At this point, Cory's videos are an automatic thumbs-up. Best teacher/trainer on the net. Thank you for the tons of useful (free!) info. Keep up the great work!
As an experienced, certified, private/facility - Trainer/Instructor, I rarely recommend RUclips videos to my clients without an additional discussion with clients regarding modifications, safety, alignment cues, etc., because they usual lack those core elements. Redefining Strength is that rare yet welcomed exception. Every video is on point. In the current environment of social-distancing, stay home mandates, facilities are rushing to create their how-to videos. I am focus on health & family and directed my clients to specific Redefining Strength videos only. I know their experience will be safe and similar to what is related during one-on-one sessions. THANK YOU for sharing your expertise. ⚜🌻🙂
Thank you for choosing to produce great videos and content. I have followed Jeff for years. As a female, it is nice to follow and learn from an expert who doesn't just educate, but follows the training protocol!🙏🙏
Your "tips" are well explained, and they encompass all aspects of training not just one like say strength or hypertrophy, they also include activation and stretching. These along with advice for proper form of execution and joint/area support greatly help achieve better and even faster gains while avoiding or minimizing injuries. You have become one of my top favorites. Thank you.
You are such a great teacher! Thank you for reminding me to change it up and get my bands back out! I really appreciate your videos. And those sweet puppies!! Adorable!
Excellent. One of the best explanations I have seen. Triceps are very difficult for women, I don't see any difference so I will follow your exercises. Beautiful dog. Many thanks for sharing.
Grateful I found you! Now that I'm der and working behind a desk vs with clients, I'm all about being coached/guided by someone to help me stay efficient and correct imbalances. Keep up your great content!! TY!!!
Seriously?! I just found you on here and couldn't subscribe quick enough! Thank you so much for all the great, and most importantly, correct, information. So many people on here are trying to instruct but they have no proper education.
Very helpful exercises. As I'm currently in rehabilitation for my shoulder (post-op), these are a great way to help with my shoulder (and back) . Thank you!
What I liked: clear description, easy to follow.👍 What I did not: name of movement disappeared before I can write it down. It would help leaving it on a while longer. Over all good video during self isolation with lots of extra time on hand.🖖
Thank you very much this helped me out big time as i have pelvic tilt winging in the scapula and also my pelvis is Deviated to the left. I have issues lol but this is helping alot with your lat tightness video :). Much love its nice to see a simple and honest workout. I think resistance bands get a bad rep im growing pretty good with dumbells and bands they also attach which helps.
Every detail counts!!! So less ego and more body connection ☺️ I like all those exercises with bands, we can practice everywhere and stay safe 😊😊 thanks for these tips Cori 💛
I like your channel and I’m getting back into the gym. There’s so many exercises and now with these added ones a person could easily spend hours in a gym. So to get a full body workout, what’s the guidelines for a good routine? Three exercises and do three sets per body/muscle group? Because ya gotta get cardio in too.
Hey I just found you on RUclips. I've been training for several years and some of the exercises you're proposing are a nice improvement over what I have done to prevent injury, properly activate muscles, and stay mobile. Great job really appreciated I'm subscribed and sharing
Hi Cori, is the standing band snow angel exercise as efficient as the one that is done with just a tera band that we see at the beginning of the excercise? thanks!
I have learned so much from your videos and your blog! I reference them each time I incorporate a new exercise, since you give clear, detailed form explanations. All 5 of these were new to me, so they’ll be working their way into future workouts. Thanks for the amazing content!
I hope you write a book one day. I like the way you explain things. I would love to see a book where you take all of these exercises in all your videos and compile them in one resource. I would buy that so quick.
You are amazing, these exercises with explaination is great. It help us to know what muscle we are targeting and also help us learn better. Thanks. Ps- can you please add some more daily workout routine during quarantine ? Most of people don't have weights and dumbbells so its very hard to do certain exercises. I look your channel and always find something new , so please can you provide more such workouts regime?
Hey Cori, I really want to try this, but I would love to get these resistance bands. Where do I get Them? also, I don’t have a cool set up like you do? So what could I hook it on to? Any thoughts?
Thank you for not only explaining the movements, but also showing them perfectly. I am very happy that I found your channel. You do a great job ! What kind of education do you have in the fitness industry ? Your channel really fires me up to do more and maybe change my education..... Thank you again
Very nice and excellent technique tips. I definitely need to incorporate more back exercises into my workouts and these are perfect! Thanks for the extremely knowledgeable video!
Is it ideal to do all these exercises as part of a routine? If not, what exercises are best to combo with these? I’m trying to make a back\upperbody workout
This is very impressive. Getting all sorts of crazy feelings around the scapulas using these exercises. I had a lot of flesh removed around my right Scapula just below the inferior angle nearly 40 years ago because of a skin cancer. It is obvious to me now that I don’t use those muscles around the inferior angle of the Scapula when I do an upright row. I think you are the bomb and have the best back musculature I have seen male or female. Just remember though that you are hyper active and try to slow the delivery down just a bit, although I am getting used to it.
In a limited way I will do .much modification is needed as it seems you have all the gym equipment . I don't even have a bench .however like others I do need those moves .thanks
If you're training at home right now with no equipment, these are some great bonus back moves! redefiningstrength.com/bodyweight-back-exercises/
Do you have lower back pain in exercise, I had a problem with my lower back, if you so please upload it thank you stay safe
You should calm down and talk a little slower...imo
I just discovered your channel. Just to let you know, I have notepad, pen and I'm making sketches and notes :)
You do a fantastic job and are so knowledgeable, thank you! Toastmaster tip, eliminate the word “really” - you really say really a lot. :)
Your every workout Right way right movement
1:10 Bent over back shrug
2:45 Chest supported row
4:24 Single arm hinge lat pushdown
6:10 Single arm bent over flye
7:33 Standing band snow angel

Hello. For the single arm hinge lat push down, can it be done with a 2 kg dumbell or better with a band?
You are awesome!
You are amazing !👌
Never heard of the snow angel before. That’s a good one.
wow this was amazing, simple but effective ! thank you

My new fav channel! 👌❤
Eres excelente entrenadora, superclara en las explicaciones Gracias por tanta enseñanza que sumó a mi formacion!
Hi should these be done first before the dumbbell work?
What do u think of parallel pulls up? The ones where u kind of lay on ur back and pull urself of the floor with a bar.
