If you want more Lore for Dungeons the "Official" book Rise of the Arch-Illager is actually a good read. I was a teen once too and thought everything clouded in dust was more manly or something? but now that I’m older I appreciate games with brighter settings that offer more diverse environments. Minecraft Dungeons is definitely a spinoff that I enjoyed, if only for how interesting the lore is. It really did expand my views on a lot of things in Minecraft as a whole, especially the End.

I was thinking to myself, you forgot to mention apocalypse plus that makes it even more difficult, also there's a way to completely finish the game. You have to beat the main island without dying once, with all the other ones that are also the same. Then a green check mark appears on all of them, then you completely finish the game, I always loved Minecraft Dungeons, and it's the first game I ever bought when I got my switch. Thanks for doing it justice ❤
I have 230 hours on this game, now I'm in apocalypse +25, and I love maxing out my gear and try to find the best enchantments possible. 10/10 I can't stop suggesting this game
Great review! This is honestly one of my favorite games for a whole host of reasons. I followed the development of it from the beginning to the end and it changed so much for the better. From ancient hunts acting as an actual crafting system to the game, to the addition of the tower's roguelite mechanics, to the enchantsmith which adds further customizability to items, and more. The DLCs are definitely worth it, in my opinion. The bundle doubles the game's price but considering how cheap the game already is, it doesn't say much. While I wish it had a bit more, I'm satisfied with where it went. Also, regarding what you said about the story, there's actually a surprising amount here lol. Lots of it comes from lots of environmental storytelling (a crazy amount that I'm STILL finding more of to this day) and item descriptions but did you know that they made a whole novel that's canon to the Minecraft Universe about this game? It gets weird in all the most interesting ways. Though it doesn't appear as in your face as other games, I feel that the story's presentation works to keep the vagueness and mystery of the Minecraft mythos we've come to know from the original game.
@@sboy2044 Ancient hunts are not fully random at all. The items you put in determine environment and enemies you may encounter. More so, the runes associated with each item can be combined in specific ways to call upon specific ancient mobs (the bonus bosses). Each ancient mob drops a specific type of gear from a specific loot table dedicated to each. So you can input specific items with specific runes to likely get a specific item out of the experience. Doing it this way also, of course, gives you a bonus built-in enchantment. In this way, ancient hunts are the game's crafting system.
3 things 1)people use the speedboots and things that lower cooldown so you can spam it 2)pc movement is different to console on pc you can get stuck on stuff but not on console 3) remember that button puzzle well i one shotted it every time bc if u stop to think for 2 seconds you don't have to spam for 50 seconds

I still wish keyboard and mouse controls were improved since that's typically how Diablo-like games are played with 3: That was the joke lmao

My main load out was, I healed from collecting souls, 8% lifesteal, 50% dmg reduction, “The beginning and the end” with radiance, swirling, gravity, and critical hit, and my artifacts were two soul amulets, and a corrupt beacon. I call this load out “the brawler” because it just gets in your face, and constantly heals from hiring people.
My main loadout is just double cooldown battle robe with the roll swiftness perk, fighters bindings with swirling, radiance and either critical or shockwave. Then boots, robe and death cap mushroom. Speedrun mostly any level with that even after the 1 shot mine patch
Found out about it through the arcade machine version that dispenses item cards for future runs. Been enjoying it as couch co op with the missus, and it's a great introduction to this type of game.
I always seen Minecraft Dungeons as “baby’s first diablo” especially how simple and easy the game was and that it is very pg for the audience they were probably going for
In my opinion, Skylanders filled that role. The games aside from Trap Team and Imaginators were pretty easy, especially if the player had a large collection of Skylanders. However, the difficulty in Trap Team and Imaginators came from poor balance and game design as opposed to being genuinely difficult.
The bad balance came from scaling the enemies and bosses to the new characters of Trap Team and Imgainators. So, this encouraged players to buy the new characters, which of course cost more than the older characters. It is possible to beat Trap Team and Imaginators in Nightmare mode without a Trap Master, Sensei, or Imaginator. However, it is very time-consuming, and you have to play perfectly. Just watch a video of someone fighting Traptanium Kaos on Nightmare mode with a non-Trap Master character or redeemed villain.@@JDReC100
I've never played Diablo either, but i absolutely loved Torchlight & Torchlight II, but they're basically the only two games in the genre I've played, so i was mildly curious about this one.
I've played since the day of release and I've been coming back to this game every once in a while. And I always have tons of fun. It's especially fun when playing with friends.
Funnily enough, my first arpg was skylanders swap force, so when I bought this game (because I wanted a game that I could play with my brother and sister) I was pleasantly surprised to see that the Diablo/Skylnders form. Skylanders made up my childhood so in a way, it was like seeing an old friend again, changed, but you still know ‘em
Same with me. Skylanders and MC were big parts of my childhood. Although, I consider Swap Force and the later titles to be more like 3D platformers than ARPGS. Spyro's Adventure and Giants feel more like ARPG's in my opinion.
I know some may say the character building in this game is simple, I beg to differ. There’s a ton of options when you really look into it and the classless aspect of the game helps you create different playstyles of varying themes and styles. A status inflicting Ranger, a healing Paladin, a warlock summoner, and so much more.
I actually have a solid copy of minecraft storymode season 2 on ps4. It was just in the store shelves, and it was only a few years ago, probably just after the games were delisted
Menu narration enabled by default on the very first screen is actually a good thing, it enables those who need it to play the game from the start. You can toggle it in a second, they might look for it for 20 minutes. If will be able at all. And yes some high profile games do that too. Not enough though.
As someone who has played Minecraft dungeons longer than most individuals I can say for sure there are 3 main issues 1) there is no replay ability once you finish default you have the option to do that again with the lie of a harder difficulty 2) it’s a grindy mess I spent 3 hours trying to get the weapon I wanted 3) Minecraft battle pass
as a fan of Diablo and Minecraft, it greatly peaked my interest, only recently have i been able to buy it, and its even more awesome than i imagined, not flawless, but a blast to play
I like the game the only issue is that it's literally so repetitive. there is little to no gameplay variation in the levels, no other challenge than just run and kill pillagers until you find the boss
As a level 100+ sweat with almost all DLCs in this game and almost all of unique weapons; this is worth your time. MCD changed the way I see the Mojang games.
As someone who was originally very excited for the release of this game back in 2020, I was perplexed with what felt like a lack of procedural generation and puzzles. Because the game was a Minecraft spinoff, and MC being known for its near-infinite worlds being unique with every seed, I expected a lot more of the spaces I traversed to be different each time I went through. Instead, each level had its own "segments" that were spliced together, and I'd recognize rooms and parts of levels that I'd seen dozens of times before. I really with they tried to explore how to make more "random" generation in this type of game. Seeing the same things over and over again did NOT help the replayability that was needed if I wanted to The ancient hunts actually did this pretty well, but it's a shame this style of world generation wouldn't find itself in the game (albeit just as a side quest) until long after the initial launch. It really felt like the game's DLCs were a lot better than the standard edition once the developers understood more about how to push the game's different systems.
Diablo 2 is my favorite game of all time. Hated D3 and D4 but I love Minedraft Dungeons. They captured what made D2 so great. The mechanics, the itemization, the map designs, etc.
Honestly, I find it a great local-multiplayer game, especially nowadays when local multiplayer is practically non-existent. Usually I only can play it with my mother, but sometimes most of my family is able to play and all four player slots can be filled. I usually take the role of "get in, shred the boss or mini-boss, and die instantly afterwards."
I remember when me and my firnds got it from PSPlus, and we absolutely borke it thanks to a bug that was never fixed that allowed us to get absurdly strong weapons and armors, so strong that not even the hardest content in the game could defy you
The game is alot better now, when it released it was quite shallow. Alot of the villagers you would unlock either didn't exists or worked completly different (upgrading old gear used to be awful). Only negative about the game is the base game is a little bit lacking without DLC. Overall pretty good review (found this in my recommanded)
The people I was playing with played the game at launch and they told me it was pretty barebones initially too. Glad to see it's in a bit of a better spot, even if it did take some DLC to fix it.
My favorite passtime in this game is to grind for specific gear to replicate a certain stereotypical class (tank, healer, mage) and test it's effectiveness with my frens
I've played Minecraft dungeons nonstop since its release. I maxed out all my gear and enchantments and still wanted more. However no one wanted to play because no-one thought it was good. Eventually even the best Minecraft dungeons creators died out like 4AM. And then they stopped releasing new battle passes, but this is the first well received video about Minecraft dungeons in ages, so thank you for acknowledging our small yet dedicated community.
My biggest issue with Minecraft Dungeons is honestly the balancing. There are way too many enchantments and gear pieces that are just complete garbage when their concept could have been really cool, all the ranged weapons especially ending up as functionally obsolete stat sticks by the end game due to being limited resources, slow use, single target focussed, but not actually stronger than melee weapons outside of very specific use cases. And the enemies start as unchallenging push-overs, but as you get into the apocalypse+ levels (which were added post release in response to the game being too short and easy), you realize that the devs never intended for the numbers to scale that high. This, paired with how heavily the game relies on your gear to do the healing instead of standard drops, the potion or even artifacts, eventually turns things from having a semblance of tactics to being forced to engage in a pretty mindless and frustrating clash of big numbers, which you only win with like one or two meta builds. Also, enemy functionality could have been more varied. The game knows the difference between melee, ranged and the different kinds of magic/elemental damage for example, but nothing on the receiving end plays with that. Let alone giving enemies a more interesting AI than melee charger, melee walker and ranged attacker, which would have helped a ton with their diversity. But, if I understood it correctly, no significant part of the team had ever worked in this genre before, so for a first attempt, this is pretty awesome. I'd just hope any of the lessons learned here would carry over into other projects and the vanilla game.
I have a custom made Whirlwind Axe made out of cubes, painted to match the exact pixel of the weapon in-game. It's hung up on my wall with my foam diamond pickaxe and diamond sword! I'm not even a massive Minecraft Dungeons fan, but my sibling was making things out of the cubes and I was playing the game at the time, so I asked for my favorite weapon from the game. Regardless of whether this is a good game or not, it was fun and I have an amazing memento of the time.
I loved this game. Never played a Diablo game. Had so much fun with this one with some friends! I even played a couple of times with the minecraft legend Huahwi :D (he played with viewers on stream)
I still play dungeon with friends to this day and I'm so sad that mojang stopped develloping it. This game is honestly really fun with friends. Just slashing trought so many mobs while using some fun gameplay mechanics.
As someone with over 500 hours into the game, I can agree with most of the stuff you said, but, that magic that the game gives never went away for me. Maybe in like 200 more hours it will, but the stuff the game lets you do is insane. If you have a titans shroud or wither armor with final shout and shadow surge and have the artefacts soul healer and shadow shifter, with a weapon with refreshment or radiance (preferably both), you become an unkillable god that destroys anything in their path.
Players at the end game have no idea how out of touch they sound whenever they describe builds and give tips. "if you have all the perfect items with the perfect enchantments you get overpowered" no shit. Only problem is that you play through 90% of the game without any control of what items you actually use because you're still leveling up and need to be constantly switching to whatever stronger item just dropped. When you finally become able to drop whatever you want consistently and choose your build you're already beyond any need for it and the game is kinda over.
Honestly I think MC Dungeons is a really great game! The story is good, the gameplay is addictively good, the environments and graphics were amazing and the soundtrack was legendary.
BEES are a requirement once you've reached apocalypse Thorns and Electrified will kill you hower Bees can be placed wherever you need them (they don't follow you like Iron golem) Meaning If there's a lot of powerful mobs ahead of you or inside a structure place bees and sit back, just make sure your bees are same or higher than your standard gear i.e. lvl 78 sword, lvl 80-90 bees scale the bees to the games currently difficulty for best results
I have a speedrun build and i play on apoc plus 9. In apocalyps plus you have a higher chance of getting uniques and since I know exactly which enchantments I want on which weapon, apocalyps is really helpful as I will have a highr chance of getting said unique item.
I wish they will bring back updates for this game as all we get is season passes and i understand the dlcs are expensive but this is one of my favourite games as it allows for lots of replayability for such a simple game
played through this with my roomates super fun time one of the few things that got us to do stuff together and now i cant put down games of this genre i agree that basically it could have been great if there was more complexity most of these type of games live and die but what you can do after beating the story.
Correction: Play it if you hate diablo and dont have a PC. Play the Vault Hunters modpack for a real deal experience. It really tickles the looter itch ive been wanting with PoE and is a lot more focused in what it wants to do when it comes to the actual dungeon raiding while still taking advantage of how minecraft and certain mods work to incentivize different play styles and features you often see in ARPGs like the housing system are quite literally built into the game by default, its goddamn minecraft. Plus it doesnt have microsoft trying to con you out of more money than just buying java edition.
as someone who has every dlc, secret levels unlocked and beaten every level on apocalypse+ difficulty i am somewhat sad that the game stopped getting updates
Hey, long time dungeons player here! It'd be an understatement to say the game received a lot of content post-game release. This game was relatively dry and there was a clear lack of content without the ultimate edition, to the point I'd say spending $20 for the base game is not worth it but spending $40 for the ultimate edition very much is. And the game isn't that much mechanically dry! There are many enchantments and artifacts that interact with each other weirdly, whether it may be intentional or not, and that alone gives you many ways to play the game without the need of having to pick a class at the start of the game. The game's main appeal is here, as you can choose to play whatever you want however you want at any given time, given you have the items. Your options are not scarce at all, you actually have quite a lot ways to play the game, whether it may be a build focusing on spam rolling around and refreshing your artifacts quickly with an enchantment that lets you do exactly that, or a build that aims to keep you in shadow form at all times. All of these builds have their own unique weaknesses, and require you to think about the way you play the game. And this is where apocalypse difficulty shines, because adventure difficulty might be where you get extra gear, but apocalypse difficulty is where you can actually make these builds shine freely. There are artifacts that give you buffs that you can't quite keep up permanently in adventure difficulties and below, but you can in apocalypse, which opens up quite a lot of opportunities in how you build your character. The tower is unfortunately where the game starts falling flat. While the tower itself is fun to do, it doesn't quite have the procedural generation main levels have. This tower gives you items that are so high level that playing other modes just aren't worth it anymore. And it's extremely rng aswell, as getting the items you want with the specific gilded enchantment can take upwards of hundreds of tower runs. I believe you can understand why this is quite problematic; The tower gets boring very quickly, and it gives you items that just makes every reward you get in every other part of the game obsolete, if you want the strongest gear you want that is. As for the movement, the dodge roll does not have i-frames, and there's a very good reason for this (there are builds that lets you spam roll very very quickly lol). Unrelated to that, you already mentioned there's an armor perk that gives you i-frames while rolling. Rolling without this armor perk really isn't worth it as you get a speed deboost for the next few seconds. And the player's base movement speed might be low, but as I mentioned there are artifacts that let you boost up your movement speed, but can't be quite kept up permanently in early to mid game. Hence why apocalypse isn't as bad as it may seem, things go very quickly in that difficulty (as it should, since apocalypse mode has by far the most difficulty levels, ranging from power level 70 to power level 256). Daily trials are actually where most of the challenge really is. These trials give mobs buffs or the player debuffs by default, and those combined together with the banners you get from raid captains (which add their own modifiers mid run) can ramp up the difficulty a lot. And by that I mean the player can have their health reduced up to 75% while the mob damage can be increased up to 600%. This is the true test of difficulty, and it also has a chance of giving items at a power level that isn't normally obtainable via normal gameplay (with the one exception being, as I mentioned, the tower unfortunately). That's what I have to say for this video really. I could go into many more things, like the disappointing development cycle of the game, but that's not something I want to talk about in this comment lol.
I got over 1k hours in that game. I love the game more than almost anyone. Minecraft dungeons is something I'm in love with. I just wish the devs didn't abandon it
having the narrator on by deafault is a genius move by microsoft cause then blind people can acctualy now what is happening and people who arent can turn it off. my blind friend told me it was the biggest positive with the entire game.
that music that u played from dungeons in the video was nostalgic asf when i played dungeons during covid lmao. few times where a memory about covid was enjoyable, playing with friends those years ago lmao
Loved this game, then hated it. The mechanics, functionality, and synergy between the Enchantments and Equipment traits were TOP NOTCH... Then you run into the Endgame, which is just grinding Tower. In fact, the Tower is so absurd that it throws whatever weapon you currently have in the trash due to its sheer scaling. Effectively defeating the original core game's design. Devolving the endgame into "Grind Tower". I can recommend it... Just not wholeheartedly.
Try Path of Exile I agree with a lot of what he said Here's my thought on Minecraft dungeon. ( I finished all the dlc content and quite a bit of apocalypses ) I like the interaction and combination of item like soul build, Strike, arrow, life steal(fast and slow) and even support Tower mode is by far most fun I have in this game and the reward is great I Recommended playing with a friend it add extra flavored to it and I believe this game design to play together with multiples people Here's what I did , Enchanter's Tome is super fun it make you well (enchanted) fast and zoom and 2 or more people use it everyone go zoom or with potion build/ support build to your team. old Item won't be useless with anvil (although your enchant will stay the same) Cons: "EndGame" is Boring- you will want a specific set of enchant and gilded from an item Difficulty scaling is just add more number Uninteresting repetitive gameplay, Map generation Is was very fun for in the start for first 3-10 hours story are non existing TLDR : fun for first few hours and the crack start to show. If you don't like Diablo Please try Path of Exile.
Minecraft Dungeons is a cool game, but its a little too slow-paced for my liking... I have to play with specific artifact combos that increase my run speed in order for it to be bearable. There are also occasional instances where you can easily get overwhelmed because of a ridiculous number of un-dodgeable enemies etc. which are pretty frustrating (its sometimes pretty obvious the game is intended more for multiplayer, which can sometimes be problematic for singleplayer players). I would have been screwed if not for the Corrupted Beacon existing.
So this little series is what introduced me to your channel and I gotta say, I really like the laid back vibes and honest opinions. Im going to cry with another mention about Minecraft earth a free version of Minecraft that encourages outside movement sign me up. Just at the wrong time but it had so much character
For me apocalypse was kinda boring at the start but the later difficulties are so hard, even just beating requires a nearly perfect geartet and if your synergy isn’t good then you are basically dead…
I also never played Diablo or any Diablo-like before but wanted to play this game because... well it's a Minecraft game. But, game feels like absurdly hard for a minecraft game. Bosses that keeps attacking non-stop, no time to hit them back and massive hp. I keep search on the internet but find no guide on the game either.

Then a green check mark appears on all of them, then you completely finish the game, I always loved Minecraft Dungeons, and it's the first game I ever bought when I got my switch. Thanks for doing it justice ❤
My favourite spin-off is still MC Storymode both Seasons but i guess this is more up your alley.
I couldn't really get into this.
I have 230 hours on this game, now I'm in apocalypse +25, and I love maxing out my gear and try to find the best enchantments possible. 10/10 I can't stop suggesting this game
Same
Great review!
How would ancient hunts be a crafting system?
@@sboy2044 Ancient hunts are not fully random at all. The items you put in determine environment and enemies you may encounter. More so, the runes associated with each item can be combined in specific ways to call upon specific ancient mobs (the bonus bosses).
Each ancient mob drops a specific type of gear from a specific loot table dedicated to each.
So you can input specific items with specific runes to likely get a specific item out of the experience.
Doing it this way also, of course, gives you a bonus built-in enchantment.
In this way, ancient hunts are the game's crafting system.
@@WitherKing001 oh ok
How is the tower roguelite? Its just a separate roguelike gamemode that gives loot to use in the main gamemode only
Minecraft Earth shut down mainly due to it being released at a horrifically bad time (the start of covid)
3 things
1)people use the speedboots and things that lower cooldown so you can spam it
2)pc movement is different to console on pc you can get stuck on stuff but not on console
3) remember that button puzzle well i one shotted it every time bc if u stop to think for 2 seconds you don't have to spam for 50 seconds
1: The problem is I still think the default speed is too slow, I know there are items for speed boost but I wish I didn't need to feel like I need them
2: I tried playing the game on a controller and honestly it does work a lot better. I still wish keyboard and mouse controls were improved since that's typically how Diablo-like games are played with
3: That was the joke lmao
@@itsgheb i agree with your first point but i never realized bc i always used the speedboots, the controls could be better but i never had any problems personally and the button thing even tho you were joking most people did just spam and hope for the best
(Also thx for replying)
@@Daralexen interesting
The bad balance came from scaling the enemies and bosses to the new characters of Trap Team and Imgainators. So, this encouraged players to buy the new characters, which of course cost more than the older characters. It is possible to beat Trap Team and Imaginators in Nightmare mode without a Trap Master, Sensei, or Imaginator. However, it is very time-consuming, and you have to play perfectly. Just watch a video of someone fighting Traptanium Kaos on Nightmare mode with a non-Trap Master character or redeemed villain.@@JDReC100
The cauldron bossfight is brutal as hell unless you are using a build specifically for it tho, same with the heart of ender
The best thing about these spin offs is that modders for the base game can take weapons, blocks, armour sets, mobs etc and implement them
I've never played Diablo either, but i absolutely loved Torchlight & Torchlight II, but they're basically the only two games in the genre I've played, so i was mildly curious about this one.
In dungeons it’s around 20 hours for the story because of the different difficulty’s
They need to update dungeons again such a great game
There’s more issues than that I just wanted to point out the main issues
As a person with 1000 hours(don't ask) in it - I agree
as a fan of Diablo and Minecraft, it greatly peaked my interest, only recently have i been able to buy it, and its even more awesome than i imagined, not flawless, but a blast to play
I like the game the only issue is that it's literally so repetitive. there is little to no gameplay variation in the levels, no other challenge than just run and kill pillagers until you find the boss
I’m pretty sure that the DLC’s _are_ part of the “main story”.
hey just so you know the arcade version of dungeons is basically a totally different game
As a level 100+ sweat with almost all DLCs in this game and almost all of unique weapons; this is worth your time. MCD changed the way I see the Mojang games.
Level 100 only with so many uniques is weird, i was at level 200 when i got to apoc 25 max gear
Seeing the same things over and over again did NOT help the replayability that was needed if I wanted to
The ancient hunts actually did this pretty well, but it's a shame this style of world generation wouldn't find itself in the game (albeit just as a side quest) until long after the initial launch.
So excited to hear you’re going to be talking about portal! Those are my two favorite games maybe ever- though I do love Minecraft
Minecraft Dungeons was more of a legend that Minecraft Legens will ever dream to be.
Minecraft dungeons got me into Diablo lol. Can’t play Diablo 4 for 5 minutes without crashing unfortunately
I remember when me and my firnds got it from PSPlus, and we absolutely borke it thanks to a bug that was never fixed that allowed us to get absurdly strong weapons and armors, so strong that not even the hardest content in the game could defy you
cat quest is my favorite game in the genre its short but I love cats too much
Fr, Cat Quest series is an absolute blast
I played dungeons during online classes back in lockdown, for the 2 months of game pass I had, and it was quite fun! glad to see someone elses opinion
Dungeons is actually pretty good. and they didn't screw it up like Blizzard did with D3 and D4 (D2 is still the best).
Man... At least we have PoE and PoE 2(soon)
My favorite passtime in this game is to grind for specific gear to replicate a certain stereotypical class (tank, healer, mage) and test it's effectiveness with my frens
My dad and I played this game together all the time. We even finished all the dlc together.
Dude idk why they stopped DLC for this masterpiece for the dog water that is legends
Because they finished the story
I loved this game. Never played a Diablo game. Had so much fun with this one with some friends!
I even played a couple of times with the minecraft legend Huahwi :D (he played with viewers on stream)
This game is great for playing with your kiddos. My 10 and 8 year olds love it and it's so fun to be able to play with them!
i play this game from time to time still and is still one of my favourite games
For a person who doesn’t play dungeon crawlers all that much, I really liked Minecraft dungeons.
Love minecraft dungeons. Diablo made me just want to play this.
I still play dungeon with friends to this day and I'm so sad that mojang stopped develloping it. This game is honestly really fun with friends. Just slashing trought so many mobs while using some fun gameplay mechanics.
Another really solid video dude. That bell graph meme is the truth though, haha.
I forgot of how many Spin-offs Minecraft had.
Also both the final boss and the dlc final boss are hard and so fun to fight and his music is 10/10
BEES are a requirement once you've reached apocalypse
Thorns and Electrified will kill you hower Bees can be placed wherever you need them (they don't follow you like Iron golem) Meaning
If there's a lot of powerful mobs ahead of you or inside a structure place bees and sit back, just make sure your bees are same or higher than your standard gear i.e. lvl 78 sword, lvl 80-90 bees scale the bees to the games currently difficulty for best results
I have a speedrun build and i play on apoc plus 9. In apocalyps plus you have a higher chance of getting uniques and since I know exactly which enchantments I want on which weapon, apocalyps is really helpful as I will have a highr chance of getting said unique item.
I see it wasn't just me. The firework arrow traps in the woodland masion are completely broken... I wish they'd fix bugs like that
I wish they will bring back updates for this game as all we get is season passes and i understand the dlcs are expensive but this is one of my favourite games as it allows for lots of replayability for such a simple game
I cant wait for lets talk about Minecraft Story Mode Season 2
played through this with my roomates super fun time one of the few things that got us to do stuff together and now i cant put down games of this genre i agree that basically it could have been great if there was more complexity most of these type of games live and die but what you can do after beating the story.
listening to this while farming for artifacts in mc dungeons 😭
I just wish the devs didn't abandon it
I'm very familiar with action RPG and I like Minecraft dungeons
I love the Diablo game series. The lore is amazing and Diablo 3 was one he best of the best games I’ve ever played.
I think we all know a minecraft let's play needs to come next
Menu narration on by default makes sense. How would someone that needs it find it without narration?
Some SCORCHING takes in that diabolo-like alignement chart
having the narrator on by deafault is a genius move by microsoft cause then blind people can acctualy now what is happening and people who arent can turn it off. my blind friend told me it was the biggest positive with the entire game.
that music that u played from dungeons in the video was nostalgic asf when i played dungeons during covid lmao. few times where a memory about covid was enjoyable, playing with friends those years ago lmao
Diablo has like 13 difficulty levels last time i played 3, that witch doctor was fun as hell
The only successful spinoff other than storymode and education editi🎉
Loved this game, then hated it. The mechanics, functionality, and synergy between the Enchantments and Equipment traits were TOP NOTCH... Then you run into the Endgame, which is just grinding Tower. In fact, the Tower is so absurd that it throws whatever weapon you currently have in the trash due to its sheer scaling. Effectively defeating the original core game's design. Devolving the endgame into "Grind Tower". I can recommend it... Just not wholeheartedly.
First time watching you, I love the homesick adtr poster in the background.
i remember shooting 125 fireworks at the same time and deleting the part of the map in front of me
Try Path of Exile
I agree with a lot of what he said
Here's my thought on Minecraft dungeon. ( I finished all the dlc content and quite a bit of apocalypses )
I like the interaction and combination of item like soul build, Strike, arrow, life steal(fast and slow) and even support
Tower mode is by far most fun I have in this game and the reward is great
I Recommended playing with a friend it add extra flavored to it and I believe this game design to play together with multiples people
Here's what I did , Enchanter's Tome is super fun it make you well (enchanted) fast and zoom and 2 or more people use it everyone go zoom or with potion build/ support build to your team.
old Item won't be useless with anvil (although your enchant will stay the same)
Cons:
"EndGame" is Boring- you will want a specific set of enchant and gilded from an item
Difficulty scaling is just add more number
Uninteresting repetitive gameplay, Map generation
Is was very fun for in the start for first 3-10 hours
story are non existing
TLDR : fun for first few hours and the crack start to show. If you don't like Diablo Please try Path of Exile.
I believe this is the best grind based game ever made
I played md since the closed beta and still play from time to time
Minecraft Dungeons is a cool game, but its a little too slow-paced for my liking...
I was hoping to see Legends come next but I can understand the "not interesting enough" critique - personally I say go wild with the click bait title if you decide to make that video
Excited to see the Portal series coming up next though! I use my subscribed page a lot more than general RUclips so I have a higher bar on who I subscribe to, your videos are well made and interesting so I'm happy to support them!
One of my favorite game 🤗 still playing it 500h in 🙂
Im going to cry with another mention about Minecraft earth a free version of Minecraft that encourages outside movement sign me up. Just at the wrong time but it had so much character
Ayo what I have both MC story mode 1 and 2 as disc I didn't know it was more rare now
As a diablo player i liked minecraft dungeons, isn't that complicated but is still fun, i don't like the thing about separated levels tho.
For me apocalypse was kinda boring at the start but the later difficulties are so hard, even just beating requires a nearly perfect geartet and if your synergy isn’t good then you are basically dead…
apocalypse mode goes way beyond what you think, the mobs get way harder to beat because half of them are enchanted in late apocalypse
