Step 1: Fry your chicken
Ingredients
* 1 lb chicken breast
* 2 cups buttermilk
* Tony C’s
* 1 Tbsp blue spirulina
* 2 eggs
* 1 bowl flour
* 1 bag blue takis
* Deep fryer with oil at 320 degrees
1) Add blue spirulina and Tony’s to buttermilk. Slice the chicken breast in half then gently pound it out. Add it to the brine.
2) Add blue Takis to the food processor with a little flour then buzz it up until it’s a fine powder.
3) Remove chicken from the brine and dry it out on paper towels. Add eggs to the brine and whisk. Use a knife to score the chicken breast then dredge it in flour, egg, then the takis.
4) Fry for 7 minutes at 320 degrees. Let drain on baking rack.

* Large mixing bowl
* Whisk
* Cutting board
* Knife
* Gallon ziploc
* Hot sauce bottle
* Food processor
* Large mixing bowl
* Deep fryer at 320
* Paper towels
* Boning knife
* Spider
* Baking sheet + rack
Step 2: Blueberry hot sauce + Koolaid Onions
Ingredients
* Hot Sauce
* 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 lb fresh blueberries
* 3 chipotles in adobo
* 1 Tbsp blue spirulina
* 2 Tbsp chopped onion
* Salt
* ¼ cup coconut vinegar
Onions
* 1 white onion, thinly sliced
* 1 packet blue Kool-Aid
* 12 ounces water
* 4 ounces vinegar
* 1 ½ tsp salt
* 1 tsp Peppercorns
* 2 cloves Garlic
* 1 tsp Mustard seed
* 1 tsp chili flake
1) Add oil, onions, blueberries, and chipotles in adobo to a medium sauce pot. Sautee for 3 minutes until the juices have released, then add in vinegar. Use a stick blender to blend it up and strain through a fine mesh sieve. Put it back on the heat.
2) Add thinly sliced onions to a mason jar with aromatics
3) Add water, vinegar, and salt to a sauce pot and heat it until boiling. Pour over the onions and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

* Fine mesh strainer
* Small mixing bowl
* Spoon
* Mason jar
Step 3: Assemble
Ingredients
* ½ cup mayo
* 2 Tbsp blue cheese
* ½ tsp blue spiruina
* 1 round bun?
* 1 fried chicken breast
1) Mix blue spirulina with mayo and blue cheese.
2) Spread it on each side of a toasted bun. Add cabbage, pickled onions, chicken, and hot sauce,
3) Enjoy

A lung seasoned in Tony C's..... Sounds like a winning episode to me. But, they may be hard to obtain due to food laws. Might have to fake it, ground meat in a lung shaped jelly mold? That would help the Tony C's permeate the "lung".

i work at dominos, the last video was the mac n cheese food bowl. i asked my boss today if he remembered it, he showed me how to make it right then because we were slow. i had one of the most authentic mac n cheese bread bowl from dominos to be created in years. it was magical.

I loved everything about this. Breaking that forth wall it was like my theater kid days and I was there with you like the backstage pass. It does make me want to ask if everyone is doing okay, though, like if you just had to phone it in for a mental health day or something or if you guys just wanted to do this for kicks and giggles. But the fact that you can still pull the episode off like that is a testament to everyone's talent here. What a cool group of folks just hilarious and charismatic like that, having a good time and being there with each other.

The person that edited this does not understand the art of zooming in and out. It's meant to make a statement not to just do over and over again at all the wrong moments.
I think Josh has a personal challenge to be on a tangent for as much as possible before the producers realize.
I think this is somehow the most chaotic episode of Mythical kitchen yet.
I sure wish I could laugh at a joke when it occurs naturally in the episode rather than have it awkwardly ruined at the beginning in a way that messes with the pacing of the show...

I'm trying to watch this while hiding from guests that only want to walk near the hallway when you decide to scream. This is what I deserve.
I haven't slept in 36 hours. Watching this I started to forget I was still awake, and thought this was some weird dream version of Mythical Kitchen.
I must be broken that actually looks delicious. The color of the cabbage really brings it together and seperates it from just being absurdly blue while still being colorful. Also the bun not being blue is probably a good thing. But I would pay for this at a food truck for sure.
