Thank you for this. I KNOW all these, but it is good to do them in a "strength" sequence like this. These are nice for in the winter when we can't get out and be as physically active... They also warm you up quick!

I recently started doing your routines, to keep flexible, reduce lower back pain, and to simply do something new. My question is, how many days a week do you recommend yoga? The routine I do is around 35 - 40 minutes, followed by a brisk mile walk.

Hi, I'm new to Yoga, getting older, just turned 60. I want to regain strength and flexibility. I have a repetitive hand injury that causes sharp pain when I move my hand backwards/towards my body. I have talked to my doctor who said to be careful and see if it doesn't get better. Is there any gentle stretching I could try to keep maintain and protect from further loss of flexibility? I understand you are not responsible if I decide to try something you suggest. Thank you.
