I feel like a multitasker-friendly stretch would be perfect: basically a longer stretching routine (20 minutes or so) where the stretches are static and you do not need to use your hands, so you can read a book/text someone while stretching even when you don't have time for both

Am I the only one that can't help but laugh/smile from her routines, dance moves & facial expressions? Even on days when I'm not doing Cardio, if Pam's cardio vids come on I can't help but start doing it lol
Sometimes we don't need motivation to move on or workout but dedication find something that you love and enjoy and put it it your daily routine eg dancing. For motivation Personally i try to think of these; why are you here? what are you fighting for? what are your goals? you wanna achieve your goals? then fight for them, try harder, results are not only the looks but how you feel and if your stamina has been increased, you got this, remember that you are not alone in this, many more people (millions) are in the same position as you. Results may come after months or even years but that doesn't matter even Pamela has been working out for years and she is still struggling, so keep it up!!! Just because you can't completely a couple of workouts, doesn't mean that you won;t be able to do that some time. You just have to be patient and keep going, never give up no matter what. And that's what keeps me going, I'm trying to think of my goals, and how far I've come and that's how I'm able to finish a challenge after a challenge. Also, try to do something that you enjoy eg, dancing, running, walking, weighted hula hoop, swimming and do that as many times as you want.
My favorite warm up:x , I usually chose this video when i’m not in the mood to train. It gives me all the energy i need. It would be super great to include this warm up in a new hiit workout. Thanks, Pam!❤️
