I found it quite hard for myself to find yoga videos that I fully enjoy, because I am sensitive to everything: the music, the tone of voice, the light and environment in the video, the pace, and the learning aspect of it (not simply going through the positions but also taking time explaining how muscles works, how they move, what to do to take the best advantage of every step and really make progress, at least sometimes). I love yin yoga love this class. I have epilepsy mental health problems. I was in hospital for 4 months 3 intensive care and 1 months in a room with sepis it's scared me I have a hole in my stomach I have to change every night yoga gets the stress off. Xxxxxx ❤️ ❤️ xxxxxx ❤️
