One of best, if not the best Daenerys scene. One of the episodes that broke the Internet.
this and the end ngl i loved it.
@@lene_kuchisabishiiyeah that one really broke the internet 😂
@@lene_kuchisabishii Stop :(
@@Alejandroses im sorry D:
She got her first nomination to the Emmys in this season 👏🏻
"My real father lost his head at King's Landing." Despite of all of Theon's mistakes, that line always made me tear up a little.
His whole little monologue is pure S tier
It's my favorite of his. And it's why I think...

@@DanielleVlog365 GURL!!!!!!!! So true!
Yeah as much i was angry at him for what he did in WinterFell, i just felt bad for him instead of hating him.
“A dragon is not a slave” is one of my favourite lines from this whole show and one that applies to daeny herself, sold into slavery but manages to rise above
So cool. Everything about her and her house is the most awesome thing about this world
It’s just insane how amazingly written the Targaryens, you can see it in the first 4 seasons George R.R is a genius
Margerine Tyrell😂😂. Brig really is bad with names.💀
fun spoiler free fact. Shes a descendent of the Hightowers and he's pulling an Alicent.
We been known this 🙂↕️
I can’t believe it’s not butter tyrell
:v
Pedro's character in this show will blow your mind!! 🤯🤯
Fr
You’re evil for this one lol
You’re just poking fun at this point. We all know Pedro will crush it in his role!
I agree... it'll definitely blow someone's mind.
They're probably not gonna give a fuck about his character lol, they'll just be chanting Pedro over all the dialogue.
What if Pedro was the friends we made along the way :)
🤣🤣🤣
Hahah perfect
Hahahaha nice one
I was about to make the same joke xD
LMAO this is exactly what I was thinking when they were talking about Pedro 😂😂
I love this ending still to this day! One of the best scenes in the whole show.
yea this episode is top tier
Yeah this is one of the best episodes of the show. So many good moments
This and battle of the bastards.
Funny when Pedro shows up they're not going to say "is it Pedro?" before he's shown
Nah, in the first episode with him there's about a minute of talking about Pedro's character before it cuts to him. I can definitely see them fitting about 10-15 "IS IT PEDRO"s in that minute.
"It's Ned's fault for marrying Cat that Jaime lost his hand." I'm fucking dead bro
XD XD hahah If cat had just loved Jon Snow Jamie would still have a hand haha
Cat always catching strays lmao
"Everybody Hates Cat"
"Why do all the guys I like die?!".......HAHAHAHAAAA
Theon is such a compelling character and his actor Alfiee Allen was one the most underrated actors of the show
I'm fine with the 'IS IT PEDRO' until he appears 😂
Same, it cracks me up every time!
Truly. 😂 A comedic relief really.
Remember, most of the men in the Night's Watch is composed of violent, detestable criminals. It was only a matter of time before they snapped and unleash their rage on someone like Craster(which was deserved) and anyone who was in their way like Jeor Mormont(unfortunate for him).
That scene in Astapor at the end is my favourite Danearyes scene. 🤭🤭
"Zaldrizes buzdari iksos daor!" might be my favorite line in the entire series.
"Unsullied!" That one word from Danny still gives me chills
That scene was when I declared Dany as my queen and I never wavered once after
@@TomBruhh Nope. Never
@@TomBruhhfuck around and find out
🧎🏻♀️ never another one. Only her
She was my queen since her first appearance but this episode made say yup that's exactly why she's Queen
Same 😂 I liked her since start but this scene is what sealed my fate.
Man seeing your grins around the Ramsey scenes killed me 😭 “this guys kinda epic” “pftttt”
Yeah “epic” is not a word I would ever choose to describe Ramsey 😈
I just commented about this. It’s so funny seeing them not know anything at all 😂😂
Like him or hate him, Ramsey IS an epic character. And the actor puts on a hell of a performance.
Seeing Sansa happy lowkey makes me happy
I wanted her and Margaery to be friends forever
Not even lowkey for me. The rare scenes we get to see our girl be bright is such a blessing in this dark show 😂
Am I the only who used to hate her character from the beginning
This is one rare moment I felt happy that she's happy.
It makes more sense in the books cause she's like 13/14 and naive looking. Also in the books, she gave the impression that she had very little agency over her decision making so the masters were convinced jorah was the one secretly pulling the strings
The masters sold her the slaves like theyre been doing for centuries. There doesn't really need to be much contingencies cause their typical customer base has no problem with slavery and will probably come back to buy more; if you're waring and need soldiers, its in your best interest to keep the soldier making factories.
Dany also played into the idea that she was reluctant but willing to part ways with a dragon by somewhat back-peddling and then insisting he give her missande (+ other supplies in the books) as additional compensation; they bought into the "back-and-forth teetering on the edge" act and locked in the deal.
Also, it's a baby dragon the size of a dog, they probably didn't think there was much to it cause dany was a child trying to play at war and needed as much soldiers as possible; that why she asked for the boys in training. Astaphor wanted a dragon for centuries since the Ghiscari empire was burned down by the valyrian dragon lords.
"Freedom! Dracarys! Dracarys!" 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
So happy for all the Varys's appreciation! He is my favorite player in GoT.
One of the few genuinely good characters in the show along with Jon and little man
This Pedro thing is killing me🤣🤣
It’s so funny because GoT was Pedro’s breakout. These guys are the first people maybe ever who are Pedro fans going into it lol
Finally i dont have to see the same "skip this scene it spoils HOTD" comment on every video lol
I think it was dumb anyway. It's literally how the MAJORITY of fans experienced it - GOT first, then HOTD. People always straining to have something iMPoRtAnT to insist upon streamers and content creators.
@@Trepanation21true but most people watching at the time (like 10 years ago now) had no clue who Rhaenyra was and by the time HOTD came out I’d say 99.9% of people completely forgot about that scene
@@lucblanchard4116 yup that was me, didn't even know she was mentioned in GOT until I saw the clip and rewatched the show
Easily one of Dany’s most iconic scenes 🤩🔥
So Margery in the books is 15 so she's close to Sansa's age. We do get her perspective a little bit and Margery is very much better Cearsei in the sense that she knows how to play the Game of Thrones and she's good at it. It seems that Margery really does like Sansa but she is smart enough to hide behind the "fakeness" so to speak to mask House Tyrell's true intentions. Remember guys, house Tyrell is the second richest house in Westeros, they have a lot of power
We never see Margaerys' perspective in the books. She appears very few times and all from the perspective of other characters.
@@cara2290 well there ya go! Lol I couldn't for the life of me remember if we got her perspective or not. That's why we don't know her true intentions
People tend to assume that Margaery been fake its a bad thing... because Sansa is seeing as this good girl that belongs to a good house/hero house. So everything that seems suspectious towards Sansa may be bad. Tyrells are playing the game, like Lannisters did in the past to have more power. People also forget that in Westeros world a house that doesnt have any power, can easily be destroy or just needs to awser to a bigger House. Sure the Tyrells have power, but having someone in the royality? Thats true power. At this point Margaery is been fake, but till now nothing was show to us that Margaery or the Tyrells were cruel. In fact they even show some sympathy for Sansa. Even if it was just to play the game. Unlike Cersei that did torment Sansa or allow Joffrey to torment Sansa, Tyrells are showing kindness. Tyrells are playing the diplomatic game, meaning they hide their intentions by playing the cards in the right time. Not like Lannisters that most of the time they push diplomatic side and go for the force or intimation.
My favorite Danny moment in the whole story so far. (If we ever get winds of winter)
Daenerys is such a badass because her ancestors are Daemon and Rhaenyra. Daemon would be grinning his head off that Daenerys hatched 3 dragons.
Rhaenyra is badass? Haha... Daemon and Daenerys, if they had lived at the same time, would have taken over the world together and ruled, filling half of Westeros with blood. And Rhaenyra? She gave birth to children all her life, was not interested in politics, ruined her reputation and in the end turned out to be just a stupid, unhappy woman... Daemon was an incredible warrior and deserved the throne much more than his niece, who didn’t even have the brains to hide her illicit relationship with security guard. Daenerys was sold into slavery; she was a princess in exile, but in the end she began to decide her own destiny. Rhaenyra is much closer to her brother Aegon, two infantile bodies in a crown. If it weren't for Otto and Daemon, neither of them would have seen the crown.
daenerys is badass because she's daenerys, rhaenyra and daemon are nothing like her, daenerys is the queen of people.
"He got drunk on the idea of having a dragon"
I absolutely love this line for some reason. It's perfect.
atleast he didn't get drunk while riding a dragon cough cough
The chillz that went through my body the first time I watched this episode were comparable to the chillz I got when I watched Dune Part 2
This is my FAVORITE episode of the show and the Dany speech here is top tier!
One of my all-time favorite episodes. So much insight into how Varys works, Tywin knocking Cersei down a peg, Brienne giving Jaime some much-needed tough love, the Tyrells making plays, seeing Sansa have hope, Theon coming to terms with his mistakes, and Dany acquiring the Unsullied and freeing Astapor will always be legendary.
7:29 it is not the same place. This is the Sept of Baelor (not seen in HOTD) and the one where Meleys burst through the floor was the Dragonpit
Love the editing with the big heads when yall are giving each other knowing looks
Everytime they say Pedro I can only think about the song Pedro Pedro Pedro with the rackoon dancing
😂😂😂😂😂 stop
Same😂
About the Nights Watch, it's not that they've lost their honour, most of them never had it to begin with. The Nights Watch nowadays mostly consists of criminals sent to the wall for their crimes. Only a few among them are genuinely good people.
Some of them were convicted of horrific crimes and some were punished for nothing.
Honestly thats why i love the Nights watch and Jon's group: nobody considers the Nights Watch as an honorable path anymore, its looked down upon, mocked and its filled with low criminals. To see a group of teenagers arrive there with illusions or bc they had not choice and yet find the strengh to fight for the living without getting any recognition? im in
The sack of Astapor is by far one of my very fave scenes!
The Sept of Baelor is not the same place as the Dragonpit in HotD.
Yeah it will only be built by Rhaenyra's grandson.
In fact, the Dragonpit was built over the ruins of the original sept that Maegor I destroyed when the Faith Militant rose up against him.
The rains of castamere are near..
Mckal's zoom... if you know you know... so hilarious. 😂😂
I wont say how long but you got some time until Pedro shows up, but it is super worth it when he does.
Nah dont tell em😂 its funny whenever they try to Beetlejuice him into the scene haha
Their heads will explode when they see Pedro
@@toniryan7285 hahaha Beetlejuice him!
the unsullied-dragon trade was much more convincing in the books. Daenerys is like, fourteen years old there and far more underestimated. like they were genuinely under the impression that Jorah was the real threat, not her
This is the episode where everyone became a Dany stan.
THE MOMENT I WAS WAITING FOR… the BEST Daenerys moment. She’s so epic
Seven hells! Carter's so attached with Pedro even tho he's still not yet in the show 😅 OH sweet summer child , becareful what you wish for Carter Kun .
the night is dark and full of terrors 😁
"It's just a prank bro."
The prank: 9:58
I FORGOT THIS HAPPENED IN THIS EPISODE! God do I love Varys and Daenerys, two of my favorite characters in this show.
"Zaldrīzes buzdari iksos daor" or "a dragon is not a slave". one of my favorite Dany lines.
Dracarys
Tywin managed to make all 3 of his kids hate him
What incredible writing from George. What incredible directing. Its so amazing that surely it stays this consistent right!?
"VALAR MORGHULIS"
"VALAR DOHAERIS"
Its okay Carter. I agree that Dany is a great character, but she can lean into vengeance at times, and maybe that's what you're picking up on? That said, there are definitely far more bloodthirsty characters in this universe, and some of them are truly despicable. Would you say that sometimes her form of justice is necessary, particularly when dealing with such awful people?
What?
Interesting things could happen when one person decides that these people are "awful". If the person deals with awful people, does this person think of themselves as good, as just, as righteous? Not denying they are awful btw, slavers of Astapor are awful. Hey, at least she enlisted an army of baby killers in her war by "setting them free and choosing to fight for her". Almost like Fremen for Paul, she is a marvelous savior indeed.
I gotta say, you guys may be my favourite reactors right now, love watching your videos. You're living my dream, hanging out and watching stuff with the boys
1:35 pedro DOES descend as the sun...and spear! im here all week...
By the time Pedro shows up they will forget he is even in the show xd
Gillie having her baby: "What... what is it?"
Gek squad: PEDRO!?¿???

I'm glad I check the channel, RUclips has been slacking with the notifs
22:56 One of the most iconic scene in GOT history
Thanx for another great reaction fellas! Appreciate ya's!🫶 This is 1 of my all time fave eps for those Daenerys scenes!👌What a boss, I f*ckin love it!😜 Lots love from Aus guys xo 💚🇦🇺💛
Whoever captured the sorcerer must have sewn his mouth shut. Probably a precaution to prevent him from casting some kind of spell.
I was waiting for your reaction to Joffrey mentioning Rhaenerya! 😂
One of the most epic, badass moments in tv history.
The scept and the dragon pit are separate buildings.
Danny 🤍👑
They feel bad for the unsullied. Aww you guys.
I really wish you guys could watch ALL THE TRAILERS introducing each season - they were EPIC, especially after Lady Olenna’s speech.😊
I don’t think Margery is fake, per se. She knows how to act the part and play the game, but I think she also works her own morals and desires into what she does in a very interesting manner. She’s one of my favorite characters.
Meleys came through the floor of The Dragonpit, the now-ruins where House Targaryen kept their dragons. The Great Sept is like a church and is a separate building in another part of the city. The Great Sept in HoTD is a different one which was rebuilt into the one in this show by King Baelor Targaryen
Maybe the real Pedro was the friends we made along the way
Can’t wait for them to realise what’s going on 🤣
When pedro really appeared later, am gonna miss them calling him 🤣😂. Gotta enjoy this moment before it ends. Pedro? Pedro?!
I'm not a Dany fan but that scene will always give me the chills no matter how many times I've watched it. Loved the Valyrian accent
I think something to keep in mind is that the culture in Slaver's Bay has gone on for hundreds if not thousands of years. The way he is doing business is HOW it's done. If the 'free' cities did this their entire culture breaks down into perceived anarchy. It's not too different if you buy a gun and then immediately kill a gun owner. Sure you have the power to, but that would cause chaos and everyone would come after you if you did that. So Daenerys by doing what she did went against all laws and customs in Essos. Sure she gained an army, but she also just ensured that pretty much no city in Essos will ally with her. She just made a bunch of enemies.
Yoooo the “He would destroy the world if he could be king of the ash’s” reminds me of Makarov from the original MW series!
So good!!
I can’t wait you guys react season 6 cause it’s Dany’s peak
This and Fullmetal are my two top shows. We eatin good
Could be my favourite moment of Dani in the entire show
When Pedro does appear he does not disappoint.🔥
Viserys wasn't a horrible king. He was middling (way better than Robert bankrupting the country, not attending his council, drinking and whoring, etc.), but he also kept the good times rolling for three plus decades (looked upon in the history of Westeros as the best it ever was) after Jahaerys, which is why he was chosen. They wanted a guy who was a manager and who would keep it all on an even keel. You need to watch the histories and lore to even get a taste of the horrible kings, and there were quite a few.
He wasn’t an exciting king, but he was certainly a good king.
@Brig loveeeee the Mac miller "swimming" tee
😁 Truly one of the best moments of the entire show.
“He would see this country burn if he could be king of ashes” great line!
Craster is similar to the slave master in this epsiode where he treated the nights watch like shit and he didn’t consider the possibility of things not going his way. GoT does so many parallels in episodes where different storylines will compliment each other
"Why did he kill those other guys then?" just wait to know Ramsay better
Where is the scene where Joffrey tells Margery how Rhaenyra dies in house of the dragon? xD
It is the funniest shit I have ever seen. How he just kinda breaks the 4th wall and tells us the end of house of the dragon
28:16 The Iron Man suit comparison is pretty spot on 😂 It would be one of the rarest most expensive things in the world, you would not know how to use it, and it would probably get you killed if you try it, but still you could not resist taking it xD
PEDRO DOESNT SHOW UNTIL SEASON 4 so chill xD
Timestamp?
Crazy to see you react to the episode in which Pedro goes into action😂
I actually like yalls excitement for Pedro!
Bro I cannot wait for the switch up on opinions for Ramsey later on 😂😂 seeing them so confused is hilarious
For me, this Darnerys scene, is one of the most iconic scenes not only from Game of Thrones but from all series!!
Oh no the Sept of Baelor isn't built until much later after HOTD, the Dragonpit is a different building :)
Lord Commander Mormont forgot he was dying and started choking the traitor. 😂
"This guy is so epic" OOOOH for sure.
7:31 no that's the dragonpit, which is now a ruin. the place joffrey and margaery are in is the great sept of baelor, major temple in the sevevn kingdomns built in king's landing by king baelor some 40 years after hotd events
18:47 is just the perfect description of GoT
the Pedro that was Promised
This is how I will always remember Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen
One of my favorite episodes!!! 🤩❤🐲
"How can you be a Daenerys hater?" My words exactly til this day 🔥🔥🔥🤌🏻
Pedro is coming... Patience will be rewarded
