To his horror, that goal was met halfway through the month, which meant that he had to force himself to do a glitchless 100% playthrough of Security Breach, a game he absolutely hates.
He had to keep going until he completed the entire game, which took more than 24 hours to accomplish. This music was played on the final stretch to the fire exit, the last ending he needed.

@@erikcooldude8589 I mean, they were close enough. Big band with a heavy focus on vocalists didn't become popular until the 40s or so. 20s-30s was just big band on its own. Like Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, etc.
@@capital_of_texas True actually, but specifically the drum beat and the "2 feel" of the bass was very reminiscent of early big band music. It's like a cool integration between 20's and 50's music if you wanna think of it like that.

Things like this make me wonder how those people in the 20s would have reacted to these lyrics and this sort of imagery.
Picture it, you're living in the 20s and you're used to love songs and maybe one every once in a while about some darker humor,
And then THIS pops up. A song about a mother going insane trying to find her murdered child, with the murderer himself, an ungodly shade of purple, WINKING at you with a smirk the length of his entire face.
