You cannot. Because India does not have any option apart from current party at centre. Other parties are masters of cowardice. So, the sad reality is you cannot pressurize the govt..

पिछले माह खुले ट्रक के चलते वायु सैनिकों की वीरगति हुई थी उससे पहले ईद पर भी सैनिक वीरगति हुए थे
इस माह 5 सैनिक भी खुले ट्रक के चलाते वीरगति हुए..

Maintenance cost is very high. or missiles upgrade hoti rahti hai to ooper built kiye hue system ko change krna jayeda easy hai compare to launch tube.

The Next Gen Submarine should be able to counter growing threats and provide advantages such as Speed, Payload for larger capacity of torpedoes, should have Acoustic superiority. And the ability to carry unmanned and remotely operated underwater vehicles.

Please somebody answer my question: why is Indian Navy not looking for South Korea's KSS-3 class submarines which has submerged underwater displacement of ~3500 tonnes😳 and is also one of the most advanced and latest submarine present in the world having "proven fuel-cell type AIP". B'coz china has conventional submarines operational with displacement of 3500 tonnes.
Moreover, it is based on type-214 class for which SK acquired technology from Germany.
Why don't they directly provide their elite type -212 submarine

Interesting it seems that demand or requirement of proven AIP system is search for an alternative of DRDO & L&T developed fuel cell based AIP system.If inde genus system proves successful and satisfactory up to the mark. It has further scope for improvement upgrade and refinement. In such circumstance importing and operating two systems would be reasonable and practical?

These two conpanies are REALLY PUSHING THE PEDDLE in this Competition with their givts now getti g seriusly involved to Secure the Deal with german govt engaging more which may result in germany winning this deal. They sure have advantages over their counterparts in form of better AIP and now this HEAVILY MODIFIED design. Lets see how it goes.
I call BS on this. Indian Navy wants technology and equipment to manufactured submarine of steel HY100 + that can dive much deeper and fast compared to submarine like scorpio packaged as submarine deal along with AIP, etc at right price. Only two nation has such platform and technology Germany Type 212, 214, 216 and 218 and Japan Soryu, Taigai and South Korea has technology and equipment that it got from Germany The whole tender is distraction for appropriate price.
