Hey Doc would you consider making a video doing all the reps of the exercises with us in a video where we can follow along and do the exercises with you? It seems I quickly forget how to do them then I have to re watch lol! Thank you for your time and these exercises 😊
I'm waiting a week for my appointment to My Dr. Meanwhile in pain , I need to get around the house , very limited range of motion . Your videos keep me mobile 🙂
Hey Dr.Rove I truly admire how you're helping relieve their muscles from pain and stress at comfort of home. Thank you so much for your support and guidance. My query is while doing all these excercises rather feeling the muscle stretch in neck area i feel it whole left upper torso like its sort of jammed and stiff Could you please guide what should be done regarding that.
This channel has done more for me in 2 days than several trips to doctors and pain specialist. It seems to me that in most cases chronic pain comes from only a few different issues, barring some rare circumstances, and doctors love to ignore it and dish out pills instead.
Wow, these exercises feel really good and I can really feel the muscles that need work! I saw a candid photo of myself and was shocked at what a terrible "tech neck" I have so this is going to be very helpful. Your videos are always so well done - thank you!
I appreciate your study and practical application of stretching and becoming aware of the musculature one ignores or forgets to utilize especially as one gets older. Thank you very much for these insightful and easy exercises which you so graciously post for observation on youtube.
This guy ans his videos are a god send, to me in an everyday sense this is the potential of the internet being fulfilled, ive had problems and pain and i looked this up and im doing better fast
Great video! It would be awesome to have an overview of how one should progress through all the different posture related exercises and what should be done for maintenance.
7:38 tapped out, we'll work up to that one. I could feel the stretch everywhere you described. Thank you for your videos, these are helping me tremendously as I work from home and have developed terrible posture.
I have had this problem since my second husband choked me to almost unconsciousness!!! My neck would hurt in a certain position and I would hold my head forward from my shoulders to avoid pain and a feeling of choking!!!!
I'm going to give these a go tomorrow, if my sinus headache is gone. I have terrible posture and for sure want to try to correct it before it gets any worse. I have DDD in my neck. Will any of these exercises aggregate or excelerate the issue? I love your videos. Thx so much.
Hi Dr. Rowe You mentioned suboccipitals in the first stretch. Is this one the best stretch for suboccipitals of the bunch or do you have another that focuses specifically on the suboccipitals? Thank you for all your many extremely helpful vids. They're all fantastic whether the body needs them or not.
Wow, such deep relief! Question, with turning the head with the towel exercise, my mouth kept popping open. Is that k or should I work to keep it closed?
Awesome info Tom! With knowledge like this and your other videos, it's no wonder you do your own stunts. Thanks! What do you do if you've had this problem your whole life? Will this fix it, or am I screwed?
I have upper buttock with hip pain. As I walk sometimes there is a piercing pain on the right side that is excruciatingly painful. Almost to the point of falling. X-rays were done July, 5 2023 by my doctor. Awaiting radiologist report. Found Piriformis video helpful but I can't do them without pain.
I get what I suspect is a pinched nerve in the neck that causes numbing in my arms and hands. When I try stretching my neck every which way it usually returns to normal. I'm wondering if these exercises would help?
I want to do what you do on your channel for a career! I do not want to use the forced popping with my clients but want to instruct Self myofascial release. With what you teach here on RUclips; do your techniques come from a traditional Chiropractic school? Ex: where you Instructed to do forceful releases/pop/cracks like a traditional chiropractor or where you educated at a school that teaches self release/stimulation?
I'm a short guy so if I sit all the way back in a chair my feet are lifted off the ground which doesn't feel right, so I move upwards some so my feet will reach the floor and as a result I lean over because I have no back support
Hey doc, so just an hour ago I was sitting and I looked down and my neck had a sharp/ aching pain on my left side. I’m still having it right now and I still can’t look down without pain. It hasn’t radiated to anywhere else. The one thing that may have caused this is me having a habit of popping my neck, please tell me what my problem is.
Balance issues are showing up as I am 66. I know my PT told me falling is not normative at any age. Hubby has fallen 3 times in the last 18 months leading to ER/stitches and broken glasses. Help??
these videos are a joke. its so incredibly hard to change posture and to imply you can do it with a few stretches is silly. it takes constant focus and concentration or your body goes back to its old posture

Looks like today's exercise is perfect at work stretching as you get a little chance 👍
You may have videos for this already, but I'd appreciate a seated stretch to help align the lower back/hips.

GOOD GOD! A doctor actually prescribed you pills because of your neck posture?

Is it true that correcting your neck posture helps with sagging skin?
Is cracking my neck 3 to 4 times a day doing bad things for my neck and part of the problem?
When you start holding turtle, try a dinosaur noise for bonus points.
How many years will fix my posture by doing this?
3 mins in & my neck already cracked- ahh- most likely more bloodflow to my brain- maybe I will feel more awake, now. 🙂Ty.
Glad the exercises are helping, and thanks for watching!
