    I just want to say how much I appreciate your willingness to take the time to cover ALL the bases in your videos! I'm having my total knee in 3 days and I've got my Dr. Rosen notebook of info handy!

    Incredibly helpful. I had to resort to Milk of Magnesia and it worked great. If/when I need to get my other knee replaced, I’ll focus more on hydration, mobility, and nutrition.

    I took your advice and avoided narcotics. I took ibuprofen and tylenol at the same time, and it did just as you said, and I had very little pain. Very little!
    You said 1+1=3, and that was so true. 🤗
