As the old saying goes, you gotta know who you are involved with. Your dude or family members doing street activities, will reflect on you so if a hit is put out, it will affect you and your child.

Just a teenage mother, loving her son to pieces! I cannot imagine the terror she was feeling and she tried to escape and save her child😢 it is somewhat comforting to know the baby did not understand what was going on that he was about to be murdered. So sad and so stupid an actions..

I thought California did away with death penalty in the seventies..the Manson family members were changed to life
They brought it back for a while but rescinded it again in the mid-2000's. It's been pretty much what governor is in there. Scott Peterson was supposed to get it and now it looks like he's getting a new trial. I can tell you California doesn't know if they're coming or going out there anymore, no wonder people are leaving.
They outlawed it for about a year, and then rre introduced it. All those on death row during the one year outlaw, including the Manson family, were commuted to life with parole. I think around 1974?

I work about a mile away from where this happened. I was driving to work just after this happened around 3 in the morning. I thought a cop was shot with the amount of police showing up to the scene. The people that did this just lived down the street from the victims. Another one that was arrested lived down the street from a friend of mine.
Also Visalia is only 4 miles to the east.
