My man! I’ve been battling upper back pain for god knows how long. This along side seeing Dr Gregory Johnson has mad a world of a difference. I feel it all the way down to my lower back
I've just done several excercises that are in your videos for my upper back and between the shoulder blades. Thank you so much, my back feels so much better, not so tight and I got a good crack in upper back so now tightness is gone.

The broomstick standing stretch is amazing. My right shoulder and neck often feel tense and this exercise loosens everything up nicely, so that both shoulders are level. I now grab the broomstick whenever I get up from my desk for a break! Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

I’ve always had rounded shoulders and never knew how I’d be able to correct them, after doing the doorway exercise a few times they’re not so rounded. That’s crazy thank you.
All your videos are effective for me. I can't believe how easy it is to get relief and we dont even need special equipment. These techniques work!! You saved me a trip to the hospital for severe upper/mid back pain that radiated into my chest and down to my elbow. I knew it was a pinched nerve but I couldn't align my back properly to relieve the pressure. You're a life saver! The next day i didn't even need to take Tylenol and 3 days later i'm able to bend over and have almost full range of motion again. Thank you for your videos. Subscribed!
i love the fact that these are hotel friendly stretches/exercises. i live on the road and swing a sledge hammer most of the day and i think its attributing to my bad posture/muscle tightness. so im gonna give these a go and let ya know how i feel in a few months :) tried it today and already felt some muscles loosen up so im excited to see if this will help me!

I’ve watch a lot of your videos and they have really helped me but I also discovered the practice of yoga and will start into that as well because I was mostly inactive for a greater part of my life and my muscles are very tight all around and experiencing quite a bit of aches and pains so now I want greater mobility all around. Thanks again for your informative videos. I will continue to watch them because there is so much that I don’t know.

weirdly we have similar features. I have always searched for the bestvstretches. I was two steps away. I studied troy paloumalo (steelers) usian bolt, frank gore, hockey/figure all dance types. gazelle/~raptor/ other randoms. seeing their feet and where toes are pointed gave me good onlook to why i run tip tip a lot with ball compliment. you're genius Val Kilmer.

Hi, I'm 16 and this is my first time trying this. At that door exercise, my shoulders kept on clicking everytime. Is it supposed to be doing that? another question that I have is that now often should I be doing this and in how many days would I see results??
I'm hypermobile in my shoulders which I didn't know & got a injury deep within the shoulder now I'm building strength up slowly as they are weak, my posture in my shoulders are terrible. This alongside my strengthening exercises are awesome, thank you 😊 🙏 🇬🇧

I thought the pain was from my lower back, so did those exercises and no help. But did these and got a total of 15 pops (some in my shoulders lol) but definately felt way better, thanks!

The one he does with the stick on the bed highly recommend that! got a crazy stretch even without the stick.... Goes right down almost my entire back
