Yo this thing actually works, I had a 30 inch vert and now got a 35 inch in just 2 weeks. If you truly want to increase you vertical, you must give it your all. Push yourself past your limits everyday to improve. I weigh 95 kg and it very hard for me to lose weight which made me feel I couldn't reach my goal but I did.

Works for me, currently I have a shoulder injury. As a Crossfitter I love box jumps so this is a good time to change things up a little. I am 72 and can do multiple 24" jump and PR 30" working on jumping from my knees.
I just did this in quarantine and I’ve developed that many injuries, (DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU HAVENT DEVELOPED LOTS OF STRENGTH THROUGH THE CALVES+GLUTES AND QUADS) I just started it without prior knowledge and now have posterior Tibialis Tendonitis, Achilles Tendonitis and Tibia Shin pain.
I noticed as well This is the second time i go after this workout I had a few months feeling weird after finishing it because my muscles and stretch where not good enough

@@gacha_music6946 you might know now, but the rim is the circular metal part of a basketball hoop and touching the rim is jumping high enough so your hand can actually reach and touch the rim

It is a great one off guide for learning how to jump higher minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my work colleague got amazing success with it.

Thanks for this i wish I coulda found you guys sooner I'm a track and field runner and my main events are jumps last year as a freshman in high school I made it all the way to freshman nationals working the hardest I've ever done but this year I had a toe injury in football and I've been out since but I've pledge my self to working hard towards my goal I don't just want a D1 scholarship I want to be an Olympian one day remember my name if no one is laughing at your dreams then you aren't dreaming big enough

Warning!!!!!!! Guys you are doing great work and looking well. You are young and strong. But anybody who follows by you are risking. I killed both my knees 6 years ago. Many of this jumps from the floor are dangerous. Life is long and walking without pain is much more important than all these useless jumps. I really regret that I started doing this and now I’m suffering.

me: a teen who was recommended this by the youtube algorithm and decides that, as a hurdler, although I can already jump much higher than average (sry i forget what my best score for those block jumps was its been a while), once quarantine is over im going to turn up with a even more epic vertical jump
i wasn’t able to touch rim whatsoever last year and i was about 6’0, like i was 2-3 inches under. and i was 15. now i’m 16 and i can grab the rim 2-3 inches in. i need to jump around 5 inches higher to be BANGING consistently even when i’m tired. 3-4 to barely make it doe. i want like 8 more doe by like 3-4 months from now. i tried this last year and it helped a bit, i don’t have much space to jump, doe i do it in my basement so the straight vertical jump ones will be difficult for me 2. i’ll just do them randomly during the day smacking my head against the ceiling 😂
I’m extremely short, only 5 feet tall, but I really wanna play volleyball. Yes I understand I can play Libero but I’ve never been good at diving or digging, my vertical is only like a foot and to spike I need at least three feet of air to avoid blocks, gonna try this out to see if it works!

I am 34 years old and started play volleyball few years ago and i want to become nice spiker too if needed. I'm the "Does this work or not" comment you're looking for. Started today and I'll comment on each video my progress. I'm 5'10" and naturally a bit bouncy. I used to be able to grab rim easy 2 years ago but can barely scrape it with my finger tips now. I can jump highest off two feet, but come closest to dunking off 1 foot because I'm a right but jump off two feet like I'm a lefty. Well it did work for me , my standing broad jump increased from 1.90 to 2.40

i added about 5 to 6 inches to my jump (not standing vertical) from using this program for 16 months combined with lifting legs 3x a week
but i was already a grown man so im sure a kid who does the same routine as me for 16 months would add more than that

For also anyone wondering i gained 4 inches of vert. I got 27 inch vert before this and now I have 31. Im 5'10 so that means I need 35 inches to dunk.

If this is too easy for you, buy some ankle weights. I'm using 2kg right now to get some more vert out of this workout :)

I use sprints and band presses with feet at a 45 degree angle too and band squats. Jumping to boxes.

I'm the "Does this work or not" comment you're looking for. Started today and I'll comment on each video my progress.
I'm 5'10" and naturally a bit bouncy. I used to be able to grab rim easy 2 years ago but can barely scrape it with my finger tips now.
I can jump highest off two feet, but come closest to dunking off 1 foot because I'm a right but jump off two feet like I'm a lefty.
