I complete like 2 books in a day without break and my hand felt numb because I don't know how to hold pain for neat handwriting but wrote somehow in some handwriting and now I am watching this to relieve my pain and now I am not feeling numb anymore

I’m in construction, I’m always using a shovel, impact tools, and using hammers which cause heavy impact to my right hand. I have a bad over use issue but these simple stretches helped a lot with my cramping and pain in my hand.

U saved me since two days I had so much pain I am unable to click alt+tab with my left thumb and rign finger.after doing this got bit releif..but still little pain is there
After 7 weeks of what was thought to be tendinitis at base of right thumb, suddenly everything has flared up...feet, knees, upper arms, BOTH HANDS and wrists. Seems to have settled in hands, wrists and one arm. Await blood work for suspected RA. These exercises are going to be a regular, just doing them seems to improve the rigidity, pain and weakness. Thanks, Doc Jo! You were my first port of call!

This is wild, I work in logging and general tree work, and the last month has been especially intense, my hands had so little movement and pain in the joints that I expect is more muscle pain, I was actually considering needing to find something less intense to save my hands a bit, did this once and my hands are right back to being good, looking forward to doing this everyday for a while! thanks a lot really.

Thank you! This helped instantly. I was a bit hard on my workout a few days back and I did a hard landing on those planks and mountain climbers. It wasn't bad when I did it but the next day I could feel my left hand was in pain.

to AskdoctorJo and Jerome, it works , I just started today , I have been having this for at least 3 years, from touch pad use, I thought it was serious, just today after 10 hours, I did some of the exercise and the pain lesson by 30% or 40% , I really like it, thanks AskDoctorJo, May God give you wisdom, light , hapyness and compensate you for this help. cheers.. Jerome the jerk you mentioned took your hand by surprise , not being tense, and when that happen it affected it, footballers and professional sport people know that, the impact of a hit is bearable, as long as the body iprapred , meaning the muscles are tense to absorb the impact, but same body part is vulnerable if it is in relax position.. that what probably happen to you.. do these exercise gradually.. wish you the best
Update, I did all exercise except the machine one which I do not have, for 3 days now and I am happy to report that 70 to 80% of pain is gone. it revist during the day and go, but clearly with less severity, when it used to be almost constant, I still was able to paint and draw with no problem for the past 3 years, type fast 80 word per minute , but it was constant horrible pain in the background... so in my case , the pain was caused by years of touchpad use from laptop, changed to muse and the other hand hurt especially the index finger the clcking finger.. so now I change hand on I PAD .. use different finger.. and the excerise helped immediatly as I reported earlier... anyone with pc , laptap, mouse, related hand pain this works. Thank you again Doctor Jo. I will prey for you.
