I have never done anything like this....best vedio ever...I will start exercising before going to the trek....let me clear my judiciary exam 1st and then the 1st thing I will do after my exams is to go to this trek.
If you are a healthy adult, you will make it. Won't be easy, you will get tired but you will make it. I am a smoker and I did the gangbal Trek with a little bit of difficulty.

Thank you! There are many companies that organise this trek. I went with cliffhangers. Some other companies are Indiahikes, Trek the Himalayas, Bikat etc. It cost me ₹13,500 excluding travel to and from base camp but price can vary depending on the company you go with.
id like to correct you May June and July (summer) are the most clear sky months of the year in Kashmir its different than what you have in the rest of india. it was unfortunate that you faced rains , but Kashmir doesn't have a rainy season , it random , can start or end irrespective of any month. august-September-October is known as fall season hence more cloud formation -Autumn November December January February- winter march and April the bloom seasons - spring

july , august , September is best time.....june mai close hota hai ...ending june se trekking start hoti hai.... I'm trekking guide and manage trekking packages at very friendly budget , not only KGL but many other treks (tulian lake trek, tarsar marsar trek, sheshnag lake trek,)

Actually the altitude during this trek is not very high so you will be very comfortable and you shouldn’t need supplementary oxygen. But just in case of emergency your trek leaders carry some.
