    I sometimes have the opposite problem. I cannot stop blaming myself. I cannot stop pointing the finger on myself. I cannot give myself mercy or grace or compassion. I blame myself for my past mistakes to the point of paralyzing self-loathing.

      The way I solved this was by learning from my mistakes,
      Every time I make a mistake, I think "how/what can I learn from this?". This way of thinking gives me peace, even when my emotions are running high, because I know that mistakes are a natural part of human life.
      I write in a diary and also make quick notes on my cell phone every time I do something I consider a mistake.
      I ask myself "what was the mistake, and how can I avoid it in the future". If I fail, I ask myself "what led me to fail, and how can I avoid it". It's a cycle, but it only takes you up, never down. It only takes you down when you give up and stop trying to improve.
      I also think that the most important thing is not to be ignorant and to see reality as it really is.
      I know I'm not perfect, so I won't be harsh with myself when I make mistakes.
      I know I can change, so I analyze every mistake I make and feel gratified afterwards.
      I know I'm not a psychologist, so maybe sometimes I misinterpret my mistakes.
      I know that learning is a slow process, so the only thing I can do now is to keep trying to improve.

      @@nickyjones2709 My advice would be to just start somewhere. Do a little bit here and there and it will start to become a habit and you won't think about it as much. Make the activity enjoyable, too, like playing music while you're working. Don't be too hard on yourself and just see every little bit as progress and success. I hope that helps 💛

    • @LakmiJathunge
      @LakmiJathunge 3 месяца назад

      1frist thing you have to do is forgive your self and people who hurt you
      2One thing you can practice is mindfulness and then you will know when anger thoughts are entering your mind
      3 you can think about the disadvantage of getting angry you have to realise that it will hurt you more not others it will steal your peace of mind
      4you can practice loving kindness through meditation or daily life for all the living beings then you won't get angry with people no matter good or bad they are
      5 you can think that everyone doing mistakes no one is perfect including you so forgive your self and others when they do mistakes

    The habit of finding fault on others. When we point one finger towards others, we are pointing 3 fingers at ourselves. We should find what good or bad we have done ourselves. We always think, "Why cant they behave like me?" But no one can behave like us and act according to our wish, people are behaving from their perception. Understand that everyone is suffering, so do not find fault on others. That said, there are people who we should find fault on, ie those that we love. But use the correct approach, never use anger and violent. Speak to them privately, also to praise the good things they have done. That way, the listener will be more receptive of what you suggest to him/her to improve on.

    We say if they will be like me or do things the way I want then to do then it will make me happy. We only want to make our self happy that’s why we don’t look at our faults but others. 🌸

    • @AtharvasLife
      @AtharvasLife 6 месяцев назад +2

      I have personally broken 2-3 addictions of myself so if u don't mind ill give u some advice
      1. Become aware that ur breaking your habit means if u already start smoking again and then u worry then there is no point the deed is done.
      2. Don't think about sacrifice what u are sacrificing it will often backfire in ways for eg like one cigarette is fine and mind will play all types of tricks
      Instead focus on positive what you are getting from quitting for eg a better health and better life so we can provide for our family.
      3. Hardest point is when we do realise we messed up but u should realise that the bad habit didn't form in one day so it will not leave in one day either it will take just as much time or can take twice as much aswell .
      4. Most most important thing is to reflect everytime what u did wrong and identify the trigger what caused u smoke again and the more u do this every time u will improve.
      Love yourself as it is a slow process and don't give up

    I feel so weird living in this world where anyone rudely says anything to everyone. Iam in 10 grade some of the students around me are intelligent and some of them are rude ...I don't find myself to be any of that...I feel so guilty ...so good for nothing . I always ask myself these questions . Am I smart ? Do I have a talent ? Will I be successful ?. I still feel that Iam a 5 year old innocent kid who doesn't know anything but honesty .

    Can you make a video on being energetic is good or bad ? Because i am a active person from the start though it is not that a problem but some times i just rush things and make them worse . It helps me to make good decisions more easly but also i find myself to control over bad things.
