Hi, we don't have a 2 day trek in Himachal, however, you can go to Nag Tibba Trek or Benog Tibba trek, those are for 2 days and 1 night but in Uttarakhand.
Hi Swati, I am a regular follower of your videos. Those are very helpful and informative. I have a question to you. I have a plan to trek to Kedarnath Tunganath Chandrashila Deoriataal in June this year. I have a 5year 11months old son. Is it okay for him to trek these areas at this age?
I Have done quite few treks in sahyadri's, now want to explore the himalayan beauty, see the snow, Which trek would you suggest me to add First in my list, based on its experience, Plz answer its very difficult to choose one of these
Hi Pravin, it depends on when you want to trek and which region you want to trek in. You can get in touch with us on info@indiahikes.com or Instagram and we will help you with more details :)
Hi swathi, I went on a trek to Hampta pass in 2015. Thoroughly enjoyed every slice of it. But I sufferred from neuropathic arthritis after reaching home. It took 3 weeks to subside. How do I prevent this recurring if I happen to trek again?

Perhaps in winter, it would be best for fit beginners. But that would be the case for almost all winter treks when snow is high. But the rest of the year, Kedarkantha can be attempted by completely beginners as well :)
Hey! I have done the Hemkund last year and it was comfortable to complete. Planning KGL next month, I have just started preparing should I be cautious of anything?
Just ensure you meet the fitness requirements. You should be able to run 5 km within 30 minutes comfortably. The trek isn't easy. Has 10 km walks almost everyday and three mountain passes to cross. If you're fit, you'll tackle it all with ease.
Hi swathi, I am planning to go for dagara bugyal trek. Can I stay near the dehradun railway station and get pickup drop from it. Secondly, how many participants are taken in each batch??
If you have recovered fully and have a good fitness routine, and can meet the fitness requirements for the trek, then you can definitely go. It's best you consult your doctor once though. Having said that, we highly recommend watching this video by our in house Dr Sree. It'll help - ruclips.net/video/yVr082mcWwM/видео.html
We have chosen from the list of treks that Indiahikes organises. We have intentionally moved away from Triund and kheerganga because of the high crowds there.
hey i am maharashtrian iam a trekker but i never trek in himalayas i have completed many treks in maharashtra but thgey are only of max to max 4 hours can i treak in himalayas where you have to trek for 7,8 hours daily and suggest me first trek i am planning in last week of may
If you coming all the way from maharashtra. I would not recommend a beginner trek. Better start with moderate ones staright away. Better choose a trek which is atleast longer than 3 days.
April is just the beginning of spring and the flowers are just starting to form, so you will not get the best experience of being in the Valley of Flowers in April. July to August is the perfect time to experience the greenery as well as the colourful flowers in the valley. :)
@@gnshkini70-75% trekkers are beginners kind of made me think that only 25-30% want to repeat the experience after coming back from a trek. God knows what khatra they have seen 😝😝😝😝
Hey @IndiaHikes, why are you promoting people to go to the mountains during monsoon months when a lot of people have recently died or got stuck due to bad weather?
Can you link to the page on your website that breaks trek down by difficulty (Easy/Moderate/Moderate-Difficult/Strenuous)? Thanks!
