Just remind yourself that it’s just a phase you are going through, you’ll love yourself more as you grow up. For now concentrate your energy on the things and people that make you happy
1) Morning Gratitude - be thankful for everything, every experience, every person in our life. We should be thankful for person who gave us bad experience too, because they made us grow and make life more interesting for us.
2) Morning Meditation - mind and surrounding are calm and peaceful.
3) Journaling - all the good deeds and thing I did, and all the things I am grateful for.
4) Mindful eating - reflect on the purpose of eating, for health. focus on the taste, the texture of the food.
5) Planning the Day - give priority to the important things and do the important thing first. after that you will have the mental freedom to do other things.

My mornings are not peaceful, as I've just awakened from another night of nightmares. No one knows why I have them, never had any trauma, but I could write scarier novels than Stephen King from the scenes my brain comes up with when I'm sleeping! I also never eat breakfast, or lunch..... but the journaling, I do. I am grateful throughout the day, not just at morning time. I'm retired, and blind, so there isn't much planning to do. But thank you again, for another inspiring pep-talk!
Do you eat a heavy meal late in day?. I find lots of protein or cheese in my final meal gives me nightmares 😮. All the best.

The gratitude and mediation I have already implemented into my day it's great for building mental fortitude especially in this day and age the only difference is I also practice martial arts training and strength training.

I'm in depression since past 5 years I don't know what it is I never feel doing anything I lost my interest in every single thing nothing is there which really make me happy I feel lonely around all my favourite peoples I know that I'm supposed to do studies and I really try my hard but I can't get out from all these things and I searched all around RUclips and I come to conclusion that yoga is what I needed to be mentally happy again but I can't make it a habit I'm unable to reprogramme my habits and now I have my high school exams are going on and I have literally zero preaparation but instead of preparing I'm crying day and night please guide me there is nobody whom I look for help please give me some suggestion my life is a living hell .
Overthinking is affecting you. Try to do things. Try journaling or meet a therapist and ask him that what can I do to overcome this and why does it happen.. I hope u get your answer
Please see a mental health doctor. This is going to help it. But this is not sufficient. I overcome my 5 years long depression by medecine and yoga. Headstand is a great yoga pose that helped me a lot as well as heap openers poses. Practice spirituality as well.

Can you make a video on how to do breathing meditation? Should you focus on the nostrils or the stomach?
As a suggestion: start with focussing on the breath as it enters and leaves the body. Not necessarily on the specific bodily organs
