So I guess the video toned my arms.
I used to do boxing for 3 months last year and it did the same to my arms. I lost so much fats and didn't gain that much muscles :3. I guess it depends on a person and what kind of workouts you do. In my case I'd have to lose all the fats before i can gain the muscle. Hope i helped C:
Did u do all 30 excercises I find it really hard to do pushups especially pinup pushups😣can I skip them
@@grandbay1244 awww that's ok! dont give up! You'll get better at it if you try doing them day by day, take it slow if you're not used to it, you will improve eventually. Do more workouts like cardio, weightlifting, HIIT workouts so your whole body becomes stronger 🌸 hope i helped
