My cheap Blaupunkt soundbar which was first from the company have this issue. Even the experts said it has buggy HDMI ARC. It doesn't easily start by itself. Need to do some trick to get it work.

After Samsung support wasted my time for ages they have said they will send me a new one. I was still in the return period even tho they told me I wasn't.

Digital output delay is used to adjust if you're video and audio aren't synced perfectly.

No offense, but you can't set the soundbar correctly in the settings. That's why you're so loud. It's worth turning down the volume and making the rest louder and it's better.

What does it sound like with music .does the sub produce

I listened to spotify and it sounded fine, but didn't wow me. Didn't sound anymore pleasing than listening with headphones on. I have not had a sub before so I don't have anything to compare it to. Sounds good when watching movies nice rumble you can feel in the sofa.
