I'm working out with Caroline Girvan and love her channel but these mobility exercises are a must in order to avoid injury! Redefining Strength is a must add on channel! Thank you!
I just recently discovered this channel and this woman is quickly becoming one of my favorites to stay flexible and strong. For those of you who watch the videos because she is pretty to look at you are missing the great benefits of actually practicing what she is showing you. She is a really, really good trainer.
Brilliant stuff, honestly you give the best advice in my mind. Or its just what you advise is extactly what I need. I starting to feel human again. I using multiple techniques but yours is my go to rehab stuff and it makes sooo.......much sense now.
Cori. I have researched your background, experience and qualifications. First class in every detail. I know this is your business but everything about this site is next level. The benefits to your viewers are immense. You deserve success. Well done. And merry Christmas also. Kindest regards. Steve Pipe.
Thanks, Cora. My hip muscles are getting tighter as the days roll on. I like using a tennis ball to really target an area. Your ideas will really help.
Hi Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge its been very educational and helps alot with my recovery from injury. Can you please advise where can I get the roller like your one? Thanks again
Thanks for the videos. The more and more I watch your videos the more things I look to incorporate into my workouts. My question is before we do these mobility moves should we warm are muscles up first?
Have you gotten your knee checked out? Have you assessed your movements to check for hip and ankle mobility and glute activation? You want to determine even what moves are leading to overload in your workouts.
Thank you so much, your videos are the best!!! Please translate to Spanish, because you're really good and many people need to hear you and learn how to take care of our bodies! But please in Spanish.
Hello, thank you for this video. I have been having problems in these areas as well as in the adductors. I am following the exercises that you performed in the video. At 4:53 you are using some floor pads to do an adductor exercise. Can you tell me where you got the floor pads from? Thank you.
Thankyou 4 this great advice. What would you suggest as a lower back strengthener or ball roll. I work on a farm & trim horses feet, so I get really tight in my lower back. Thanks again
Last week I strained my lower back doing deadlifts...no...actually while back walking the bar and weights off a waist high station to the floor. twisted the wrong way. I got into your Rstoration series for lower back in which some of these moves are included. It's Much better now!
Thank you very much for sharing these fantastic movements. For how long would you advise to perform each move? I think I need to invest in one ball to do the shoulder exercise. What do you call this type of balls. It looks like a tennis ball, but I don’t think it is 🤔 Thank you so much again
Just looks like a normal 12” softball. Ball is hard, might be too much at first. Should be able to pick one up at any sporting goods, Wal-Mart, Target, etc.
@@tonywilliams7049 I doubt it's larger than 5", and it seems to compress a bit while she is laying on it. She also calls the move "teres minor foam rolling" . At 2:27 in the video I can see "Safe -M- Soft" on the ball but cannot read the manufacturers name.
Hello. I am enjoying your content. I have had a mostly sedentary lifestyle. I want to focus on my fitness now. Where do you suggest beginners start? I know fitness encompasses mobility, strength, flexibility and stability. What should I focus on first and can you please do a video on the differences? Your response is very much appreciated!
So I have a question that a lot of fitness experts haven't mentioned a lot about mobility/flexibility. I've grown learning to dance but I left it because of certain food disorders that came up. Now I'm just focused on growing muscle, something that I've struggled during ballet. The thing I wanted to ask is how do I balance my stretching and muscle schedule all in one? Would I also lose muscle if I stretch to gain flexibility after my weight lifting session, or should I lift after my stretching session. Note I don't focus on relaxed stretching instead I do a few static stretches I've grown doing in ballet.
I like your clips , but i dont like the instructions with a smal ball show not excact enaugh right position i think rest is very helpful . Thanks for sharing.Wish you all the best !
I've never heard of the superman wave before. Actually I've never heard of the foam roller snow angel before either. But that's why I enjoy your videos so much. I like learning new things. And everything that you mentioned are things that can really help me a lot. You are so incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you for being so thorough and being consistent in posting informative and helpful videos. Edit: Are you using a softball or a baseball? I know that one is bigger than the other. But I only can tell when they're side by side. It's sad but true.
The great sound quality of your narrated videos is such a welcome relief to the "talk as you go" exercise videos with terrible sound quality and out-of-breath presenters!
Did you get another cute puppy?? BTW, your videos are RAD…can I be YOU when I grow up? 😁. Many THANKS for providing such solid content about functional strength and promoting mobility training. I want to learn MORE, please!! I am certified in group fitness thru NASM & AFAA, but need another focus to round out my career. Can you recommend a training or certification you are credentialed with? Much gratitude!
It means going back to a more basic and easier version of the exercise and dominate that, then progress to a bit harder and finally to the hardest, ex: push ups, start doing the PROPER form against a wall, do as many as u can, when that feels easy or good, move on to a high counter or table, from that, move on to a chair or bench, to finally the floor.
Thanks! I have some great programs on my site. If you're looking for more mobility work, definitely check out my RStoration series :-) Of course I'm biased thinking they're great but... ;-)

If you miss some information about how exactly to perform those exercises, you will find more precise instructions on other channels (mostly physio therapy channels). This is what I am missing here, namely where exactly to place the foam roller and the ball

Nr. 4 Move 4:33 Posterior adductor, foam rolling

Excellent tips. Many thanks!
Yet again, a great big bucket of thanks!
Thanks for these great videos. You inspire me to try harder and do my exercises right, not just "get through" them.

I was taught those snow angels by my boxing coach. Absolutely my favorite stretch. Feels great and really works!

You can also stretch the shoulders by holding a broom handle overhead when you lye on the roller. Move your hands inwards to make it more difficult.

Thanks. But I keep getting HS cramping when doing the glute bridge with band.

Hi how can I fix a clicking shoulder?
Bridge and superman are some of the must do exercises. Core and lower back strengthening>rest
Those foam roller snow angels seem simple. However they are wonderful!
How about reps an sets or time cadence
