Kate what's about that answer? Why only tell her after having figured out ...? Dafuq? When I tell her beforehand, she gets an opportunity to consider me for the first time as posssibly becoming part of her reality in a way I haven't been before/to date. Getting an immediate "oh no f**k off, skinny looser!" is an answer, too, and does spare time for both of us, but getting a "wait a minute - me? ... seriously?" might turn out as a good start for something worth the effort.
I had a girl I grew up with literally love me and not tell me; she waited until I made a move (which I never did, because I didn't know she was into me) and when I didn't make a move she up and threw me out of her life forever with no word ever again. What does that mean? Does she hate me for making her love me and want me to suffer? We flirted for years and years and I did whatever I could to let her know without straight up telling her how I felt to see if she felt the same way; I, being a guy, figured if she liked me she would say so, ask me how I felt, or just make a move. Instead, she wrote me off forever.
Sometimes you can't even trust cues that aren't so subtle. I took a friend out to dinner, during dinner she had us take a selfie and asked if I minded that if she tagged me, I said no, and she asked "What if I put that I'm out with my boyfriend?" and I laughed as if a joke and told her that maybe it was a little too early for that, but maybe in the future. After dinner on our way out the door she grabbed my shoulder, leaned over and kissed my cheek. She asked if we could take a walk together in the downtown area we were at, and just talked about things we should go out and do together. At the end of the night, when I dropped her off, we kissed. We went out a few more times, and sometimes when we were stopped she would just come over to hug me, and would hold me during the hug. This last week, Valentine's came around and I asked if she'd be my Valentine... to which she responded "I will, but only if you understand that it's platonic. I don't want you to think I'm leading you on." Which shocked me because of her actions up to this point, but I told her "That's fine, not a problem." but in my head I was thinking "What the hell is going on? Did I wake up in an alternate reality from the one I've been living in with you?" and we've been slowly just losing contact, because I feel she started playing games. We'd have plans like we did in the past month, and she wouldn't respond on the day we had something planned, and I decided I would stop contacting her because I wasn't going to play that game. So again, even if the flirtation is not so subtle and she acts like she's into you, both physically and emotionally, chances could still be high that she's not interested in anything serious. At least in my current experience.

Take nothing for granted even if you think it's a done deal and it feels like the woman is really into you. Ultimately you will only know 100% her intentions when she actually communicates this to you.
There is NEVER a certainty. There are so many factors and things to consider like environment, facial expressions, body language as well as vocality, tone and much more. To gain interest is a spark, to keep it is a challenge. Those who don't come out of scarcity will gain their interest through uncertainty on your part. She won't dare to play games because she is too afraid to lose you or your interest in you. If she does, use your abundance and keep on going for the next one. She will (eventually) come back but you don't care as you move on. You can take her with a grain of salt. Never forget, the man is the prize, she's just an addition to his life, never a necessity.
This is where it gets tough. If a woman is into me or at least open to the idea of me, then I know it. Likewise, if she is obviously not interested in me by acting closed off, then I know it. However, it's when she's obviously comfortable enough to converse with me and be around me and respond to my messages but not initiate messages of her own that I can't tell what she's thinking. The number 1 way you can tell if a girl is attracted to you is she acts different with you than she does with everyone else. Example she may be comfortable starting a conversation with everyone else but doesn't start a conversation with you. She seems nervous and shy with you but not everyone else. So look out for that. If she's comfortable talking with you like she is with everyone else she's just being friendly. Even if a girl touches you don't assume it's because she's interested see if she does it to everybody , if so she's just being friendly. But sometimes a girl may not so any interest in you at all. This happened with me she actually asked me out on a date , I was completely caught off guard because there was nothing coming from her to suggest she liked me. So just take the risk and ask her out because even though she may not be showing any interest she may well be. By the way I had to reject her because I was already with someone. I felt so bad about it , but she was OK thank god , she took it really well.

I’ve been talking to this girl for two weeks now and we have class with each other. Our texting is pretty good and we’re getting to know each other. We usually talk about our day, school, or whatever comes to mind like TV, holiday, family, going out, etc. We literally text each other paragraphs, which make my friends think she is super interested, but sometimes when I try to flirt by saying she’s smart, or we should hangout or something she sort of ignores it. I have a coworker who always smiled a lot. She did not seem unhappy with me, but in my interactions with her, she didn't seem too nice, either. She was nice, and she saw my reading glasses that i had left in the area, and asked me if they were mine. I said "yes. thank you!" i have found myself in an interesting situation recently. i'll tell the short version. a girl that i have liked for a while, but lost contact with for a bit has re-entered my life. now, when we first started talking again i figured i would try to get with her, yet she had a boyfriend, so i waited it out. recently (two or so weeks ago) they broke up, she was devastated and i naturally comforted her. now here is where it gets odd. last week she questioned my interests, and asked me if i wanted to go on an "adventure with her" i figured what she had met and agreed. Then, last friday, she gave me a poster, or sign i suppose, which was a well made "proposal" to the sadies dance (girls ask guys) (also noting my dad was present and she made sure that he saw and gave his approval before she asked, also noting we are 16 and in hs) she was visibly nervous and absolutely happy i agreed to go and gave me a big waist grabbing hug after. from that day on our greetings and goodbyes have been long hugs. there is much physical contact between us however all of this considered she is known as one of the biggest extraverts at the school so i wouldn't put it past being her personality. and being as she had JUST had a break up that, from what i heard, was horrible, i have no idea what to make of it

I don't remember everything but her eyes were locked on me. Then later she like walked back over my direction as she was walking by she says who are you on the phone texting and laughing at. Ya know? So Idk its hard to decipher her motives it didn't feel like she was trying to get a tip because she didn't have to talk to me and she seemed excited I the conversation and she initiated slot of it. Even tho u really started the convo she never would be talked to me had I not did that. So could you maybe tell me if she was possibly dripping hints at getting her number and going out? When I tell her beforehand, she gets an opportunity to consider me for the first time as posssibly becoming part of her reality in a way I haven't been before/to date. Getting an immediate "oh no f**k off, skinny looser!" is an answer, too, and does spare time for both of us, but getting a "wait a minute - me? ... seriously?" might turn out as a good start for something worth the effort.
I had a girl I grew up with literally love me and not tell me; she waited until I made a move (which I never did, because I didn't know she was into me) and when I didn't make a move she up and threw me out of her life forever with no word ever again. What does that mean? Does she hate me for making her love me and want me to suffer? We flirted for years and years and I did whatever I could to let her know without straight up telling her how I felt to see if she felt the same way; I, being a guy, figured if she liked me she would say so, ask me how I felt, or just make a move. Instead, she wrote me off forever.

Sometimes you can't even trust cues that aren't so subtle. I took a friend out to dinner, during dinner she had us take a selfie and asked if I minded that if she tagged me, I said no, and she asked "What if I put that I'm out with my boyfriend?" and I laughed as if a joke and told her that maybe it was a little too early for that, but maybe in the future. After dinner on our way out the door she grabbed my shoulder, leaned over and kissed my cheek. She asked if we could take a walk together in the downtown area we were at, and just talked about things we should go out and do together. At the end of the night, when I dropped her off, we kissed.
We went out a few more times, and sometimes when we were stopped she would just come over to hug me, and would hold me during the hug. This last week, Valentine's came around and I asked if she'd be my Valentine... to which she responded "I will, but only if you understand that it's platonic. I don't want you to think I'm leading you on." Which shocked me because of her actions up to this point, but I told her "That's fine, not a problem." but in my head I was thinking "What the hell is going on? Did I wake up in an alternate reality from the one I've been living in with you?" and we've been slowly just losing contact, because I feel she started playing games. We'd have plans like we did in the past month, and she wouldn't respond on the day we had something planned, and I decided I would stop contacting her because I wasn't going to play that game.
So again, even if the flirtation is not so subtle and she acts like she's into you, both physically and emotionally, chances could still be high that she's not interested in anything serious. At least in my current experience.
Yeah it's sad that there are women out there like that........That girl was probably trying to reel you in and once she thought she had you hooked, she used you, luck you got out of there.

I assume that if she's not acting obviously interested that she's just being polite.

The number 1 way you can tell if a girl is attracted to you is she acts different with you than she does with everyone else. Example she may be comfortable starting a conversation with everyone else but doesn't start a conversation with you. She seems nervous and shy with you but not everyone else. So look out for that. If she's comfortable talking with you like she is with everyone else she's just being friendly. Even if a girl touches you don't assume it's because she's interested see if she does it to everybody , if so she's just being friendly. But sometimes a girl may not so any interest in you at all. This happened with me she actually asked me out on a date , I was completely caught off guard because there was nothing coming from her to suggest she liked me. So just take the risk and ask her out because even though she may not be showing any interest she may well be. By the way I had to reject her because I was already with someone. I felt so bad about it , but she was OK thank god , she took it really well.

I’ve been talking to this girl for two weeks now and we have class with each other. Our texting is pretty good and we’re getting to know each other. i have found myself in an interesting situation recently. i'll tell the short version. a girl that i have liked for a while, but lost contact with for a bit has re-entered my life. now, when we first started talking again i figured i would try to get with her, yet she had a boyfriend, so i waited it out. recently (two or so weeks ago) they broke up, she was devastated and i naturally comforted her. now here is where it gets odd. last week she questioned my interests, and asked me if i wanted to go on an "adventure with her" i figured what she had met and agreed. Then, last friday, she gave me a poster, or sign i suppose, which was a well made "proposal" to the sadies dance (girls ask guys) (also noting my dad was present and she made sure that he saw and gave his approval before she asked, also noting we are 16 and in hs) she was visibly nervous and absolutely happy i agreed to go and gave me a big waist grabbing hug after. from that day on our greetings and goodbyes have been long hugs. there is much physical contact between us however all of this considered she is known as one of the biggest extraverts at the school so i wouldn't put it past being her personality. and being as she had JUST had a break up that, from what i heard, was horrible, i have no idea what to make of it

I heard from a friend that she has been talking about me, however in a text conversation we had earlier she said "I would rather learn how to be me before trying to take care of someone else" given the context, it could have ment multiple things. I will heed your advice and wait this all out.

Women will flirt for fun and know most men will interpret it differently. Women say men and women can be very good friends bc this is a way for them to keep their options open. Women like to keep men on backup in case their current option is not working out. Just know which guy you are willing to be.
Ok well this isn't exactly fly body language but I'm sure you can cover this topic but I met a waitress at a restaraunt an need help deciphering what she was acting like. First of all I like her of course ok she greets herself says I'm here to care of u I'm so and so blah blah so I don't want the conversation to end so I start talking to her about WiFi like asking if you guys have WiFi she says no I'm sorry so I say like ok you'd think they'd have wifi for being the restaraunt that it is she said yea I know but ling story short she says what kind of phone she has and how she has no data so she need WiFi and then im like ok but after that she like repeats herself a few times about what type of phone she had. Its a iphone she said it and like I think even had her hand I her pocket like she was ready to whip it out at me. Conversation dead now. I turn away shy and Idk what to say to her she like starts talking about something else now. Where she likes to eat what food at this particular restaraunt then asked me if I ever ate there I think I remember her asking if I ate there well I said no this is my favorite restaraunt here she looked surprised that I said that then asks me if I was from around the area I said no . but everytime the conversation died she brought up something else to talk about. I don't remember everything but her eyes were locked on me. Then later she like walked back over my direction as she was walking by she says who are you on the phone texting and laughing at. Ya know? So Idk its hard to decipher her motives it didn't feel like she was trying to get a tip because she didn't have to talk to me and she seemed excited I the conversation and she initiated slot of it. Even tho u really started the convo she never would be talked to me had I not did that. So could you maybe tell me if she was possibly dripping hints at getting her number and going out? I'm pretty confident I could be got her phone number if I asked but it was my first time ever talking to her
