Whereas Team Brotherhood Without Banners is more practical and directly counters agents of Westeros chaos. I have thought that it was Weirwood tree burning that causes visions. That part is kept vague but it does move the plot. When a Braavosi says "Valar Morghulis" the Red God is owed. You saw that debt paid nicely! The rat cook story is the best and perhaps most influential of Westeros traditions, customs and tales. Remember even Daenerys reminded the Quarth leader of how guests in Westeros are treated with respect though she has not seen Westeros yet. Episode 1 is an example of guest hospitality done right with a full spread. (A+++ AirBNB rating.)

Arya was taken captive by the Mountain, her group was tortured by the Tickler & the Mountain, she served the Mountain at Tywin’s war table, and she remained at Harrenhal to be the Mountain’s cupbearer (after Tywin). And, Arya knew he was the Mountain as she saw him joust in Kings Landing and knows he is the Hound’s brother. I’m not sure why as Arya is being all sassy back to the Hound she doesn’t say well I knew your brother, and I actually survived him.
