FULL Interior Tour: NEW 2021 BMW 540i xDrive

Ending of my series of 5 series Reviews is the interior! The facelifted (LCI=Life cycle Impluse) BMW 5 Series brings an infusion of modernity into the popular midsized luxury sedan.
Inside of this 540i is the black Dakota Leather seats and the massive new iDrive 7 system with OTA updates, a standard 12.3in digital cluster and cloud based navigation. Other interior changes are some more buttons in gloss black and an optional sensatec stitched dash. Wireless CarPlay and android auto also are featured with Apple’s CarKey also present. The interior still is great and the seats, M Sport steering wheel and build quality are also still top notch. But …BMW needs to catch up. The general design is getting boring compared to Mercedes & Audi and is in need of a full redesign. Pricing is set to start around $54k and it is already on sale nation wide!

Good car but stay away from Continental pro contact tires they blow out easy the other problem is the car dies easy

What color is that car? it looks blue. My comments on the car: in three years with the last 540 I never adjusted the lumbar once, used sport mode . apple car play is terrible. you didnt tell where the secret eyeglass storage is, leather seats are a waste of $, this car msrp needs to be under 70k$ to make sense or go for the 740. the new technology in my 2021 is a great improvement for long trips which I just returned from, the new car has more acceleration , the steering wheel is great

Bro the interior on this car just don’t do it for me , they been look the same for 20 years , is nice i get it but they just dont feel or look special when spending 70k plus .

The base seats are sensatec... Dakota is a upgrade, Nappa Leather is the top tier for the 5 series.
