    hello, Cori. I had terrible back pain and I even believed that I would go to the hospital, something that is very difficult in this pandemic time and in my country.     Easier variations for me, but very helpful. Maybe someday I can do the full versions. I hope so.

    This is so good! After a rough couple of years, with injuries and insomnia, , I am a 55y/0 female, finding myself at a beginning level of fitness. This is a challenging place to be, after being a very physically fit person until menopause tried to take me out! Your videos have been a key element in finding my way back.     Can I just say how much I love that you always include stuff that is suitable for anyone from beginners to athletes? It's not exactly rocket science (though a lot of knowledge goes into compiling a workout) and keeping it simple for people until they have developed a routine and some knowledge of their own (which comes with the routine) is soooo important! Not to mention that there are a lot of relatively simple things we can do to simultaneously counteract day-to-day life stresses to our bodies!

    Hi, I am 70 years old and am doing your Dynamic Warm-Up Routine Follow Along,
    6 Best DYNAMIC Stretching Warm Up Exercises, and Do These 7 Exercises to Increase Your Mobility & Flexibility to increase my mobility, loosen my really tight hips, knees, shoulders, feet, and hands. I am doing warmups only until I can master them before doing real workouts. Your videos are great! But, I would like to ask you to please make a standalone warmup video for SENIORS and BEGINNERS that uses the alternate methods you mention in these videos for those like me who are older and have been sitting for decades ;-}. Unfortunately, I believe we are great in numbers. I sincerely hope to hear back from Redefining Strength about this idea.

    Thank you so much for these suggested exercises that are truly effective. I am a 73-year-old retiree, and now my physical activity has reduced to a light daily run of 5 km and a few minutes of jumping with the rope, I will add these seven exercises to try to keep as long as possible what remained of my flexibility.

    Superb, Cori. My favorites can be summed up in the last two moves, the inchworm and the side lunge with rotation. I believe they pretty much cover everything.

    Excellent video. I like the way you always add the beginner exercise. So you can work up to the full one. I will be trying these as part of my dynamic stretching before my work outs. My only comment would be I still think it’s a good idea to warm up eg 5 minutes bike before even doing stretching. Thanks.

    Just did it 🆒. I realized wings chest stretch exposed my weak upper back muscles and need to do this frequently. Thankss again for your videos 💪🏿 covfit 🤸🏿‍♂️
