Hello Steve, thank you for educating us about the Montana vehicle registration info. My question is, I have 5 class C RVs in Nevada. Yearly registration is very expensive here. 4 of the RVs have loan. 2 with America first credit union and 2 with south east Financial via first internet bank. I am personally insured with Geico for 4 of them and progressive for the one without loan. After acquiring Montana LLC, is it going to be a smooth transition or will my bank and insurance company give me hard time?

Geico won’t insure it being registered in another state. I’d consider moving the registration to South Dakota (use yourbestaddress.com) since you’ve already paid sales tax and you should be fine on the bank side. You won’t pay pp tax on these and no inspections in SD. On the insurance feel free to contact me and I’ll get you set up. 636-266-0207 is my direct office number
