Namo Buddhaya🙏Vandami Bhanteji 🙏I listen to your talks everyday and find those very inspiring 🙏But about today's topic, with all due respect to your reverence, I find it necessary to reveal my experience to you. I was in a very abusive relationship, there was a lot of verbal abuse and everyone advised me to ignore it and be positive. Unfortunately, that doesn't work so naively, our mind registers the spoken harsh words and takes it to heart and thus I ended up suffering huge deal of emotional damage leading to physical damage. After that, now everyday I have to put huge efforts to keep myself going through every day. That's why I listen to dhamma talks throughout the day, pray a lot and practice meditation everyday.

Really amazing sir thanks for sharing these kind and beautiful golden words I also faced the same issue when I was volunteering in ashram no I realised that I am not focusing on myself and my work and bigger purpose so I keep complaining another people and I left the ashram this is really enlightening for me sir . No I say practice Vipassana I clearly observe that when I change to full of love heart full of love and joyful mind even criticizing words also becoming humour within me . Life became a joyful ride even during challenging times also. Because in Vipassana challenges are the best way to grow and learn. No matter what hard challenges they are everything is temporary in nature and all and present sensations are the tools to grow ourselves in the spiritual journey . May all be happy peaceful and harmony. Sending lots of love to this universe. Thank you very much sir once again love you so much sir❤
