As an experienced, certified, private/facility - Trainer/Instructor, I rarely recommend RUclips videos to my clients without an additional discussion with clients regarding modifications, safety, alignment cues, etc., because they usual lack those core elements. Redefining Strength is that rare yet welcomed exception. Every video is on point. In the current environment of social-distancing, stay home mandates, facilities are rushing to create their how-to videos. I am focus on health & family and directed my clients to specific Redefining Strength videos only. I know their experience will be safe and similar to what is related during one-on-one sessions. THANK YOU for sharing your expertise.

I like your channel and I’m getting back into the gym. There’s so many exercises and now with these added ones a person could easily spend hours in a gym. So to get a full body workout, what’s the guidelines for a good routine? Three exercises and do three sets per body/muscle group? Because ya gotta get cardio in too.

This is very impressive. Getting all sorts of crazy feelings around the scapulas using these exercises. I had a lot of flesh removed around my right Scapula just below the inferior angle nearly 40 years ago because of a skin cancer. It is obvious to me now that I don’t use those muscles around the inferior angle of the Scapula when I do an upright row. I think you are the bomb and have the best back musculature I have seen male or female. Just remember though that you are hyper active and try to slow the delivery down just a bit, although I am getting used to it.
