    I've been on gymnastics, crossfit, martial arts and basketball and most of the exercises of your videos were on our daily training and I swear they hell work to get toned, gain muscle and become athletic in general. I highly recommend this channel. She's clearly passionate of what she's doing which is not easy and make most women end up throwing in the towel.

    Hi Cori, I finally managed to do Roll to stand weighted (4kg) today morning at home by myself. I'm so happy 😊..so..excited. I can't remember whether I completed my 20min workout. I worked on my ankle mobility. Rocking chair presses 💯
    Roll to jump weighted 💯
    Knee Knee jump next challenge
    Thanks so much Cori & RS.

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  7 лет назад +4

      Hi Christopher. Depends on what you hope to accomplish for sure. With these if you wanted to work your core, I would pick a couple of lower and a couple of upper. So like 4-5 exercises total to work the core and upper and lower. I would even do a 30 on, 15 off pattern or intervals.

    Hi Cori, I've made tremendous progress in core strength. However, 10. Roll to jump has been a challenge, I can't just get off the floor 😿 but I do rocking chair presses effortlessly. What can I do? Cate from Kenya

    • @redefiningstrengthOC
      @redefiningstrengthOC  4 года назад +1

      You may actually need to work on your ankle mobility. Start with a rocking chair to standing as you work on your ankle mobility.

    How much Sets and Reps should I do for each exercise? (I'm a guy, at advance level, been doing Calisthenics for 3 months now and I had been trying to find a very vigorous explosive workout that improves Martial Arts and Calisthenic Ability(and this is one inclusion) but only falls 50 minutes or less because I'm somewhat a busy guy)

      Depends on your goals and how you're using them. I wouldn't personally use all moves as a single workout. For 4 workouts using these moves, check out my 4 Explosive Bodyweight Workouts video.
