Thanks for this fab video. I'm 65 yrs old. I was recently on a cruise where the average age, I'd say, was around 75 yrs old. I was horrified to note that about 98% of the people on the cruise walked with very stooped shoulders and backs. I don't want to be like that in my later years. I came home determined to find exercises to strengthen and straighten my upper back and shoulders. This video is perfect.
OMGosh! This is exactly what I needed to see!! It’s my 66th birthday today. I’ve been so depressed due pain sidelining me. Your video has given me hope that I can turn around the downward spiral of weakness and gaining weight. Thank you.
Do not get immobile because of pain! I did, and was “clever girl” and passive in order to take less pain medication - a big mistake, immobility can permanently damage you, get proper help for your pain, find the best ways for you to activate, and keep active! I learned this too late, and now, ten years later, I finally very very slowly can be active minutes a day, and determined to get my life back!
