      She needs to work on her insides she’s completely inept there.

    • @jk3266
      @jk3266 3 года назад +1

      @@rachkate76 I do not understand when you say- working on inside.Pl clarify.

    • @rachkate76
      @rachkate76 3 года назад +1

      @@jk3266 it’s very straightforward- she’s out of her depth.
      She’s a Karen who immediately blocks followers after fat shaming them on DM despite explaining to her multiple times about injuries I have and musculoskeletal nerve impingement since having an MRI done and seeing a specialist.
      I showed my specialist her nonsensical waffle in response to specific musculoskeletal questions that she evaded only to keep rabbiting on banaly about my macros- the neurologist rolled his eyes at what she wrote.
      She did the same to another follower who said to be careful about a certain exercise as a heads up for older followers.
      She has a fragile ageist massive yet wafer thin ego.
      She is not a nice person away from the make believe public persona she has crafted.
      And don’t even bother try to tone police me and silence me and other older women whose lived experiences with her will ALWAYS trump irrelevant generalisations and sycophants defending her for brownie points who have no lived experiences nor receipts kept on this.
      We’ll see how fat shaming, ableist and ageist she still is and blocks people for inane childish passive aggressive reasons of butthurt, when she’s in her mid to late 40s like some of us.
      Hopefully she will have better self awareness, interpersonal skills and basic decency as a person by then, but I doubt it.
      Others making a living from fitness channels on RUclips have significantly better people skills than her and can very easily take harmless constructive feedback.
      The only feedback Redefining Karen can take is naive people carte blanche falling over themselves to praise and worship her with reckless abandon and that’s not someone I’d ever want to support.

    • @kit55kat55
      @kit55kat55 3 года назад +2

      @@rachkate76 Is it possible she gave vague answers because it would be unethical to give feedback on an MRI from a patient whom who've never met or assessed in person? Most professionals would require a signature of consent to treat and an assessment before saying anything specific.

    • @rachkate76
      @rachkate76 3 года назад

      @@kit55kat55 she wasn’t asked to do that.
      She also wasn’t asked to repeatedly fat shame.
      She should’ve admitted she was WAY out of her depth.
      She also shouldn’t have immediately blocked older women who non offensively stated they’d have to be careful with a particular exercise she put out.
      Not sure how you’re missing all of that but her attitude as I already said, it rubbish.
      She’s a child with an ego that harms her brand…. self inflicted stupidity.

    Thanks for this fab video. I'm 65 yrs old. I was recently on a cruise where the average age, I'd say, was around 75 yrs old. I was horrified to note that about 98% of the people on the cruise walked with very stooped shoulders and backs. I don't want to be like that in my later years. I came home determined to find exercises to strengthen and straighten my upper back and shoulders. This video is perfect.

      Do not get immobile because of pain! I did, and was “clever girl” and passive in order to take less pain medication - a big mistake, immobility can permanently damage you, get proper help for your pain, find the best ways for you to activate, and keep active! I learned this too late, and now, ten years later, I finally very very slowly can be active minutes a day, and determined to get my life back!

      Do you know that she passively aggressively blocks older people who have illnesses and diseases when they say they’ve been advised against certain movements for logical protection?
      This woman sounds like someone who would just tell someone in a wheelchair that they can eat and exercise it away.
      Never seen such a fragile, immature, butthurt, negligent, downright ignorant supposed professional in this line of work before.
      Her unsolicited advice that dismisses actual medical professionals- which she’s not, is dangerous and pigheaded.

      Gladly unsubbed.
      If she can’t act like an adult especially on subjects where she’s out of her depth and lane, that’s only going to bite her in the ass as word gets around.
      I’m embarrassed that I ever followed her and will gladly not ever undertake programs of someone who reckless and obtuse.
      She’ll tell you that macros and continuing to just push through your acute shoulder problems will fix everything.

    Thank you for great video. This video being spot on is an accurate description. Loads of correct info. It explains the unknown & surprising connections between the various muscle, tendon & fascial tissues that if left out of balance & not strengthened will lead to unexpected & often mysterious body dysfunction. The body is extremely intricate & infinitely connected both in one’s mind, body & soul/consciousness. Eastern, Alternative & Integrative medicine has long been aware of these connections. As we age, we become less flexible, more sedentary & we physically involute under the weight of gravity. Your video explains very well (sort of fast though, thus the calls for a follow along video) some of the main reasons for our maladies over time & it give great fixes for correction & strengthening. For ankle mobility there is a blue heavy duty plastic device that provides for a varying degree of ankle stretch in a rocker cradle that holds one’s foot in the same place, but it can be rocked backwards under one's control. It has forefoot & heal slots to provide foot support while allowing a controlled ankle calf to stretch so one doesn’t become off balance and potentially risk micro muscle tears. It’s called “Prostretch.” One website to get it is: www.medi-dyne.com One could probably find this on Amazon as well. Cheers!
