Hi Charlie I have a quick question for you, since I've started yoga (3 months daily) my body has been cracking a LOT especially my shoulders and back. It doesn't hurt but it's a little scary sometimes ^^ does it happen to you also? Is this normal? Thanks for your amazing classes Queen ✨✨
I just did intermediate yoga flow for the first time, and I thought it was going to be difficult, but it wasn't that difficult given the fact that I've been a consistent beginner . I loved it, and from now on, i think i will be mixing beginner and intermediate within the week
Charlie, have you ever thought about organizing a yoga tour? As a dedicated subscriber, I'd love the opportunity to attend one of your classes in person. I'm sure it would be just as impactful as your online sessions!

I enjoyed the hip opening portion of the flow very much: lizard, pigeon to half lotus seated forward fold to compass. Skandasana features in almost every class and I like the inner thigh stretch. The tranquil background sounds were the cherry on top. Thank you, Charlie.

I almost talked myself out of doing this one, and I’m feeling so grateful I stuck to it. I really like how you begun today’s class, it was different but felt good. This sequencing reminded me of the challenge classes. I really enjoyed it, Thank you!
7:10 I am so proud of the work I’ve done to be able to tent my fingers. I used to always say oh I can’t. Can’t can’t can’t go up on my fingers. My joints have to much movement in my knuckles. I don’t say can’t. Ever. - So I tried and kept on. And now I had my legs pushing and my pubic and hip bones fully on the mat! Arms extended hands tented!! A big achievement in my eyes!
Loved loved loved this session! I try to be more disciplined in my moving session everyday and your classes are not intimidating to start (early in the morning!) yet they still challenge me in the best way and make me feel good for the rest of the day. 45min Intermediate classes are the best!

I’m very glad I committed to a longer class today. This was much needed. I’m still struggling to bring myself to the mat for even 15 minutes. I haven’t tried that bind since your improvers challenge in June and I just don’t know if I’ll ever be able to achieve it. My arms feel too short! Thank you, Charlie ❤

This flow was absolutely amazing! That you for 45 minutes of commitment to self. My favorite parts were the binds and holds. It really challenged my flexibility in places I’ve never explored. I found it surprising that my side plank was easier to balance in today !! 📌🧡🧘🏾♀️
This was a good practice for me to change what Yoga I normally do. Charlie is very flexible! At 66 yrs. young this is challenging with arthritic joints. Thank you for the challenge!

I finally had a chance to do this. I did the June improvers challenge and at best I’d give myself 60% but exploring all the poses gave me the confidence to try this class. I definitely was surprised myself with the ease I felt.
I LOVE COMPASS POSE 🎉 it feels like very few practices include it but I am so happy you did! It’s one I need to practice more on my own but always enjoy seeing it in a class

Thank you, those skandasana transitions allowed me to get deeper more comfortably than normal. I still have both knees in the air for firelog but my hips are a work in progress.

I love the transition from side plank to twisted lunge. For me I take it a step further to revolved half moon 🙏
