You shouldn’t do jump workouts everyday they should be performed 2-3 time per week for best results because your nervous system needs rest ligaments bones to.

@@deaconthomas7930 lol this was a year ago when I had 17 inch vert and increased it to 20 in 1 week which was noobie gains. Now I have a 38 inch vert because I went to gym, got stronger, lost body fat, plyometrics and isometrics/stretching
@@deaconthomas7930 plyometrics are the best thing you cold possibly do because all you need is a pair of set of stairs and you could do body weight squats and other exercises like pushups to get stronger. Also do isometrics to keep your knees healthy

I've done this and another video for about a month so 4 weeks i would say i was just hanging off the rim and now im dunking wich feels awesome. Im 6,1 ,213 lbs and i inpoced my vertical by around 4.5 or 5 ish inches in a month ish so i would say this works if you put the work in plus stay active
I actually found that jump roping actually forms your calves, I’ve been doing about 100 normal and 50 one leg and 50 the other all in one go everyday. I’ve been doing it for abt a month maybe and I see veryyy faint veins (it will become more noticeable as you go on) and my calves actually have definition!
@@saintedcat3140 I play volleyball too you’ll find once you start training and playing your vertical increases naturally especially if you’re doing a lot of spike run ups/hitting practice. But still do this workout cause of the gains are that good ima do it too

Sorry for the late reply. When doing explosive excercises, obviously your legs are gonna hurt. If it’s too painful, take a break and then resume the workout.
