For a long time, we’ve been looking for another trek in Kashmir that matches up to our blockbuster treks, Kashmir Great Lakes and Tarsar Marsar.
For us finding anything that compares to the great two is like looking for an elephant with wings.
Now, for the first time in seven years, we have found a trek that matches up to the KGL and Tarsar Marsar in grandeur, variety and the kickback.
We are talking about the Nafran Valley trek.
It has a variety - of forests, meadows, lakes, and alpine experiences and terrific camping options promising adventure.

No it is not .. the Nafran pass as well the summit day is too challenging. There a huge huge boulders to cross, steep ascents. But the reward u get no words can express❤

Trekkers have destroyed the pristine beauty of these off beat destinations of our Kashmir.... Campsites littered everywhere at KGL, Tarsar Marsar etc.... Now you want to destroy other parts as well by commercializing them... Dear India Hikes please don't let your greedy intentions wreck havoc with Kashmir's fragile ecosystem.
