    Mainly it is caused by cervical nerve compression problem that compressed nerve in spinal cord that radiates to arms.
    Other reason are raising high cholesterol and blood sugar levels.

    Before starting exercises apply hot Fomentation around shoulder and neck to soften local muscles.
