When Supreme court pressurized SBI to publish data for electoral funds, you can see how these big corporates donated large amounts of hefty amount of money 💰 to government. It's only possible in India because these European companies hire engineering and management graduates at very low CTC(2,3,4,5 LPAs) and do cheap labour employment which is kind of bonded corporate slavery. Seriously, there should some law to prevent overpopulation. No hate, but there are soo many jobless men who are getting married and bringing 2-4 kids into the world, even though they very well knew they can't afford to raise kids, then they blame the kids for the rest of their lives for being jobless. This vicious cycle of passing generational poverty needs to stop 😅
@@talkingtochapri the irony is the poor states like Bihar,u.p, jarkhand are producing more than others. While all southern states are maintaining fertility lower than the National average, these poor states are having much higher fertility rates. Of course many social economic issues are attached to their population growth
@@Nikhil-zr9thbro, let's be honest, it's mostly Hindus, as far as I have seen who are jobless yet trying to overpopulate. Look at all the UPs, gujrati, jharkhand, and bihari hindu males and their numerous kids 🤣 And those jobless male desperately trying to get married, complaining, and overpopulating more. Meanwhile muslim arab and muslim asian countries are good at managing population and aren't populated like India. But in india, even a jobless male with no income wants a woman and kids.
Population is the main problem in India. Tier 3 & Tier 2 towns and villages should Stop 🛑 making 3/4 babies in the name of Govt jobs. These rats 🐀 from villages & towns especially from UP & Bihar are putting a load on the Govt resources. Then becoz of them people from other states don’t get govt jobs and jobs in cities to native people are also lost. - So the Govt should emphasize on these villagers and tier 3 towns to Stop 🛑 ✋ making babies 👶 more than 2 - The country needs a Strict no more than 2 babies 👶 policy now. - If you have 3rd child No Govt Ration / No School discount / No Gas cylinder / No Govt job to those families / No reservations !
True. I studied in Denmark and there we had one subject sponsored by a big company. This needs to happen in India as well where each University should have tie ups with the companies of that city.
9.2% number is underreported. Trust me, even in IITs, 30% students are unemployed and the reasons are as follows: 1) Lack of awareness of Indian society as to how money and job market works. 2) Parental pressure to choose studies that have no returns on investment. 3) Uneducated parents ( Most parents are middle aged and would rather watch songs, bhajans and political debates on youtube, very few parents watch educational content) . If parents watched educational content, they would know that even playing video games could be a source of income. 4) Society: Over obsession about getting a job, less discussions about building skills over long term ( 10 years). It takes 10 years to build any skill which can pay you money. 5) The biggest reason is our education system: As mentioned before, our teachers in schools and colleges are just like our parents. Delusional, unskilled, deranged and completely lacking in communication skills. But they will never ever admit their mistakes and make improvements because they are brainwashed with this idea: Students are always wrong and they should respect their elders, even if the elders are ignorant, insensitive, uneducated, illiterate, stupid and delusional. Now before you tell me that I'm making excuses, ask yourself why teachers in private tuitions are better at teaching than our school and college professors? That's because school/College professors have no accountability. There is only one solution to this: All students should go to private tuitions and schools are colleges should only be there for conducting examinations and giving grades. That's it, no need for teaching staff in schools and colleges. Let the private industry absorb the entire teaching staff. There has to be 99% privatization of education system. Only 1% government control and that too , for conducting exams and giving certificates.mer that 9.2%
Why the engineer graduates are unemployable even from IITS, its not becoz of the students , or the education system. IITS are one of the best institude, and students are also well versed, but the oppertunity presented to them is mostly in the field of service sector as india is fully into service of the world. India only needs hospitality art, new and newer technological skills to service the US and the world. There is a fundamental flaw, nothing about our education system or the students to be blamed. Why not create more PSU and fund in research in the field of engineering and technology. Why only base our GDP on SERVICE SECTORS, allowing all brain drain and why to blame the education system. A person who is well versed in civil engineering is asked of software skills and computer skils becoz thats the demand. Same goes to eletronic, mechanical, and even core computer engineering, thats nothing to do with skill set, its all about misplaced oppertunity(fundamentally flawed). Soon india will remain as the cheapest place for graduate labour where people who are financially stable will blame the education system about lack of skills to get job. Ara why a civil engineer need to learn java, c, AI, computer application. Why not ask about the calculation of stress, strain and to monitor the site of construction. Its just lack of oppertunity not of skills, dont just blame the student or the education system, without a strong economic STATE, there will be always less and lesser oppertunity.

People are so focused on what currently is doing good that they are completely blind to what they can improve on. I worked as a bartender, but had to quit cause i was being overworked and underpaid. Population is main problem. India should make some law like contributing to social security of each kid per month if they want to raise a kid. That social security money should be used to pay kid when kid is searching for job. After that this money should directly be kept for old age retirement money.
Population rate is already below 2.1 or replacement. Poor people have too many kids in rural India. That's an issue, but it's not main problem Lack of capital and entrepreneurship is the problem.

Education has progressed a lot in other countries but due to our population we are still in a rejection system of exams which promotes rote learning.. But after that companies want practical skills which one does not develop.
Because in every country education is uniform. But in India we have different boards from CBSE, ICSE, state, matriculation. And state government education is so poor it is just rote learning without application. Just to garner rural votes they just have a pathetic syllabus.

These rats 🐀 from villages & towns especially from UP & Bihar are putting a load on the Govt resources. True. I studied in Denmark and there we had one subject sponsored by a big company. This needs to happen in India as well where each University should have tie ups with the companies of that city.
Aur Overpopulation
Population is problem
9.2% number is underreported. Trust me, even in IITs, 30% students are unemployed and the reasons are as follows:
1) Lack of awareness of Indian society as to how money and job market works.
5) The biggest reason is our education system:
As mentioned before, our teachers in schools and colleges are just like our parents.

And todays parents cannot understand Indian parents and their sacrifices.

Why are always people with 0 skills cribbing about job? Always blaming government. You will only get cheap low level job no matter what degree you hold, skill is important!
And how do you expect to get skilled when no one is ready to give you opportunity or time, am in final semester, u won't believe me but from 2nd semester itself I have been applying for internships, jobs all I asked was for travelling expenses but even then they were not ready to give me a chance saying we can't give so much time to teach you skills, and when you apply for job they want skills. How is it possible. Am 21 now they want experience and skills.
I am currently pursuing B. Com honors in finance I am damn sure if you have a skill in particular field you will definitely get a job and currently I am working as a part time job teaching accounting software like, tally, zoho book, but after my graduation I will definitely looking my career in taxation field or accountant 🙂 bekar hai bhai government job sala mai kyu lagao aapna 2 se 3 sal is se aacha mai koi skill siklunga 2 ya tin sal mai tho experts hojaoga 🙂
Showed the reality and solution 🎉hats off brother
For those all that are criticising education system . I educated myself in practical skills myself and also love studies of college . Subjects like economics , education . Employment k liye seekhna padhta h aur gurukuls koi state organised instituions nhi the vo privately owned and runned the. It's all about your society and their values.

Unskilled youth है भारत का
Tcs walo ko 5 years of experience chahiye.. Aur ek freasher kaha se layega experience
Problem isn't population. Problem is politicians ' Corruption.

True same here. BJP or Congress both parties are filled with greedy scums
Theres hell and heaven difference between scoring good marks in exam and getting real job through soft skill and interview
Brainwashed from childhood get 90% exam is all we need for making money and get success
But reality is completed different, im 24 and realised so much mistake i made in academic life
Iska solution tha past mein 90s ke dashak mein agar humne industrial sector per focus kiya tha service sector ke sath
Atleast they are human
Social media fake celebrity lifestyle has fueled egoistic ambitions among the youth.
Even a middle class youth dreams of European vacation and Lamborghini.
Urban middle class families are victims of high expectations.

Jobs are INDEED there. However, the quality of it is questionable
Im a BTech Physics graduate from NIT. I did not get a job on campus due to my eligibility. I was a good programmer, holding numerous achievement on codeforces and good projects. But that time, corona pandemic just ended and people were losing their jobs instead of getting.
My father has a MSME, so i started helping him and also searching for jobs, i always used to prove my skills in the interviews i got but at the end used to get rejected because of my non cse degree. Later i got a job in a MICROFINANCE firm, SATYA MICROCAPITAL LTD, as a branch executive. They were paying 15k, and work timings were INSANE.. 7am to 10-11pm, also sometimes working on Sundays were mandatory and the work there was so mundane it will surely make someone mad.
So I quit from there within two months and started preparing for govt exams and also helping my dad and finding other private jobs
Best of luck bro, I am also a fresher engineer but I am also preparing for gov exam because the work condition and work hours are too insane and stressful
