      @@mxtr1x902 it depends on your current body fat level. If it's relatively low and you are consistent in your workouts, you eat healthy and get enough sleep and rest, then you should expect first visible results after 1-2 months

      RealMxtrix Took me around 4 months to have abs that are half as good as Fraser Wilson’s so you can expect to train at least 1-2 years to have abs as good as Fraser Wilson’s

    Fraser Wilson ever since I have watched a RUclips video of him doing his workout I followed the same the workout that he did to his abs it burns a lot look but I stayed strong I have to say this has to be the best coach ever he has led me to success into my abs and I am so proud and so grateful

    Day 120 of abs with Frasir. This was more intense than his other routines, no stretching breaks. I was due to push myself harder. My only complaint is that it's the same music , but it's not a big deal bc I go into autopilot at thos point.

    Best ab workout yet Fraser! Keep it up! I love that there's varying exercises for a 10 minute workout and no talk just work.
    Question: can someone tell me why he bothers to move his body at 3:44 for the side oblique crunches instead of just staying in place?

      For constant breathing and the push on muscle. Well, staying in place works too if you preferred that. Most of the workouts can be stayed in place but most people tend to move for stable breathing and explosive tension on muscle at breathing interval.

    The exercises are superb and comprehensive. I wish you knew how to inform your audience what exercise comes next BEFORE the clock begins or include 15 sec breaks to show what's next before the clock begins.

      At first I thought the same thing, but now I appreciate the variety so much. I do a different one each time, and the variety keeps me interested (as opposed to the same ol routine) and challenged. Seriously, do a the different workouts and your body never gets comfortable, which is what you want.
