    ऐसे ही मेहनती और लीडर लोगों से ही एक अच्छा देश बनता है, आज तो हर कोई बस लूटने को बैठा है।। व्यापारी भी सस्ता और नकली माल बेचकर ज्यादा से ज्यादा मुनाफा कमाने की होड़ में लगे हुए हैं, चाहे किसी भी विभाग में चले जाओ अगर काम करवाना है तो एक्स्ट्रा पैसे लगते हैं हमें हमारे देश में ईमानदारी को बढ़ावा देना होगा।।

    No , Mohan did not make it because of English. He did it because he had potential and smart business mind. Learning english is not bad but do not associate success to it

    • @itz_priya9260
      @itz_priya9260 2 месяца назад +25

      Communication is very important to achieve success even you have potential you can't make it in place where tourist's main problem is language only.A politician , lawyer, doctor,teacher,CEO ,anyone all has to be exceptional in conveying themselves . English high rank officials were not native to India so to connect with them English definitely played role to connect oberoi personally with them .At that time speaking English was a status symbol of high class and smart people

    • @You_Are_In_Barbados

      @@itz_priya9260 I have seen many people talking in fine English working at Call center or at the hospitality sector. Also have seen Many who were not good with English but they are successful entrepreneurs. I am not downgrading anyone on basis of their job but my point here is Language was one of the aspect that helped but his success can not be associated entirely to it. While promoting the aap the speaker dedicated his secret of success entirely to his english. He had a quality, he had business mind, he had courage to follow his dreams and never gave up that what makes him different from everyone. He would have been successful even if was mediocre with language because his driven passion would have made him to find the way or learn whatever it takes to be the person he wanted.

    • @Beast-ed3wt
      @Beast-ed3wt 2 месяца назад +8

      In India english is not only a language but also a skill
      Don't forget this
      If you speak English well you can enjoy the premium thing easily but if you don't know English then you can't even talk to a simple girl 😂

    • @You_Are_In_Barbados
      @You_Are_In_Barbados 2 месяца назад

      @@itz_priya9260 I have seen well English spoken people working as customer executive, hospitality sector and many other fields with manageable salaries. I have also seen Zomato delivery guy being entrepreneur earning more what we can expect. And it's not just one example, if you watch podcasts of successful people, most of them comes from poor background with no education or hardly English speaking skills but their success is commendable. So here my point is, as speaker of video dedicated entrepreneurs all success credit to English just to promot an app is not acceptable. That guy had skill, he knew how to utilise opportunities and English just paid little part of his journey in success. Even if he would have bad in English he would have been great entrepreneur because he had business mind, courage and skills to do it , may be he might had opted another occupation but would have been successful.
      Let's not make English as key to success. It definitely helps but it will not stop you if you have skills.

    • @You_Are_In_Barbados
      @You_Are_In_Barbados 2 месяца назад

      @@itz_priya9260 I highly disagree with it. Opinions may differ but english is not the basis of success. If you have seen podcasts of successful entrepreneurs you will understand many hindi, Marathi, Gujrati speakers who do not understand English as made great businesses. It definitely helps if you know but even if you don't then also you can be successful.
      But making a statement like if you don't know English then you can't do anything then pls look at customer executives , hospitality sector and other fields. They are still working there . Not downgrading any career option but if you have skill, courage and right business mind then no limitation can stop you

    I wish Bollywood or any other Indian movie industry makes movies on these gems. We always see Biopics on Actors, sportsman or celebrity but not on famous millionaires. There's so much to learn and inspire from these stories. Their life story and various ups and downs is nothing short of a movie. I'd love to see this play on big screen.
    Anyway, this was a very well put up and informative video. Thanks. May I suggest you make a business story on Universities? The well-known Universities in India. IIT, Manipal, Amity, DU, Nalanda... I would like to see one on Amity because how come they made so many University branches across multiple cities in India. I don't see any other Indian Private University having this many branches and schools. They even have a few campuses abroad. It could be an interesting story.

      The comment "whenever you see an empire, just remember it's built after one's ethics is killed" suggests that the creation of a large and successful empire often involves compromising or abandoning one's ethical principles. The idea is that achieving great success, such as building a vast business empire, might come at the cost of ethical behavior or moral values. In other words, the comment implies that behind every big achievement or empire, there might be ethical sacrifices or questionable decisions.
