Natural Bodybuilding Holy Grail- MAX-OT!!!!!

  • This is by far the most effective muscle and strength building routine for natural bodybuilders that I have ever come across in the 21+ years that I have been training. It focuses on the most important factors: progressive overload, intensity, focus, recovery, utilization of key compound exercises, and volume control(which is where many people go wrong).
I did cut some of the exercises down in the video just so it wouldn't get so boring and time consuming watching the same thing over and over. As I continue to upload videos like these, I will be aiming to build on them and improve the style of them into more of a vlog/informative kind of approach set for set. This will tap into the routine a lot more and will better illustrate exactly what is going on in my mind as I tackle each set, and show you exercise execution so you can understand. Plus it'll just make the videos more interesting, which is what I'm always aiming for...coming up with what I feel that you guys will want to see in these workout videos.

Awesome... For me it took years to get any lat development and the pull-down machine didn't do shit for my back. I had to do a fuckload of pull-ups with lots of weight strapped on myself and way more volume than I expected before I got any results. I quickly discovered most grip variations besides overhand or neutral at shoulder width cause me to have tendon and elbow issues. MAX-OT actually recommends only doing pull-ups this way and I learned the hard way LOL.

It took me a lot of years to learn how to feel and contract my lats when doing any pulldown or pull up movements. Then as I learned how to pose for bodybuilding contests I got even better at translating that to all of my exercises.

It's based off of key basic compound exercises throughout the entire program, so the short answer would be yes! Any program can work, as long as you follow it and are consistent.

Why don’t you look at brad schoenfield, Eric helms, mike Israetel, James’s Krieger, etc for natural bodybuilding advice ? They do scientific studies on what works best for naturals, lots of people follow them. Max ot is good but the science and research behind training since it came out had been heavily updated, like training frequency( training each muscle group more than once a week), periodization, RPE, recommended sets per bodypart per week , etc

    • @ensnaredbyflesh1030

None of that stuff matters outside of the vacuum of a research study. Kevin did just fine with max ot and others have done just fine with other methods.

They’re ultra dogmatic and just stare at numbers rather than trying to understand actual physiology. The result is something that actually works best for juicers, ironically.
