Easy to follow instructions and yoga exercises. The instructor is very calm calm and walks through each step with clarity. I will give her a perfect score of 100%. Don't get discouraged if your body is not as flexible as it should be. Personally, I can't do all 12 poses perfect, but they still help my physical and mental health.
I love the 12 basic yoga asanas. I also have been practicing basti kriya jala basti or yogic water enemas before doing my yoga asanas since I was 13 in 1995 for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, pain management and weight management.

Good morning your methods of teaching Yoga is very user friendly with caution and option of alternate modes to practice yoga for persons with physical restrictions.

Very clear and simplifying teaching..I love it. U described benefits of every asanas. I request u to explain who cannot do each asana with medical history like arthritis, bp, heart decease, diabetics, vertigo etc. which help to exclude that asana if anyone with such medical history. Thanks again.
