I pressure cook all my chicken and rice. I do them separately and a weeks worth each time. pressure cooked chicken falls apart and is juicy. My go to topping for both the chicken and rice is "Organic Balsamic Glaze" by DeNigris $4.50 for a bottle 8.5 fl. oz. A bottle will last me a week or so. It's like liquid gold and it makes it easy to eat chicken and rice every meal.
I'm going to try that it soundes good , I like Ken's Italian dressing it's worth trying also it's way better and even different than any I'd ever tried.

I was doing chicken and rice every day 5-6 meals a day, put on some quality size that way. After a few months though i noticed that i wasn't digesting it as well anymore and my stomach would actually bloat every time i would eat it. So unfortunately i had to switch to a fish and beef diet for about 6 months. Then i slowly added chicken back in and now I digest it just fine. As you said it's important to throw in other foods once in a while during offseason because you don't to limit yourself when prep comes around.

Have you (seth) experienced digestive problems sticking to just one food?? Here is the easiest way to prepare chicken for me: 1. Get a slow cooker 2. Put all chicken in the slow cooker.DO NOT add any water except for the water from the chicken packaging. 3. Add your favorite seasonings. 4. Put slow cooker on "LOW" for 10-12 hours. 5. ENJOY! Pulls apart and is absolutely delicious and ALWAYS juicy 5 days later. Your welcome :)
One of the main things I like about this vid and the reason I'm glad someone recommended you to me is your comment "I don't buy over the top chicken, I'm on a budget. No matter how much I make I'll always be on a budget." When I started to get into working out one of my buddies who got me into it kept pretty much suggesting/forcing me to buy all non additive/free range chicken and it was breaking my bank and eventually led to me not working out thinking I couldn't afford it.

Hey Seth, cool trick I learned from a chef was to sprinkle in some tumeric powder when you make rice. It makes that yellow color rice you may have had at restaurants.. Just another easy seasoning you can try when u want something different.. Thumbs Up!

i really like classic basil pesto. it has fat because of the oil but use very little and it tastes great even in small amounts
