- This short lil routine is made to get all the main bits of your body moving to loosen you up a little & is perfect if you have no idea where to start!

You don't have to do this every day to get benefits, but you can!
Follow along at your pace & don't be afraid to have a wiggle if something feels stiff

As a beginner, something I struggle a ton with when trying to find mobility routines is they’re always labeled as “simple” but you quickly learn they’re simple to the creator, but for someone who has never done them before, they are confusing, hard to follow, and leaves you super unsure of what things are supposed to feel like or if you’re doing them correctly.
This is the first video that genuinely was easy to follow along, you explained everything perfectly! Can’t wait to incorporate this into every morning now.

Potentially my new favourite follow along routine now - love your work so much! Also, yoga teacher here, my understanding was always that arched back is Cat because it’s how an angry cat looks when they gear up for a fight - the belly drops in Cow to look like the cow’s udders ✌🏻

Did one of your shorts the other day ‘lubed up hips’ I think.. had bad sciatica last year, got better but never really went away, still had tingling and numbness in left leg, your vid popped up and I just thought I’d give it a try …..massive twang in left leg doing last excercise, all sciatic symptoms gone almost instantly… can’t thank you enough xx Cheers Adam xx

Loved this, I usually get bored of stretching but the commentary throughout made it less boring, cyclist and recently turned runner with the tightest hamstrings known in existence with constant clicking.
Hopefully you create more of these so there’s variation and reasons to come back :)

Is it possible you have a version which will pause/repeat after each instruction/routine? Just would be easier than fiddling with stupid phone/pad while doing routine. Excuse me if this is already possible and I have not spotted the option yet. Great work in any event, and thanks Adam.

I am a beginner
I was stiff as hell since I was in kindergarden and everyone else was so flexy (as babies are, not me).
I struggled with squatting. I did this routine for 2 weeks and somehow I tried again and I can almost squat down ass to grass for some reason... I didn't even think I was doing something for that. Cool
