I love the old "Exploding Bomb" RS logo and these push-up and lower ab variations. Just this morning I got 4 variations into the push-up variations before taking a break. The Archer is a beast.
@@redefiningstrengthOC Not easy mostly because there's no such thing as lower abs. lol There is just abs. No matter which ab exercise we do it works the entire ab region. I only do reverse and hanging leg raises and my whole ab area is fully developed. Great video though.
Hi see this is where you are right but wrong. Yes you don't have separate lower ab muscles, BUT you can activate the lower abdominal region to a great extent with certain moves. I've looked at tons of EMG studies. - redefiningstrength.com/do-you-really-have-lower-abs/
This was a super video. I will be working these into my core routines at home and at the gym. Thanks for giving each exercise a simple, descriptive name.
Muchas gracias, tus rutinas son increíbles, he aprendido mucho y las pongo en práctica. Me gusta que casi no hablas nada y todo el tiempo estás enseñando con práctica. Dios te siga bendiciendo...
These are great. I have a set of 12 that I do and these add some more to my list of things to do randomly. I had abdominal surgery four months ago and only now am I able to confidently do hard abs work. It will take some time to get back to where I was.
I am a new fitness coach and love all of your videos! I get a lot of great ideas from you, so thanks! If you can post some hip and shoulder mobility exercises that'd be fantastic :)
What can I say I am speechless well wondering here and there for right direction to get ultimate perfect exercise for lower abs your variations are so good that I just got right channel for my body thanks a lot dr..
Exercising and high protein can help as much as possible. But depending on how long things have been stretched out so to speak, you can have loose skin no matter what you do.
I like how you share so many variations :) rare that a channel shares so many different exercises for the same body part - it's definitely a good thing since some people have certain injuries preventing them from performing certain exercises (e.g. people who have injured wrists can't do the hanging leg raises but can perform the other exercises you showed.
Thank you! Totally agree! I try to give options also because sometimes people don't have the experience or mind-body connection to do something to work an area so they can then try a different move to make sure their abs are actually working :-)

Hi Prashant! Thank you so much and best of luck as you open your space! So do you need links of current videos I have or you are looking for ones specifically for beginners? Honestly I generally use the moves I share here with every level and just break them down as needed. For instance, when teaching the swing, I'll break it down and even use the modified hinge in the kettlebell leg video from last week....I'll try to think of some things though for beginners. It may sound weird, but with beginners it isn't so much different movements, but really just taking the time to coach through the fundamentals :-) Hope that helps! If you have any other questions, let me know!
Hello Cori, Ive been learning lots from ur tutorials, I think your presentations are probably the best that I'm subsribed to. I have a PT client who is obese. We cannot do jumping or running, as he so big he has trouble walking. I'm starting with basketball, me feeding him the ball, to shoot baskets. This way we can exercise the upper body and create a fun exercise routine. I was also thinking about him lying on his back and doing leg exercises, and then upper body weights. We are working outside until he's ready to go to a gym. Can you do a video for extreme over-weighted people, and suggest some low impact exercises, or suggest a good source I can look at. Many thanks
So med ball drills are great. I wouldn't have him lie on his back. That generally isn't so recommended although not horrible I guess if on a bench. I would have him squat to a box or bench. Do standing glute activation with bands. Seated exercises are awesome too. Like off a park bench even. Pressing the ball or a med ball. Pressing weights. Leg raises. Those are all options. Some will tell you to keep a neutral spine. You never want to intentional arch. I think it is key when mastering leg lower movements to also know how to control the posterior pelvic tilt as that is also a function of our glute max.

any protein sources for a person considering to turn in to a vegan ? which protein powder you use ? if a person relies solely on chicken as protein source ,how many grams of chicken is advisable to eat in a day ? 300 grams or more than that ?
