1. Include cooling foods in your diet. Start your day with coconut water, Ashgourd juice or green juice. This will give you the right nutrients and leave you feeling energetic yet calm.
2. Eat wholesome and water-rich foods. Ensure you eat a lot of vegetables and fruits to keep the cool and to allow the detoxification process.
3. Try and reflect upon conversations and issues instead of giving an immediate reaction. During conflicts, take space and spend time time alone. Only once you have clarity, share your feelings assertively yet kindly.
4. The content we consume has a deep impact on our minds. So watch light comedy or uplifting documentaries instead of watching horror or action shows.
5. Practice yogasanas and meditation regularly. When you are on your mat, it’s a beautiful opportunity to spend time with yourself and release useless emotions. Yoga brings immense clarity and peace of mind.

When ever I fell disturbed I just talk with plants in my balcony, I know it doesn't make sense for anyone people might say me stupid but it makes a lot of sense for me❤.

It's not stupidity. Jab hum kisi hor se openly conversation nahi kar paaa rahe then it helps a lot and yes sometime just write your diary or your detail of the day that will also a relaxation.
Plants are good listeners.They are like babies. You treat them with care and in turn they calm you when you share your problems
Crossed leg sitting will also increase blood pressure .
But it will not help in the long term. Talk to someone else. Or talk to the same person when they are calm. And always aproach in a friendly manner and never as a victim.

Black coffee brings a positive energy to me even if I have negative thoughts before drinking it
caffiene reduces oxygen to the brain because it constricts blood vessels. it might then shut off the emotional response, but its not good as you want to understand the emotion and let it go. try qigong for stress relief its very effective. the key is meditation + movement and breathing not just movement. entering zen mode will reduce the fight/flight NS and activate parasympathetic (rest & digest)
Try taking milk, buttermilk, fruit juices, herbal drinks etc. There are many alternatives.
@@The92Abhijuices have high sugar very bad for health ,.and milk buttermilk promote animal cruelty ,. So simply take black coffee instead of tea ,.milk. It promote veganism ,.and gives you positive energy and positive mindset

I agree with the news part because everyday, disastrous events are reported on the news and they can distort mental health.
The last part I agree. It's been a year that I have stopped watching News channels and unnecessary debates. And I'm feeling better since then, have friends from other communities and respect everyone.
Seriously . I am feeling much better and anxiety free now that I stopped watching all forms of news. I had also stopped logging in to YT because I ended up arguing on things about which we have no control over and it was just messing my mental peace . I am happy that I am out of it . After this comment I m using YT logged off again 😂 … crazy days …

(Note : specifically for aagya chakra/third eye)
If you unblock all the chakras your kundalini will get activated which is tremendously very powerful if you know how to control it then you should go for it ...but If you don't please don't do that otherwise wise you will get mentally disturbed by seeing the dimensions and voices which can't be seen or heard by a normal human being.(as there are multiple dimensions we can't see/imagine).

2 things : Coffee is happiness and not even for it's caffine content, for it is smell.. why do we like scents of books or soil after first shower of rain.. something on the lines of it. For me, it is beginning, it is hope, it is what fixes bad morning, noon or evening.
I take mine black, without milk or sugar. Ain't no way, apple boiled in tea will attain status of coffee.
Secondly, you cannot always leave two people arguing. If my family walked past me, saying it ain't our business 😅 that is bad. We cannot leave the "mess" part of life that comes with our people. People are generally "messy" and it is ok. My calm is my people, my serenity is keeping them happy and be around them when they are going through a phase. Heck, I won't even walk past strangers if I knew one of them can do with my help or someone is yelling at them for no reason.
Maybe you mean "unnecessary argument"

If you get angry easily or in anger, just take a moment to rethink is it helpful to become angry. If it harms your digestive system, heart and destroy the relationship with people around, then why are we doing this since we want opposite of this that is happiness. So think it, use cognition than avoiding the situation all the time.

If i try to get out of a situation where i know an argument is brewing then my opponent will try to mock me for it "arrey chhoti bachhi ko ghussa aa rha hai chhodh de wo aise v ja rhi hai. Ja bhai ja" and will say what not behind my back loudly so it's audible to me. This increases my anger even more and if i try to avoid it , my ange won't go away instead it will become grudge and the power of this anger would be even more and i might lower my self esteem and start to get manipulated..
The thing i want to say is for us short tempered people what we need to do is try to smile away little to little things that makes us angry if it still doesn't work then roast them the way they did to you. But if it really is a big thing and you can't handle it then just let it out. don't always hold yourself back. Avoiding is easier to say than done.

I follow 3 of the steps already and as for the avoiding part, even if i leave when an argument is brewing, the people would just chase after me and create a bigger drama lol.

Yes very true aggressive serials , fight , news, content like big boss,it invariably registers into our mind and we stay aggressive entire day ..avoid such content to maintain peace in mind 😌
If I avoid going to office, my mind will be always relaxed.

Hot pepper stimulates my appetite. I feel happy when eating hot peppers. And agitated when I don’t have any with food! It just makes it taste better. Releases more saliva to digest food!
