I already had lose 12 kg 2 yrs before but i gained that within 6months of stopping the workout due to some reasons... By doing ur exercise and having balanced diet, I have lost 11kg during this quarantine. From 78 to 67, I have always been wanted to lose this much and I finally did. Thank emi. Yet I still have another 11kg to reach weight goal, wish me luck. XD

【Edit: I did all the videos that are listed each day】Just finished my 15 days. I didn't really have any expectation in mind, just continuously doing this and exercising everyday is already a huge accomplishment for me. So any bit of visible result is huge bonus for me. I have to say the result is more than just little, clearly see the waist become smaller, a little bit of hourglass shape, and the the abs definitely looks tighter. Thank you so much Emi, so glad I pushed myself and did this program!!
Should we follow all three workout for a day or just choose anyone for a day ? although i always only choose 10minworks and lost a lot of weight and fat but still want to know.
Same cuz I did Chloe ting's workout (I did literally 3 of them in 1 day!) For 2 months and I got 0 results and I'm not joking; while doing 3 of emi's workouts in 1 day (for 1 month); I got drastic results!!😱 Edit: I didn't knew so many people can relate to me😂

After the first exercise I was about to cry but I pulled myself up and kept going through the other exercises. I've lost 4 kg (with diet ofc) My belly is not flat yet but there's a HUGE difference. Most of the fat is gone, I can see abs starting forming. The most important thing is that I feel stronger in my arms and my legs too. That's not only working for your abs. I will do this for another 15 days so I can totally flatten my belly and get those abs. Guys just DO IT. I've been trying to lose my belly fat for years and I just couldn't and this workout has helped so much to reach my goal. You have to be consistent and do it everyday and you will get the results you want. Thank you Emi so much💕💕💕
Personally, Emi's workouts are more enjoyable than Chloe Ting's. While both provide motivational comments throughout their videos, Emi mentions where, what and how to focus for a more productive workout - something I find helpful. Also, Emi's workouts are less vigorous than Chloe's, yet still effective - good for beginners because it doesn't "murder" your muscles immediately. No hate towards Chloe Ting, I respect that her workout has helped many others. It's just personal preference.
THIS WORKS SO WELL!!!! I’m only on Day 6 and I have already lost 2 inches on my waist and 1.5 inches on my lower stomach. Seriously do it it’s amazing!!!
I'm gonna commit in this challenge. Will keep updating everyday. I'm gonna cry for sure but let's getitttttttt 💪 Before: 73.1kg height 163cm Day 1 : ✅ it's hard I was out of breath so many times Day 2 : ✅ I had trouble lifting up my body during side plank but I tried my best Day 3 : ✅ did it!!! I died because of the leg extension and I heard a crack in my body hopefully I don't break my bones 😂 Day 4 : ✅ today is the 1st Ramadan so I have to workout after taraweh at night because I don't have energy during the day and gurl I was destroyed 🔥🔥🔥It was tiring and sweaty 💦💦 but I finished the workout 💪 Day 5 : ✅ did 2 exercise vid before I break fast and god I almost died 😂 I was so thirsty afterward. And I did 1 vid after tawarih and only God knows how much my body aches Day 6 : ✅ it's 1 hour workout session so I did half and hour during the day and the other half before I sleep. My body still aches but I'll keep going because I need that dream body 🧘♀️ Day 7 : ✅ the stretching vid helped me to feel better I like it and finally I can rest a lol bit 😁 Day 8 : ✅ I was out of energy today because of fasting therefore I was unable to give 100% in my workout but I did try my best to complete all 3 vids Day 9 : ✅ I completed all the workout before I break my fast and god I was so dead, sweating and lying on the floor like a whale. How can she look elegant while exercising while here I'm about knock the door of hell. Anyways I did it 🥵🥵 Day 10 : ✅ I had troubles to exercise today because my mom keeps calling me and I had to stop between the videos but I put my 💯 energy into it. The exercises made me sweat like tsunami everytime 💧💧💧 Day 11 : ✅ the exercises vid required me to lay on the bed and before I realised my sweat was already there and I hate to get my bed wet 😭 but my body's more important so yeah today's workout is done 👙😚 also I think my posture improves a lot ✨ Day 12 : ✅ the exercises are getting easier for me to execute. I can feel difference when I first started the journey and today my body felt light. I sweated and I enjoyed it 🔥😍 Day 13 : ✅ CAN'T BELIEVE I MADE IT SO FAR! 😭 the exercises were challenging like always but I gave my body my energy my soul everything in it 🎈 Day 14 : ✅ the stretching vid on the bed really helped me to relax.. And of course because it's my rest day haha😆😆😆 Day 15 : ✅ I DID IT I DID IT 🎉🎉🎉 I finished my exercise on the last day of the challenge. Honestly I feel like crying. I'm so freaking proud of myself. I did this. I COMMIT TO MYSELF ❤️ After: 70.7kg I lost about 2.4 kg and I could feel my muscles are getting stronger. Hoping to lose more but something is better than nothing right? I really recommend this challenge to everyone. It will kill you but you'll be fine trust me 😘 like emi said, NO PAIN NO GAIN so grab your mat and start working out 😄

Been doing this for about 4 weeks now. Went from a soft belly to having visible tone in just a week. Now, I have genuine noticeable abs and I lost 4 pounds in two weeks since I added cardio to my daily routine along with this. Just wish I'd found Emi sooner!

@@xklvi5646 Running/fast walking/spinning everyday for 1 hour or dancing with KKardio on yt for 40 min 🥰 less intensive but for longer time, and your body won't builky up, instead it will be slimmer ☺

Okay, so I just found out about Emi and her workouts. I am a volleyball player, and recently I had injury and I had surgery. I do not konw if i would be able to play volleyball again. So I completly gave up on everything. I gained weight, and then I found about Emi. I know there are a lot of people who are doing their best, just because of you Emi. Before you, I could not exercise I was to lazy. But now I am doing all kinds of your workouts for a week. I have to say, that you really changed my point of view. I am more happier and I started to appriciate myself more! Thank you so much for you and your channel. I do not know if you will see this comment, but again, thank you so much! I was a volleyball player as well, I am still one, I will be forever. I had to stop it because of my new coach, she totally destroyed me mentally and sometimes physically as well, at the end I also had lighter panic attacks. Stopping this sport is still hurts, it is like I have died inside. However, don't forget! Once you've become a volleyball player, you'll be forever. This sport is here for you even if you can't play it seriously. I hope you will get better and if you will and can go back to play volleyball, please play for me too. You are strong! You will be fine! I am proud of you! 💜💜
2024 here. Starting the workout journey with this challenge. I had a baby at the end of 2022 and fought so hard with my body image but that's changing now. Emi is so wonderful to follow along. I completed 13 of the 15 days (I had to modify to fit my schedule and didn't finish the last two due to other circumstances) but I took pictures of before and after and I saw a visible difference, not a crazy one but definitely a difference. I lost 2-5lbs (my scale isn't accurate so not completely sure how much I lost) I've started changing my diet too which has helped. I'm now starting the 21 day leg challenge and hope to complete all the challenges she has this year.
I literally was crying in the end on my first time completing this exercise, Emi is honestly motivative, positive, and encouraging. Thank you Emi for making all these workouts and may all of us support each other through our fitness journey! Happy new year!

Hi , I was doing this for 2 months and I'm still doing this today. This video gave me a huge different, I can fit in my dress, I can wear anything I want, I can wear a croptop without worried about big waist. I really really love this video, the 1:1 line appeared a lot. My waist was smaller from 72cm to 65cm. *I did this video with the slim leg video and the collarbone too. Sometimes I did with cardio and hiit. * I ate healthy, no carbs (rice), less sweat, a lot vegetables.

Trying out the 15 day workouts! Start date: Oct 12,2020 Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ my whole body is sore 😫 Day 3: ✅ I'm in so much pain Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Skipped a day but I'm back on track. I was supposed to be on day 9 but oh well Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ I went out of town and wasn't able to continue. I even ate unhealthy. This was fun and enjoyed the workouts. It was really hard at first but as I got closer to the end, it got easier. I even started seeing a difference. I would recommend this to those who want to tone up. Goodluck!!

@@whosangelica Of course I have physical results, I will edit the comment later for more details, but for now I can tell you that I didn't counted the days I did this workout, it took me like ~3 weeks to get used to this/ start seeing results, and ~two months to have a more evident toned abdomen.
I SWEAR TO U GUYS THIS WORKOUT IS VERY EFFECTIVE. i've been doing this workout til now and right now it's the 5th day and i must say that i can already see the result like before i discovered this, my lower belly is pretty annoying and it shows everytime i wear a highwaisted shorts. but now, it made a difference from my previous belly like it became noticeably smaller. it feels nice and yea it hurts but i swear it's very effective and recommendable. Sooo its almost been a year since i have been doing emi's workouts and i remember this is her first ever video i ever came across and this is where my journey started... now im down by 12kgs and have toned my body a lot... my journey hasnt been very regular... there have been ups and downs and i have not managed to reduce my weight in the last few months but im not getting discouraged yet... i am slowly starting to accept that working out isnt all about weight loss its majorly about toning ones body. but seriously emi... you have helped me a lot and im so thankful for you.... i have gained confidence in so many aspects of my life and you taught me to keep pushing my limit... i love how you motivate us in each video and i use your advice everywhere... it has helped me a lot with my school as well and im doing better in academics, health and every aspect of my life... thank you emi ❤❤
@@rashitiwari6965 Thanks! I used to work out in the morning, like around 6 am.. i worked for one hour daily and just clicked on one of emi's programs and followed them religiously lmao. I sometimes went to gym to do some cardio or not so heavy weight lifting whenever i thought of not working out in my room. And for dietary restrictions i didnt restrict myself the 3 essential meals of the day I just stopped eating junk food AT ALL. Whenever someone around me did I just walked out of the room if self control was proving to be more difficult than usual. Hopefully this may prove useful to you

And ofc you dont need to be very very hard on yourself... you could reward yourself with a cheat day like.. once in a month.. I did it like that actually..
December last year, i followed emi's workout for beginners. And i also did my healthy diet ((of course i do eat rice, bcs im asian and i need rice!! Haha)) for 1 month. From 70kg to 59kg in a month. Not just that, my skin was glowing. Then i stop for months (due to stress of studies & ramadhan). So i come back here, to do the challenge again. Let's do this together!! NO PAIN NO GAIN🔥🔥 Edit: Okay guys, if you feel curious which workout i did. I followed the "15 minutes beginners workout for fat burning" for 2 set. Which means, i make it twice. It's okay if you're beginner, build a your stamina first, then focus on burning all the fats

My lower belly got a bit flatter, and I know it works because I tried it last summer. Woke up the next day with a sore torso, but definetly worth it! Day 2 - My whole body hurts, but I pushed through. I tried my best even though I know I didn't do all the exercises right. Day 3 - Skipped this day because I was too sore and needed a break! Day 4 - Didn't have time to complete it. I completed the standing abs, toned arms and slim legs workouts though.

Yay another workout by Emi! I've been doing your abs & belly burn workout for a week now and man, I slim down quite a lot. Gonna give this one a shot today and update my progress as I go. day 1: bruh the pain was so worth it, my core was burning to it's max day 2: im still feeling the after effects but it's worth it day 3: my goodness, the burning was killing me. i had to take like maybe 3 breaks. day 4: i still have a tummy but i slimmed down just a little when trying on new pants today. day 5: the burn is not as bad as before but it's still a challenge to do. it hurt to laugh after this lol. day 6: almost but not quite little to no pain. i think the adrenaline of wanting to complete this overshadowed it lol day 7: rest day. my belly still hurts when I sit so having a me time was a great idea. day 8: had a green smoothie before the workout and after. it did help with focusing on the task. day 9: there's minimum pain and i honestly see the abs coming in. i did this exercise twice today which added more burn that before. day 10: no workout today, it was a rest day for me. i needed to give myself a break before i push myself to exhaustion. day 11: did the workout twice again. at some point i got lightheaded and needed a break but went back into it. i have never sweat as much as i did today. day 12: twice today! my tummy was killing me but it slimmed down a lot and the abs are a little more defined than on day 9. day 13: there's still a bit of flab near the hips but it isn't nothing I can't handle. despite the intense burn, it eased up. day 14: workout has been easier now that my body can handle all these intense belly burn. struggled at first but i did it. day 15: we got the abs! even though this has been a hard journey, it was honestly the most fun thing ever. When I complete this exercise everyday, I just feel SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY and PROUD on myself that I have pulled through it ONE MORE TIME! It's been weeks and I just get that sense of accomplishment everyday!
Sharing my 40-day progress to motivate myself and others: Note: I will not focus much on my diet, but I will probably take less snacks. And I'm also focusing more on making my belly flat. Trust me, my belly is so bloated that I even look pregnant :(( DAY 1 ✅ My legs are SORE. I was already sweating before going halfway through. I wasn't able to do the last 3 workouts because I was literally dying. DAY 2 ❌ Sorry guys, I wasn't able to do it because I was on a trip with my family. I was so tired, but I promise to do it tomorrow. My legs and belly are having cramps. DAY 3 ✅ Just finished right now, and I'm sweating a lot. I took longer breaks, probably 15 seconds instead of 10 because I can barely move. We can do this! DAY 4 ✅ I forgot to do a warm-up. My legs were shaking, and I somehow had a hard time doing the workout, but at least I was able to do it today. DAY 5 ✅ I was planning not to do it but hey, I changed my mind. I think I improved since I mostly didn't extend my break! My thighs and belly do not hurt as much as it hurt on Day 1 anymore. DAY 6 ✅ It surprisingly felt shorter. Usually, this feels so long. I didn't sweat much now. And btw, I'm still unsure if I'm doing this properly. I actually think that there's a little change already, or it might just be an illusion. Either way, DO NOT GIVE UP! DAY 7 ✅ I just finished now, and I'm sweating a lot. I'm still scared of the last two workouts lol. DAY 8 ✅ Yey! I finally reached 7 days of doing this. This honestly became easier for me to execute. DAY 9 ❌ I'm so sorry, I wasn't able to do it because I was busy. DAY 10 ❌ I wasn't able to do it too because I was still busy. DAY 11 ✅ Already did it, but I forgot to do a warm-up which made it a bit difficult for me. I ate a lot yesterday, so I hope it didn't make my belly fatter. DAY 12 ❌ Sorry guys, I was really busy during this day. So, I wasn't able to do it :( DAY 13 ✅ The workout became difficult for me now. It's probably because I skipped a lot of days. DAY 14 ❌ I'm suffering from dysmenorrhea, so I can't do it today. DAY 15 ❌ Dysmenorrhea again :( DAY 16 ❌ Still didn't do it, and I now feel disappointed in myself. DAY 17 ✅ Finally did it. And since I had a lot of skips, I decided to do the workout twice starting tomorrow. DAY 18 ✅ Only did it once because I got lazy lol. But at least I didn't skip the workout this day! And I honestly think there's a difference on my belly. DAY 19 ✅ It felt short, but still difficult. I might do my second workout later, but I'm not sure. I'll put two checks above if I ever do the workout twice today. Btw, thanks for the likes! It actually motivated me to do the workout :) DAY 20 ✅ I'm so sorry. I think it's a bit difficult for me to execute this twice a day. But I promise, I'll do it twice within this week! Also, the workout became a lot easier for me today DAY 21 ❌ I couldn't do it today because I had something to take care of. DAY 22 ✅ I did this at 8 PM which is a bit late for me. I still failed to make up for my missed days though. DAY 23 ✅ I somehow kinda felt the burn more this time. I still feel good but I kinda feel like my belly got fatter. Probably because of my diet and skips. DAY 24 ❌ I wasn't able to do it.

I gained some weight in quarintine🥴 69kg/168cm Day 1: I'm starting to regret this...it hurts, I haven't exercised in so long!😩 Day 2: PLEASE STRETCH *properly* after every workout!! I was still sore from yesterday so today was just awful. Ngl almost cried😖. Also took some longer breaks and definitely didn't do each workout perfectly. But I believe in myself that I will finish this program😍 Day 3: Easier than yesterday, still hard but if it wasn't what would be the point? "No pain no gain". I actually enjoyed today's workout (most of it😄). Day 4: The bed ab workout was so much fun. Although the 20 min one seemed like it would never end! But here I am, I did it and I am proud🤪✨ And thx so much for everyones replies, it helps me more than you think🌻 Day 5: Had a fight with my stepdad and nearly skipped today, because I was so angry and upset. I gave it a chance though and did quite well because I was blowing off so much steam while aggresively exercising😂. Now I'm happy again😊 Day 6: I took a lot of breaks ngl but it was surprisingly do-able. The stretching at the end gives me life 😍 Day 7: Best day! Day 8: Pretty hard, I must've said every curse-word in the world plus some made-up ones lol ! And even though I took many breaks (as usual), I could feel my form improving and that I'm getting stronger. Day 9: DAMN! It was so hard I cried lol :'). But I know it will get easier and that i'll learn to enjoy the burn. Day 10: I forgot to write day 10. Can't remember everything. Just that it was probably very hard and painful😂 Day 11: I got today done so fast! First day where I didn't take extra breaks or slack with the form etc. I really enjoyed it wow! It was fun because 2 workouts are on your bed. Also, I accidentally fell asleep early yesterday so I did "skip" a day sort of. It's annoying but now I'll just be 1 day behind😗🥰 Day 12: done Day 13: done Day 14; done Day 15: done!! I did it and I feel soo good about myself. I feel strong physically and mentally. This program is great and beginner-friendly, it saved me from my laziness. Although, I think I will always be a little lazy. It's who I am. Weight: 66.5kg (-2.5kg) I tried eating healthier but I'm going to be honest I ate a LOT of chocolate ;) . So that's a bonus about this program. Ofcourse I would have lost more if I ate just healthy but I am very happy with my results and I believe I shouldn't restrict myself (Plus, I almost gave up because I was convinced that I wasn't going to have ANY results.) It's a slow process!! And this program motivates me to keep making progress even if it's slow. There's no rush

By doing ur exercise and having balanced diet, I have lost 11kg during this quarantine. From 78 to 67, I have always been wanted to lose this much and I finally did. Thank emi. Yet I still have another 11kg to reach weight goal, wish me luck. XD

【Edit: I did all the videos that are listed each day】Just finished my 15 days. I didn't really have any expectation in mind, just continuously doing this and exercising everyday is already a huge accomplishment for me. So any bit of visible result is huge bonus for me. I have to say the result is more than just little, clearly see the waist become smaller, a little bit of hourglass shape, and the the abs definitely looks tighter. Thank you so much Emi, so glad I pushed myself and did this program!!

Day 15✔ Guys I don't think anyone is reading this but THIS WORKS. I've lost 4 kg (with diet ofc) My belly is not flat yet but there's a HUGE difference. Most of the fat is gone, I can see abs starting forming. The most important thing is that I feel stronger in my arms and my legs too. That's not only working for your abs. I will do this for another 15 days so I can totally flatten my belly and get those abs. Guys just DO IT. I've been trying to lose my belly fat for years and I just couldn't and this workout has helped so much to reach my goal. You have to be consistent and do it everyday and you will get the results you want. Thank you Emi so much💕💕💕

This is the first time I've seen such an abs workout. You feel your stomach working to the fullest. Results are visible even in 1 week.
Personally, Emi's workouts are more enjoyable than Chloe Ting's.
While both provide motivational comments throughout their videos, Emi mentions where, what and how to focus for a more productive workout - something I find helpful. Also, Emi's workouts are less vigorous than Chloe's, yet still effective - good for beginners because it doesn't "murder" your muscles immediately.
No hate towards Chloe Ting, I respect that her workout has helped many others. It's just personal preference.

Day 1 : ✅ it's hard I was out of breath so many times
Day 2 : ✅ I had trouble lifting up my body during side plank but I tried my best
Day 3 : ✅ did it!!! I died because of the leg extension and I heard a crack in my body hopefully I don't break my bones 😂
Day 4 : ✅ today is the 1st Ramadan so I have to workout after taraweh at night because I don't have energy during the day and gurl I was destroyed 🔥🔥🔥It was tiring and sweaty 💦💦 but I finished the workout 💪
Day 5 : ✅ did 2 exercise vid before I break fast and god I almost died 😂 I was so thirsty afterward. And I did 1 vid after tawarih and only God knows how much my body aches
Day 6 : ✅ it's 1 hour workout session so I did half and hour during the day and the other half before I sleep. My body still aches but I'll keep going because I need that dream body 🧘♀️
Day 7 : ✅ the stretching vid helped me to feel better I like it and finally I can rest a lol bit 😁
Day 8 : ✅ I was out of energy today because of fasting therefore I was unable to give 100% in my workout but I did try my best to complete all 3 vids
Day 9 : ✅ I completed all the workout before I break my fast and god I was so dead, sweating and lying on the floor like a whale. How can she look elegant while exercising while here I'm about knock the door of hell. Anyways I did it 🥵🥵
Day 10 : ✅ I had troubles to exercise today because my mom keeps calling me and I had to stop between the videos but I put my 💯 energy into it. The exercises made me sweat like tsunami everytime 💧💧💧
Day 11 : ✅ the exercises vid required me to lay on the bed and before I realised my sweat was already there and I hate to get my bed wet 😭 but my body's more important so yeah today's workout is done 👙😚 also I think my posture improves a lot ✨
Day 12 : ✅ the exercises are getting easier for me to execute. I can feel difference when I first started the journey and today my body felt light. I sweated and I enjoyed it 🔥😍
Day 13 : ✅ CAN'T BELIEVE I MADE IT SO FAR! 😭 the exercises were challenging like always but I gave my body my energy my soul everything in it 🎈

After: 70.7kg I lost about 2.4 kg and I could feel my muscles are getting stronger. Hoping to lose more but something is better than nothing right? I really recommend this challenge to everyone. It will kill you but you'll be fine trust me 😘 like emi said, NO PAIN NO GAIN so grab your mat and start working out 😄

Been doing this for about 4 weeks now. Went from a soft belly to having visible tone in just a week. Now, I have genuine noticeable abs and I lost 4 pounds in two weeks since I added cardio to my daily routine along with this. Just wish I'd found Emi sooner!

Okay, so I just found out about Emi and her workouts. I am a volleyball player, and recently I had injury and I had surgery. I do not konw if i would be able to play volleyball again. So I completly gave up on everything. I gained weight, and then I found about Emi. I know there are a lot of people who are doing their best, just because of you Emi. Before you, I could not exercise I was to lazy. But now I am doing all kinds of your workouts for a week. I have to say, that you really changed my point of view. I was a volleyball player as well, I am still one, I will be forever. I had to stop it because of my new coach, she totally destroyed me mentally and sometimes physically as well, at the end I also had lighter panic attacks. Stopping this sport is still hurts, it is like I have died inside. However, don't forget! Once you've become a volleyball player, you'll be forever. This sport is here for you even if you can't play it seriously. I hope you will get better and if you will and can go back to play volleyball, please play for me too. You are strong! You will be fine! I am proud of you! 💜💜
2024 here. Starting the workout journey with this challenge. I had a baby at the end of 2022 and fought so hard with my body image but that's changing now. Emi is so wonderful to follow along. I completed 13 of the 15 days (I had to modify to fit my schedule and didn't finish the last two due to other circumstances) but I took pictures of before and after and I saw a visible difference, not a crazy one but definitely a difference. I lost 2-5lbs (my scale isn't accurate so not completely sure how much I lost) I've started changing my diet too which has helped. I'm now starting the 21 day leg challenge and hope to complete all the challenges she has this year.

Hi , I was doing this for 2 months and I'm still doing this today. This video gave me a huge different, I can fit in my dress, I can wear anything I want, I can wear a croptop without worried about big waist. I really really love this video, the 1:1 line appeared a lot. My waist was smaller from 72cm to 65cm.
*I did this video with the slim leg video and the collarbone too. Sometimes I did with cardio and hiit.
* I ate healthy, no carbs (rice), less sweat, a lot vegetables.

@@whosangelica Of course I have physical results, I will edit the comment later for more details, but for now I can tell you that I didn't counted the days I did this workout, it took me like ~3 weeks to get used to this/ start seeing results, and ~two months to have a more evident toned abdomen.

I SWEAR TO U GUYS THIS WORKOUT IS VERY EFFECTIVE. i've been doing this workout til now and right now it's the 5th day and i must say that i can already see the result like before i discovered this, my lower belly is pretty annoying and it shows everytime i wear a highwaisted shorts. but now, it made a difference from my previous belly like it became noticeably smaller. it feels nice and yea it hurts but i swear it's very effective and recommendable. Sooo its almost been a year since i have been doing emi's workouts and i remember this is her first ever video i ever came across and this is where my journey started... now im down by 12kgs and have toned my body a lot... my journey hasnt been very regular... there have been ups and downs and i have not managed to reduce my weight in the last few months but im not getting discouraged yet... i am slowly starting to accept that working out isnt all about weight loss its majorly about toning ones body. but seriously emi... you have helped me a lot and im so thankful for you.... i have gained confidence in so many aspects of my life and you taught me to keep pushing my limit... i love how you motivate us in each video and i use your advice everywhere... it has helped me a lot with my school as well and im doing better in academics, health and every aspect of my life... thank you emi ❤❤

@@rashitiwari6965 Thanks! I used to work out in the morning, like around 6 am.. i worked for one hour daily and just clicked on one of emi's programs and followed them religiously lmao. I sometimes went to gym to do some cardio or not so heavy weight lifting whenever i thought of not working out in my room. And for dietary restrictions i didnt restrict myself the 3 essential meals of the day I just stopped eating junk food AT ALL. Whenever someone around me did I just walked out of the room if self control was proving to be more difficult than usual. Hopefully this may prove useful to you
@@dinkyrat09 Yea girl! Just stay consistent honestly... at one point you will not want to do it but just keep doing it anyways because it will reward you in the end. And ofc you dont need to be very very hard on yourself... you could reward yourself with a cheat day like.. once in a month.. I did it like that actually..
December last year, i followed emi's workout for beginners. And i also did my healthy diet ((of course i do eat rice, bcs im asian and i need rice!! Haha)) for 1 month. From 70kg to 59kg in a month. Not just that, my skin was glowing. Then i stop for months (due to stress of studies & ramadhan). So i come back here, to do the challenge again. Let's do this together!! NO PAIN NO GAIN🔥🔥
Edit: Okay guys, if you feel curious which workout i did. I followed the "15 minutes beginners workout for fat burning" for 2 set. Which means, i make it twice. It's okay if you're beginner, build a your stamina first, then focus on burning all the fats

It's the next day now guys and let me tell you i am more than satisfied with the results. I don't have 6 packs but my belly has tremendously reduced and given that i was not following any strict diet i am amazed by my results. Thank you so much Ami, this has also motivated me to get back into working out at home and i love it. I am more amazed at the fact that i did not give up at all and i pushed till day 15.

Yay another workout by Emi! I've been doing your abs & belly burn workout for a week now and man, I slim down quite a lot. Gonna give this one a shot today and update my progress as I go.
day 1: bruh the pain was so worth it, my core was burning to it's max
day 2: im still feeling the after effects but it's worth it
day 3: my goodness, the burning was killing me. i had to take like maybe 3 breaks.
day 4: i still have a tummy but i slimmed down just a little when trying on new pants today.
day 5: the burn is not as bad as before but it's still a challenge to do. it hurt to laugh after this lol.
day 6: almost but not quite little to no pain. i think the adrenaline of wanting to complete this overshadowed it lol
day 7: rest day. my belly still hurts when I sit so having a me time was a great idea.
day 8: had a green smoothie before the workout and after. it did help with focusing on the task.
day 9: there's minimum pain and i honestly see the abs coming in. i did this exercise twice today which added more burn that before.
day 10: no workout today, it was a rest day for me. i needed to give myself a break before i push myself to exhaustion.
day 11: did the workout twice again. at some point i got lightheaded and needed a break but went back into it. i have never sweat as much as i did today.
day 12: twice today! my tummy was killing me but it slimmed down a lot and the abs are a little more defined than on day 9.
day 13: there's still a bit of flab near the hips but it isn't nothing I can't handle. despite the intense burn, it eased up.
day 14: workout has been easier now that my body can handle all these intense belly burn. struggled at first but i did it.
day 15: we got the abs! even though this has been a hard journey, it was honestly the most fun thing ever.

This is the longest 10min of my life doing abs exercise with Emi but it's so worth it because I can literally hear my abs screaming.

When I complete this exercise everyday, I just feel SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY and PROUD on myself that I have pulled through it ONE MORE TIME! It's been weeks and I just get that sense of accomplishment everyday!

Note: I will not focus much on my diet, but I will probably take less snacks. And I'm also focusing more on making my belly flat. Trust me, my belly is so bloated that I even look pregnant :((

My legs are SORE. I was already sweating before going halfway through. I wasn't able to do the last 3 workouts because I was literally dying.

Sorry guys, I wasn't able to do it because I was on a trip with my family. I was so tired, but I promise to do it tomorrow. My legs and belly are having cramps.

Just finished right now, and I'm sweating a lot. I took longer breaks, probably 15 seconds instead of 10 because I can barely move. We can do this!

I forgot to do a warm-up. My legs were shaking, and I somehow had a hard time doing the workout, but at least I was able to do it today.
DAY 5 ✅
I was planning not to do it but hey, I changed my mind. I think I improved since I mostly didn't extend my break! My thighs and belly do not hurt as much as it hurt on Day 1 anymore.

It surprisingly felt shorter. Usually, this feels so long. I didn't sweat much now. And btw, I'm still unsure if I'm doing this properly. I actually think that there's a little change already, or it might just be an illusion. Either way, DO NOT GIVE UP!

I just finished now, and I'm sweating a lot. I'm still scared of the last two workouts lol.

Yey! I finally reached 7 days of doing this. This honestly became easier for me to execute.

Day 1: I'm starting to regret this...it hurts, I haven't exercised in so long!😩
Day 2: PLEASE STRETCH *properly* after every workout!! I was still sore from yesterday so today was just awful. Ngl almost cried😖. Also took some longer breaks and definitely didn't do each workout perfectly. But I believe in myself that I will finish this program😍
Day 3: Easier than yesterday, still hard but if it wasn't what would be the point? "No pain no gain". I actually enjoyed today's workout (most of it😄).
Day 4: The bed ab workout was so much fun. Although the 20 min one seemed like it would never end! But here I am, I did it and I am proud🤪✨

Day 5: Had a fight with my stepdad and nearly skipped today, because I was so angry and upset. I gave it a chance though and did quite well because I was blowing off so much steam while aggresively exercising😂. Now I'm happy again😊
Day 6: I took a lot of breaks ngl but it was surprisingly do-able. The stretching at the end gives me life 😍

Day 8: Pretty hard, I must've said every curse-word in the world plus some made-up ones lol ! And even though I took many breaks (as usual), I could feel my form improving and that I'm getting stronger.
Day 9: DAMN! It was so hard I cried lol :'). But I know it will get easier and that i'll learn to enjoy the burn.
Day 10: I forgot to write day 10. Can't remember everything. Just that it was probably very hard and painful😂
Day 11: I got today done so fast! First day where I didn't take extra breaks or slack with the form etc. I really enjoyed it wow! It was fun because 2 workouts are on your bed. Also, I accidentally fell asleep early yesterday so I did "skip" a day sort of. It's annoying but now I'll just be 1 day behind😗🥰

I did it and I feel soo good about myself. I feel strong physically and mentally. This program is great and beginner-friendly, it saved me from my laziness. Although, I think I will always be a little lazy. It's who I am.

I tried eating healthier but I'm going to be honest I ate a LOT of chocolate ;) . So that's a bonus about this program. Ofcourse I would have lost more if I ate just healthy but I am very happy with my results and I believe I shouldn't restrict myself (Plus, I almost gave up because I was convinced that I wasn't going to have ANY results.) It's a slow process!! And this program motivates me to keep making progress even if it's slow. There's no rush

Okay so... my period crashed the party. I was on break for a week. I decided to wrap this up. This is an extremely good workout, I 100% recommend. It can be hard, but if needed, do some modifications. Also, remember to stretch! That’s about it. Hope you achieve your own goals!

Yes this legit works!!! I had tried this over the winter vacations which was for like 3 months. I reduced from a 36 inch waist to a 32 inch. I’m right now still 32inch and trying to get to 28inch. My arms reduced 4 inches as well as my thighs.

Yes, I did burn belly fat, I got a much more toned belly. didn't see any dramatic changes because 15 day is a such a short duration.

i've been doing this (and thigh workouts) for 2 months, and the results is amazing. at first, i expected nothing in body image bc my goals are i've stronger body, and greater stamina. but my stomach is flat rn and i'm confident wearing croptop/tight jeans. my old pants are so much looser on stomach and waist. thank u so much, emi
