- By request: A full day of eating vlog style and training, specifically the greatest intense bodybuilding program that has worked so well for me throughout the years: Max-OT Training!!! Out of all of the splits, rep ranges, etc. this was the mother of all routines. When I discovered and began following it to the letter, it quickly opened my eyes. Even after being into my 10th year training seriously, never taking time away from the gym, always being right on the money with my nutrition, I just could not break the plateau that I was stuck at during the time. It all changed, and all of the sudden my strength skyrocketed from the lower volume/low-rep/heavy weight training approach that Max-OT is built around. Progressive overload, and really just channeling the intensity that is necessary in order to grow. Being able to break through such a plateau like that and watch your body begin to put on size again was exciting!
This video is from September of 2018 that I just didn't have the extra time to finalize and edit to my liking. I didn't want it to be super overly cluttered with too much boring eating or certain parts of my workout, but here it is and I hope that all of you awesome supporters enjoy it.

The one person who is 100% responsible for molding me into the person that I am today is my dad. He is and forever will be my biggest inspiration and role model. The work ethic and of course, passed on genetics is why I have been able to get this far after all of these years, completely DRUG-FREE. I learned that I could accomplish whatever it was that I was passionate about from him. Sadly, hard work and self-belief have been left by the wayside. I encourage everybody to take command of whatever it is that they want to be and stop making excuses!!! Put in the effort and you WILL surprise yourself.

Kevin's FFMI is right at the limit and he doesn't look all 3D and freaky 24/7 365.. he shrinks up slightly like all naturals when he diets down.. I believe him to be natural.

Alright first off Kevin I love your videos, love the guitar covers!!! Death metal and pumping Iron, 2 of my favorite necessities. First off I'm so jealous of this gym you're working out in. That place looks bad ass, seems to have a lot of really nice equipment. My gym is the stone age in comparrison, it has what you need but not what you want if that makes sense. Anyway keep it up brother you're killing it!

Very cool! Always wondered what you eat. I’m going back to a diet, and doing something like that. I used to work out loooong time ago, but lost it. I’m active at work. Lost some weight, but need to get back into weight training man. Very inspirational, trying to get back to it, today was my cheat day, had sushi(one roll) could have gone more, but carbs and I ain’t pulling weight like you lol. But watching my carbs, right now. I have the same issue with my shoulder Kevin and I was told it was a micro tear. Even lateral raises bother me on that one shoulder. Its frustrating but I always push through it. Not too much to injure myself but anyhow great content. Havent check out your channel in a long time so now im catching up haha

I'm around 500lbs now. Considering I was a star football player in HS & 1yr of college, had to let it go due to a bad shoulder injury, I've kinda let myself go after marriage 19yrs ago.
I remember having discipline like u back in my 500lb. Bench pressing days, but now I spend way too much time on my couch watchin tv.
Luckily I have a Very physical job as a Document Destruction Driver,I'm sure if I didn't have that I'd be 600lbs.
I just wanted to say,it was truly refreshing to see u in that empty gym Gettin After It like that.
It brings back memories of me bein that guy.
I've had a gym membership with the gym down the street from my house for yrs & I haven't been there in at least a yr, so in ur honor & inspiration, I'm goin there & hoppin on that dreaded treadmill & see where it goes from there.
Hopefully I'll make it over to the dumb bells.

Bigg E haha. I haven’t let myself go per se... no where over 230 lbs, but I can relate to having that 5 training days a week hard discipline for over 8 years. Pushups/sit-ups every fu king day. Wow this is really motivating to read man. I always say it that people like yourself who take the time out of their day to watch this and get something out of it is what helps me keep that fire burning. I never got married and didn't want kids so I was able to keep my focus. I never let anything or anybody get in the way of doing what I wanted to do, or at least until I felt that my goals were reached. I'm sure it's harder for you to squeeze in the time to get in there, but you'll find a way to make it all work when you want it enough. Thanks for sharing that bro!!!

Hello Kevin good video as always. I would appreciate a response regarding your training style. I've been working out for 6+ years but here in Greece most gyms lack good equipment and I've never had a trainer so I've had myself a few injuries here and there. I was going to give max-OT a shot but I'm kinda afraid that the heavy loads required for this program will injure me further. I would like to know though what your weekly split looks like and if I could potentially swap exercises that right now I simply cannot do (like dips and pull ups) with exercises I can perform. Thanks in advance, stay metal \m/
I would say do whatever exercises you can dude. Figure out ways to work around injuries. The AST website has the MAX-OT split all laid out for you for free. I follow it loosely as some things don't work for me or I end up injured.

Well when I got it I was going back into drywall finishing full time so I wasn't getting another car. The dude on the lot had a Jeep that was burning oil with 250,000 miles, or the Trailblazer. I didn't know shit about it until after I bought it and discovered how many few were produced. Then I was like oh shit, haha. But then I was like you know what, I've had all small cars throughout the years and I should just reward myself with having something cool. I love the engine too lol!!!
