The plan is to make it autonomous, we are still working on it, currently it’s remote controlled.

To plot map first using vision and lidar then do navigation, Or pre load the map given by isro then just doing navigation on that map?

I don't think it's cool. You guys don't have a proper design for the rover. I've done this type of project before 2 years ago. Use GCS to display all the information regarding the rover's every movement.
Okay, next time we’ll try something like this, and we did had a design but due to funding issues we had to discard that design 🤧
