Hi Friends, let's get it with this intermediate 1 hour yoga class. This is a free power yoga class that you can come back to any time! In this 1 hour power yoga flow, we'll incorporate yoga mobility moves and breath through a strong vinyasa flow to activate our body and mind. Strong yoga poses include arm balances, stacked standing balances, and mobility challenges.
Whether you're doing power yoga for weight loss, yoga for strength, or yoga for flexibility this yoga class serves you.
Practice this class as a 60 min yoga workout for a chance to find mental and physical strength, perseverance, and equanimity.

First class with this instructor. I loved the good warm up, definitely woke up the mind body connection and functioned as Good mobility warm up. The flow itself was extremely challenging but doable. There was only a couple things I had to modify. I will definitely save this for my high energy mornings. ❤❤ Thank you

Thx 🙏 for the class. I subscribed, I’m 50 previous long distance runner. My body is trashed. I am a yoga instructor now, and still like a challenge. I love the mix of yoga and Pilates. I think this class is perfect to give some strenght in my legs, my goal being to improve even more my flexibility for my danse practice, I know I need to muscle up this part of my body ! It was so sweaty tho 😅!

This was soooo good! I love love love when a yoga class takes you to a place where you’re no longer worrying about the next move. You start to feel fluid with your breath and the movement and taking the next steps without any thought or judgement. I love love loved the rhythm and what poses you chose for this. And the fun added pulses you added in here or there as a surprise we’re so fun. Hahaha. Thank you thank you for another good class. 💛

It’s been a while since I’ve done an extended yoga session and it feels good. A gentle sweat accompanied strength, flexibility and mobility. I learnt the new move of shifting into skandasana from a seated position and kinda moving in this oblong shape which was really fun.

I like many things about this practice but find the initial exercises hurt my knees! I feel like I need knee pads or three yoga mats to make it comfortable. I've been practicing yoga for 25 years and around minute 9:50 I had to stop because my knees were hurting too much to do the asanas properly.
