IA and central security services should be mandatorily supplied with APCs,armoured trucks and armoured 4*4 vehicles for convoy movements,and these should be all indigenously built ones.Also IA needs to upgrade the battle outfits of its soldiers.

No, the most powerful non nuclear bomb is foab. Indian company made the world's most powerful explosive Sebex -2 which can be used to make bombs. There are more powerful explosives than this but not suitable for military usage or not feasible , for example - Cl 10 by china nearly five times powerful than sebex 2 but it is not feasible to be made in large quantities for military usage. So, we can conclude it may not be most powerful but it is World's most powerful non nuclear explosive for military use.
Also other more powerful variants are under development, and will be developed nearly under 6-8 months.
The most powerful non-nuclear devices are chemical and biological. In fact, they are much more effective. But they are banned by Geneva code. Though as it is said these can be considered as Geneva suggestions. Didn't the USA use agent orange in Vietnam?

The armored vehicles production rise is for export. India built it's low cost automobile infrastructure and now they are able to build cheap armored vehicles. The usual theory is war boosts industries. Here civilian industry is boosting the defence. The war boosting industry is just a Western Christian concept. They are colonizers and territorial by culture. So it is just an excuse and it has been proven false many times including this.
Subodh, one question has been haunting me for years . Why don't we use armed helicopters in counter terror operations ? Or to escort trucks and other convoys ? Why ? Is it because of political considerations? If we had started using choppers in CT ops ten years ago, we could have saved scores of our personnel .
