Excellent, exactly what i needed this Sunday evening. Loved the insert of certain Pilates flows which made it more dynamic. I usual use two Yoga Blocks but it was not the case this time. Thank you Nathalie for your professionality 👏👏👏😊🙌👌

First time I’m doing this intermediate workout after a long time of training with beginner ones only. I’m impressed I was able to complete it! Absolutely loved this yoga workout ❤
hey thank you for the practice! I learned some now drills/ tricks not sure how to call them. The dolphin crunches were new to me, and the idea of doing a progression and then coming back the same way we started. All in all it was beautiful.

Holy cow! This routine was very challenging but rewarding! It showed me where I can improve, and I hope to try this again after I have lost more weight and gained more strength! I made it through it but had to take more breaks than usual with my other yoga practices! Thank you for your great and challenging content!
