    If you want to build consistency of thoughts and want to feel calm throughout the day try these:
    1. Gratitude Prayer - A Heartfelt Thank You 🙏✨
    As you start to practice gratitude you will realise that you will have more things to be grateful for. Thank the universe for the smallest of things to the biggest of things you have. You can also simply say this as soon as you wake up - Thank you God, for allowing me to wake up today.
    2. Meditation - Cultivating Inner Peace 🧘‍♀️🌟
    Amidst the morning stillness, sit in meditation just for 5-10 minutes. In just five minutes, you can turn inward and realise that the turbulence of the outside world fades into the background. It will also keep you grounded throughout the day
    3. Pranayama - Conscious Breathing 🌬️💫
    Our breath is the bridge between our body and the spirit. Through conscious breathing, you nourish your life force, bringing vitality into your being. As you engage in pranayama, your thoughts become clearer, mind becomes sharper and body becomes healthier
    With these three transformative practices, you will bring unwavering consistency, grounding, and connection with your being 🤗
    The world may seem chaotic, but you will be able stand firm with your inner strength and wisdom 💪🏼
